    I was referred to Plumb365 through Home Depot when I was in need of a new water heater for our home. They called me early the next morning as promised by Home Depot’s website, and actually had availability that same day to come and replace our water heater (I just wasn’t available). Jerald came to replace our water heater and was amazing from start to finish. He was polite, friendly, and professional. I feel so grateful that I stumbled upon Plumb365 through Home Depot and will absolutely be using them for any further plumbing needs! Thanks again!

    We contacted Plumb365 on a Sunday and a holiday weekend to come out and repair and diagnose a leak in our ceiling. I was pleasantly surprised when Mike the owner texted me back that he was sending a plumber out between 2-4 same day. At around 12:00 we got a text message from Jerold that he was on his way. Jerold was knowledgable, professional, and cleaned up the area great. He found the leak and repaired and had our water back on by 3pm. By far one of the nicest and easiest companies to do business with. Will be using them again for future jobs.SECOND 5 STAR REVIEWWe called Plumb 365 after we had them fix our leak. Allen and Joe came out on time and installed a new water heater, pressure regulator, moen smart flo monitor and shower head. We are extremely happy with the service and job they completed. 100% professional and knowledgable. Will be using Plumb 365 again for all my future plumbing jobs.     Water leak in garage, my go to plumbers are Plumb 365. Same day leak showed up Jason showed up to test things. The next day(Saturday) Bruno came out cleanly cut out a piece of drywall and found the pinhole leak (not a slab leak). Bruno did an almost surgical repair, keeping us notified during the process. With two fans running (Bruno’s suggestion) the area is almost totally dry.Since they didn’t need to do part of the original diagnosis work the bill was reduced from the original estimate.This team is honest and ethical, extremely proficient, responsive and well priced. Do yourself a favor call them for your plumbing needs.

    Had several challenges with our water heater - Mike the owner was great at ensuring the problem would be fixed and sized appropriately. He is a genuine and honest owner. I’m thankful to have him on our side when we needed it.This company has done many projects at our rental and I believe in Mike and the jobs will get done well and at a good price.

    We just had a new water heater installed by Plumb365. We had never used them before. They acted as the local installer for Home Depot.Following Home Depot direction, I submitted the service request late in the evening. Plumb 365 called me back first thing in the morning. Upon request, I send over a picture of our existing water heater and a few dimensions. I was then quoted a price over the phone and I signed documents electronic on my phone and paid at the Home Depot. The work was scheduled and Plumb 365 installed the water heater. The process was straight forward.What I liked:1. I got what I wanted. No attempt to upgrade or sell me anything I didn’t need.2. I got a quote over the phone. I did not have to wait 4 hours at home for someone to come by our house to inspect the old heater before giving me a quote.3. Plumb365 clearly worked around my schedule. No need to take time off.4. Our installer Jerold was 100% professional. He was on time and finished the install which included all needed code upgrades within a few hours. He was respectful of our property and superclean.Nothing was extra, everything was included in the originally quoted price.What I didn’t like:Nothing!Job well done. Based on our experience, we’ll use Plumb365 as our local plumber from here on out.

    5 stars for now. Will update once the city inspects the water heater. I had to replace my water heater and I went to both Lowe’s and Home Depot, they both cancel appointment on the day I was expecting the installation. Call Plumb365, received a quote and scheduled the appointment. Tech showed up on time and explained everything in detail, removed and replace the water heater. Professional.

    New Hot Water Heater is something everyone dreads thinking about. I had mine replaced by Plumb365 in March 2024. The service tech were Allan and Sergio, which did an excellent job of installing and explaining how to manage and maintain the water heater. Plumb365 also fully coordinated the building inspection permit and getting it approved. I would recommend Plumb356 and have added them to my ongoing list of professionals.

    I am a local Realtor and my client needed to get plumbing repairs done in order to close the home. Mike and his entire team were fantastic in explaining everything in clear terms so all parties understood the work that needed to be done. They were on calls with me after hours to help answer questions. They got us a quick appointment since we were on a tight deadline. The work was performed, photos and video were sent of the work that was done, and Mike the owner, even called after the appt to explain how the repair went.     Just had 2 toilets installed and a hose bib replaced. Tech showed up a few minutes before the arrival window which was great as most usually show up late in the window. Andy their tech was very efficient and got all the work done in in 2 hrs & 15 mins. Clean up was super clean, both toilets and hose bib working perfectly. Price was also very fair (ie lower) than several other quotes i had received. Overall a reat experience.

    We were out of town when our water heater started leaking. Called Plumb365, got a super competitive estimate, and set up an appointment all in about 5 minutes. Boston Dave came to our rescue the next morning.Dave is one of the nicest guys youll ever meet and hands down the best plumber in San Diego! He drained/uninstalled the old heater and returned it under warranty. He carefully installed the new water heater and took the time to bring everything up to code.Dave prides himself on doing quality work to last and is as honest and hardworking as anyone Ive ever met. (My WWII vet grandpa might give him a little competition there, but you get the point.)     I had a water leak under my kitchen sink. I called and was able to get appt same day. Allan and Joe were very prompt, personable and informative. Explained what had happened and also recommended a garbage disposal replacement sometime soon. They had one in the truck and decided to get it done at the same time after receiving a quote. And he and his wife work tirelessly with there partner Boston Dave, pouring their hearts into providing people with high quality work at a fair price. They try to do right by everyone including their employees. I first referred a neighbor to them in Solana beach through the Nextdoor app, and she came back on the app the next day raving about how they went above and beyond, told her she didn’t need everything the last place had tried to sell her, and took care of the problem efficiently and professionally.
