This company is stellar. Right off the bat, they responded quickly to my inquiry and addressed every question I had. They were extremely flexible and understanding about my limited availability and even offered to waive the emergency installation fee if I ended up needing a new water heater installed over the weekend. They sent a text message when the service man was on his way, and it included a picture of him, which was a really great and useful thing to include. Ralph, the technician who performed the installation and inspection, was thorough, efficient, and clean. I would absolutely use this company again.

I discovered Pure Plumbing through Yelp after coming back home at night to a water heater that was leaking water from within the water heater cylinder itself. I got on Google right then and hit the Yelp search for water heater repair, and received responses through Yelp the next morning. Pure Plumbing along with 4 other vendors responded, however Pure Plumbing responded with a time they proposed they would be able to come out, which was 10a-12p that fday. I sent them an image of the old water heater label that detailed all the stats on it, and not only did they show up at 10am, they showed up even earlier. In about 3 hours after they arrived, Andrew from Pure Plumbing had completed the installation, and we were back in business. Pure Plumbings prompt response on a day during which we had a house full of guests was invaluable. Thank you so much for the prompt response!

I really appreciated him answering my questions in a way someone without any plumbing experience could understand. Bryan was great, he was professional and knowledgeable about our installation. When an issue arose he addressed our concerns and the additional costs involved. Out of the 3 companies we called they were the only one that came same day. If you don’t need same day service then I would call around as the price paid seemed about 20% higher than I’ve paid in the past with other work. Other than that it would have been five stars.

Search no further for your plumber! Pure Plumbing is AMAZING. We have a rental home in the area, and our tenants were faced with a clogged line down stream from the washing machine, thanks to 60-year-old pipes. John from Pure Plumbing had someone out there that next day and the following morning they had a whole new drain system installed and the pipe completely cleared out. They were professional through-and-through; even our tenant was really positive about the whole experience. Thanks, Pure Plumbing! You guys are on speed dial now.

Bryan was incredible! Pure plumbing wasnt able to complete my job because it ended up being more of an irrigation issue, but Bryan worked so hard to clear bushes and dig in root riddled dirt to source the plumbing lines. He also walked across the street where an irrigation guy was working and asked for his advice and so connected me with someone that can complete the job! Andrew Leakey from Pure Plumbing is the best! He replaced all of our old and corroded stop valves, replaced our kitchen faucet which had a trickery soap dispenser placement, and replaced our gas stove valve. The total job included a lot of service requests but we were able to schedule an appointment with him quickly and he completed them all in one day, on a Friday. He explained the issues we had and gave us tips on how to avoid some of the wear and tear that our old stop valves had. 10 stars out 5!!!

Cant say enough good things about Pure Plumbing. They were quick to respond to my emergency call about my leaking water heater. They were friendly and courteous and had the replacement tankless water heater in stock. They needed another tech to come out and assist who was able to come out and the job took all day, but they were very professional and did a great job. I hope to not have any other plumbing emergencies (knock on wood), but will definitely call them again if needed.

Pure plumbing has been professional and responsive and friendly in all their interactions with us. We hired them to help install an all house filter system. They installed it with top quality materials and also ensured if the system had a problem we could bypass it. After a leak sprang, they came out within a couple of days and fixed it for free as part of our warranty on their work - no questions asked. When we sprang another leak due to equipment failure (not Pure Plumbings fault), they came out within a couple of days to access the problem and again a couple days after we received the part from the manufacturer. It has been a pleasure working with such professionals! Hopefully we wont need to call them anytime soon but if we do, we know they will take care of us!

And very personable too-especially the scheduler.I had a water heater die on me.The scheduler was able to schedule me in for next day service. Sweet!Joe did a fine job scoping out the situation and even listened to my request to downsize from 50 gal to 40 gal. Niiice!End result: new water heater and a safer set-up than before (went from wood stand to a metal stand under the water heater). Cant beat that!

A BAD Experience !!!!!A one year old Bradford White electric water heater, under a 6 year warranty turns into a week of no hot water, a bill submitted by Pure Plumbing for $400.00, even though the unit was not functioning when the “repair person” left. Of course there was never any indication of a repair charge or service charge by the owner of the company during the initial phone conversation or subsequent conversations, just the repair persons statement of “here’s your invoice”. When I questioned him about it due to the warranty, he immediately stated he could reduce it to $195.00.Other notes of interest, a statement by the repair person on his arrival, “I’m not familiar with this unit”.Did not perform the basic test recommended by the factory tech support team.The unit became functional after I spoke to tech support at Bradford White who advised to contact another plumber which I did and based on a short conversation I was able to troubleshoot the and correct the problem myself.

Very happy with Pure plumbing! They came out between the time window we were given and a tracker of his whereabouts. He explained everything in detail and didn’t push to do the most expensive service. Will be using them again. Very honest family company. Andrew the plumber was awesome!
