Clean, honest, priced right. I shop around, and my neighbors rely on me to find the best deals, and they trust my opinion. I found a phenomenal company, specializing in water, heaters and plumbing. They were friendly, very clean, and did great work. I’m an engineer by trait, and I have an attention to detail, and it was great to see how clean of a job they did do in the installation. Would highly recommend using them I called many places and I chose them because they use Bradford white water heaters. If you don’t know about them, they are American Made, and commercial grade. I’m replacing an old Home Depot Water Heater.

7/8/2020. Second water heater installation. Contacted Plamen by 7:30AM, he was at my house by 9:30AM with a new 50 gallon, propane water heater. Plamen honored a quote from 15 months ago even though he had to re-pipe the recirculating pump and install a new drain pan. All work was professionally done with no extras. Seriously, if you use anyone else for a new water heater, you are crazy.Called at 1PM on a Thursday, 4/11/19 to replace a propane 40 gallon shorty water heater that was leaking. Plamen was at my house at 8:30AM Friday and was done by 9:30AM. He installed new straps, pan, and even drilled a hole through the wall for the drip pan overflow so that we dont get water in the house again. All for $1499. No extras. Plus he replaced a 40 gallon water heater with a 50 gallon water heater. Competitors wanted a week to get the special shorty water heater and $2,200. Highly recommend Water Heater Online.

Plamen was able to replace my 50gal water heater the same day I called to get a quote. I sent him photos, and he sent me an estimate for both tank and tankless (per my request). After discussing with him and doing more reading, I realized the tank was the best fit for my household. He didnt try to upsell me, which I appreciate. He was prompt, professional, and explained everything to me. I would recommend him for your water heater needs. I will definitely use him again, but I hope I wont need to for quite some time! :)

Called on a Sunday when leak was detected and we spoke and Plamen was there at 9 Monday morning. He removed the under warranty water Heater, we went to Home Depot for return and he gave solid advice on best replacement model. Returned home and install was complete by late morning. Very thorough and skillful install. Even noticed a rebuild kit I had obtained for for the pressure regulator and volunteered to install. Turned out psi was over 120psi so it was very helpful. Fair price and excellent install. Can recommend without reservation.

We had a leak at our hot water heater that was 11 years old and need it replaced fast. We call NC Water Heater Services in the morning and Plamen was at our house in early afternoon as promised. After he quoted a reasonable price. He inspected the hot water heater and plumbing and told me the leak was from the pipe from the not water heater to the house and not the heater itself. I authorized him the replace the copper pipe. Leak stopped.He ask me if I still wanted the hot water heater replaced. I told him no I will wait until it actually starts leaking.Price for the new copper pipe and labor, very reasonable.Without saying, when I need a new hot water heater, I will call Plamen Braykov, an honest plumber.

We have had Plamen service us 3 separate times for our 1st time when our very old 1980’s water heater needed maintenance service and educated us what to watch for when a water heater is going out.This old heater went out and he replaced it last year then the following year we had him come out for the maintenance. Just text him, you’ll find out that he’s very reasonably priced and professional.He’s a small business being himself that used to work for a larger company.He accepts check or Venmo.

I am so grateful and impressed with the service provided by North County Water Heater Services.I had a property in escrow when the water heater started leaking and need it to be replaced. I contacted few plumbing companies and i received multiple quotes , but I choice North County Water Heater Services.Their price was not the lowest one but meets all the building codes and requirements and no additional cost from what they quote me at the first place(be careful some plumbers offer lower price and not include earthquake straps and drip pan and you must have them ) .Over all - five star service , quality work, tech clean after himself , very friendly and clear communication.North County Water Heater Services is my to go plumbing for water heater installation and replacement.

First off, I would like to point out that I dont normally post reviews. This actually, might be my first ever. I made an exception here due to how impressed I was with the new water heater installation from North County Water Heater Services. I woke up on Saturday morning, to find my water heater leaking. I called around to a few different plumbing companies, and either they couldnt come for a few days, or wouldnt provide a quote over the phone.I stumbled onto...and subsequently called North County Water Heaters. Plamen gave me a quote over the phone and indicated he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He arrived on time with his son. They both were extremely polite and professional. They even helped me move some misc stuff that was piled up in front of my leaking water heater.Plamen and his son worked very efficiently and with great synergy. While Plamen was busy removing the old water heater, his son was busy unboxing the new heater and adding all the necessary fittings.I think they were done in less than two hours, and not only did they replace the water heater, but they replaced all the copper water and gas lines, including the shut-off valve.If you are in need of a new water heater, I wouldnt hesitate to call North County Water Heaters. I absolutely would recommend them to anyone reading this.

