HI.Plotke sent out a plumber to replace an outdoor shower valve that was originally installed in the mid 60s. After removing the escutcheon he knew immediately the brand of the valve went out picked one and installed it all with a couple of hours. I anticipated something a lot more complicated. This guy knew what he was doing. Plotke is on my call list from now on. I highly recommend them. -
