Nathan came out within 45 minutes on Christmas morning when my hot water heater broke and flooded my garage. He installed a new one the next day. He is very kind, prompt and communicative.

It was definitely time to replace the old pipes where the water service comes into my old mobile home; Id been procrastinating much too long. Fear of how much it would cost contributed to my delay, but nonetheless, I called several area plumbers and sent them a photo of the ugly mess, requesting quotes. Nathan White, the owner of PALOMAR PLUMBING, was the first company to respond, and made it affordable for me to get going on a long overdue repair. We texted numerous times and arranged an appointment the following day. Fernando, who arrived the next morning, not only did the repair, but helped me with a faucet in the kitchen, for which I kindly tipped him. I felt so comfortable with the whole visit. He was jovial, careful, and above all, very professional. Thank you PALOMAR PLUMBING. You will be my go-to guys, from now on, and I shall gladly refer you to neighbors and friends. ADDITIONAL: When I discovered a new, tiny leak in the valve leading to our garden hoses (2 days later), Fernando came right away and replaced the old part, without charging me anything. You guys are awesome!!!

Our water heater pilot light went out yesterday, and the electric igniter wasnt lighting. We figured we would have to replace the water heater. We called Palomar Plumbing and Nathan came over same day (actually within 30 mins) and helped us restart the pilot. We have hot water again! We will definitely be calling Palomar Plumbing when we need to replace this old water heater. Thank you so much for your awesome service!!

Palomar Plumbing saved me this past weekend! I woke up Saturday morning to a leaking water heater in my garage. At this time my plan was to buy my water heater at Home Depot and have the company HD refers for the install to do the work the same day. To shorten the story, the referred company was scheduled but never showed up or called to let me know they werent going to make it. With this no show i began searching for a local plumber to complete the install Sunday morning. I call Palomar Plumbing andleave a message. Within minutes Nate returned my call and provided me with a quote for the work. Shortly after that the work was scheduled for first thing Sunday.Javier showed up right as scheduled. He was very professional and explained much of the process and parts he installed. He gave me very helpful tips on copper piping and maintenance of the new water heater. The pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden charges or costs.Palomar Plumbing changed a frustrating situation into a very pleasant experience! I have save Palomars number and they will be the first call I make for plumbing problems. Thank you Palomar Plumbing!

I contacted Nathan at Palomar Plumbing because my kitchen drain was backing up and there were a couple of other minor plumbing issues. The plumber came out and took care of the problems. He was very courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend Palomar Plumbing for your future plumbing needs.

We will NEVER USE ANOTHER PLUMBER ASIDE FROM PALOMAR PLUMBING!Truly, I cannot more emphatically say that.To explain, we had used Palomar Plumbing last year to replace the faucet in our Kitchen Sink.Last Sunday, the faucet started to fail and began leaking, so I called another plumber, with whom we receive VIP pricing, and they wanted to charge us more than a THOUSAND DOLLARS to replace and that was WITH THEIR VIP RATE (which, also, was almost $350 more than what we paid the previous year)!So, my wife instead found the receipt for Palomar Plumbing, explained the issue and the came to service the faucet IMMEDIATELY! Javier could not have been more magnificent in contacting Moen, explaining the issue and then working with us to get the part replaced and correct ALL AT NO CHARGE!It could not have been more obvious how serious Palomar Plumbing took their warranty guarantees as well as their dedication to customer service.This whole experience guaranteed that, as stated at the start, we will never work with another Plumbing company aside from Palomar Plumbing!