By far the best company Ive ever hired to install a new water heater.The 6-Star experience started with Christina in the office. She helped me to correctly shut down my old water heater that started leaking.Next she have me the model # of the 75-Gallon Bradford White water heater they proposed to install. She explained why it was a better option than some of the other popular brands. Some brands have to send out their parts and you can go days without a water heater, but with Bradford White the parts are carried in local stores/supply houses.She gave me a quote over the phone (several of the other companies I called refused to do this as they wanted to come out to my house and then give me a bid).The owner and his son (Plamen and Chris) arrived right on time. They immediately went to work. Plamen works fast and with precision. Chris has a great attitude and really helps his dad work at a fast pace.Plamen found several mistakes that were made by the plumber who installed my last water heater and he fixed those with no extra charge.Plamen completed replaced all piping of every type and installed new shut off valves. The entire job took about 2-hours and it was done with precision and very high quality.At the end of the work, Plamen explained every part of the water heater and gave me suggestions on actions to take when on vacation, each year and each 3-4 yrs.Anyone I come across that needs a water heater I will be encouraging them to use North County Water Heater.

Plamen was punctual, professional, and efficient in his excellent service! A previous owner installed my aging water heater in an unprofessional and possibly unsafe way. Plamen installed everything I needed to bring it up to code. I hate getting ripped off by unscrupulous and or lazy home repair guys, who doesnt? So its really nice to have someone painlessly and quickly do a professional job that leaves me breathing a sigh of relief. He even hooked up the pan underneath so that the water will go outside instead of into my laundry room in garage in the event of a leak. Thank you Plamen!

Our water heater went out and I found North County Water Heater Services online. Reached out at 8pm and they were able to come the very next morning. He gave me a couple options at very competitive prices (I had been in the market before it went out so I had shopped around) and explained each option. His work looked great he explained the new features on the device and even did a huge solid and rerouted our drain line to outside the garage. (Why didn’t the builder do that?)Quick, efficient, friendly, informative and clean. Installed a new water heater and removed and hauled away the old one and cleaned up. Thanks to NCWHS we have hot water again!!!

Showed up quickly and completed work in a timely manner. Added a new pipe & overflow reservoir which I was not expecting. Also added a on/off water valve to turn off water so I do not have to turn off the water from the main water valve. Added an alarm to detect any water leakage and added a water tray so water will not leak all over the floor. Excellent work and completed in less than the 2 hour frame I was expecting. I have already recommended them to 2 other friends due to the excellent work they do.

They took away my old water heater (which was huge and took quite a bit of work getting it out of my very small closet), and installed the new tankless heater, making sure to do all the little extras to bring it up to code! Our 10 (or so) year old hot water heater decided to finally start leaking. I called Plamen first based on his reviews here on Yelp! (fully expecting an afternoon of calling around looking for a price that made sense) - he answered immediately and was available to replace our water heater 5pm that day!He came on time, wore a mask, brought everything he needed.We had a new 40 gal hot water heater installed and a new metal platform + drip pan. This only took him about an hour and a half. Very impressed.Unfortunately our house water was gassy for the next two weeks, but Plamen didnt leave us hanging. He checked in via text every couple days, and came back twice to install/change equipment to resolve the issue.Its now been a week since his last visit and we couldnt be happier.Will recommend Plamen to everyone in my neighborhood.Thanks Plamen!

We discovered we had no hot water and a leaking water heater after 9pm, and was a bit concerned about getting anyone here this close to thanksgiving. With a little research I sent requests for quotes and to my surprise had a response that night. He asked all the right questions and I felt comfortable his quote would be correct. They were able to come out the very next day and quickly replaced our hot water heater. Plamen kept in touch throughout the day to let me know exactly when to expect them, worked quickly and efficiently, and you cant even tell they were here. I wouldnt hesitate to hire them again. Plamen Braykov and his company provide exceptional service. So exceptional that over the years we have felt Plamen took care of us and offered a wonderful product. He has now installed two tankless hot water heaters for our family. First we had one installed in our home. The second one we installed in the home my wife grew up in, which we now have as a rental property. We have had no problems with either system. Plamen and his company offer a GREAT SERVICE AND PRODUCT. He should be on your short list when your time comes for replacing your hot water heater.