Water Heater started leaking water into Drain Pan of water heater? No I did not see any pipes leaking, water began to fill the water heater pan and drain onto my garage floor. Catcher I had seen Palomar Plumbing in our neighborhood a few times, so I looked them up , And called them around lunchtime.Expecting an answering service, within a few rings the owner Nathan White picked up the phone, and catcher was here at my Escondido property within 15 minutes after giving him directions since our home is hard to find.After double checking all connections he confirmed that our 25-year-old water heater had finally giving up!Catchy we were not charged for any service fee, and he gave us a written estimate upfront and explained that we were lucky at some point that our old retired plumber Hard installed a water heater pan underneath our old water heater which prevented the water from entering our home and on to our wood floors. Thank God!!when our other Water Heater in Escondido went out, we got several estimates from plumbers in the area but still did not feel comfortable, and that’s what led us to Palomar plumbing. They encouraged us to get other estimates from local licensed plumbers in Escondido and which Palomar Plumbing price for Water Heater was in the middle, but they use superior and American made products! He told me that they do not buy any plumbing parts from Home Depot or Lowe’s.Our new Bradford white water heater is now up to code and seems to be a little bit more efficient considering our last Water Heater was rumbling and overworking to try to heat the water due to water sediment buildup over the past 25 years.In all, the water heater was installed within about a couple hours. They even vacuumed up the residual water, and wiped up my Muddy footprints as a panic to shut off the water main in the garage.Booties in house much appreciated!⛩Thank you again Palomar Plumbing for your reliable, and speedy service. Had a small emergency called Palomar Plumbing got immediate service. Nathan shared my sense of urgency. Fixed the problem at a very reasonable cost. Answered all questions and was very professional. Taught me a few things about plumbing. To bad all contractors are not this good. Definitely recommend him....if he is not available consider waiting for him!

Wow, what a breath of fresh air. I asked for a quote yesterday and received an honest quote. None of this, well come look at it for $50 and then give you an estimate nonsense. We scheduled a time for today and they were here 5-10 minutes early. They showed me what they needed to do, completed the repair and ran a quick test to make sure everything was working. AND their price was the most reasonable I had recieved.Palomar Plumbing will definitely be my go-to plumber from this point on, although their quote to replace the water valves on my sinks and toilets seemed a little steep.Thanks for the great and timely work!

I was really in a pinch -- earring down the sink! These gentlemen handled my silly problem with such efficiency and professionalism that I had them install a new kitchen faucet while they were there. Very reasonable and pleasant -- I would highly recommend Palomar Plumbing and I plan to use them again.

I needed complete plumbing install for new kitchen sink. Palomar plumbing was absolutely wonderful. On time, competitive pricing, left everything clean. Very professional ! My serviceman was Fernando. I highly recommend him. He helped me with several other projects I didnt know how to repair. If I could rate 10 stars I would.

Heard a odd noise off and on thru the day. Thought it was one of my.neighbors working on their house. Nope! Checked the garage and it was flooded. The waterheater decided to have an attitude. These guys are amazing. I had Nate out to replace my hot water heater and Fernando out for my toilet and shower issues. They both were so nice and did the job quickly. Fern goes over and above to get the job done (my shower head was installed incorrectly by another plumber). They are honest, consistent and reasonably priced. I know Ill continue to use them in the future. Thanks Nate and Fern, you guys ROCK!!!

A steady leak started coming up out of my driveway during the holiday today. Nate at Palomar was one of only two out of about seven plumbers that called me back, and he came out as soon as he was done with another call, almost right away. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was able to slow it down to a bare trickle so we could still have our water on tonight. Ill be having my landscaper fix the problem the rest of the way because he does all my irrigation, but Nate was super-friendly, professional, and seemed to know exactly what he was doing. Its hard to find a decent plumber, but I think I found a really good one.

Had Fernando come out and move a gas line and dryer vent for us, what a great trustworthy guy. 100% satisfied with his work. When job was complete he had another job to run to, I asked him a quick question about another issue I was having and he stayed and fixed it for free despite being a little behind schedule for the next job. Super knowledgable, clean and efficient. Wouldnt hesitate to use again or recommend to a friend.

This was my second experience with Palomar Plumbing and was just as good as the first. Several months ago I came home from work to find my water heater blown. Palomar had their guys out within two hours and they worked into the night to make sure we had hot water. Today I had a leak into my dining room ceiling from an upstairs bathroom. Fernando came out at the time most convenient for us, quickly diagnosed the problem and even provided tips for us to resolve the problem on our own to save some money. Excellent experience. I will only use Palomar Plumbing from here on out.
