Our Sewer got clogged on Thursday. I reached out to Anderson Plumbing and described the problem. They diagnosed our system immediately and showed me the problems using their in-pipe camera. Because of the severity of the issue i had an estimate created. After review i gave it the go and the team was out Monday morning. In the process an alert went out by Anderson to the utility companies as well as the city. All appropriate inspections on Friday and Monday occurred.Alberto and Joshua started the work on Monday by digging a 3.5 ft deep hole to expose the damaged area. They had to move some heavy boulders on the way but got the job done.The next day they came out and completed the job in the morning. Both of them answered all my questions and were very professional. From the time the work started we did not have sewer service for only a couple of hours :-)Living in South Carlsbad, there is a program with Leaucadia Water District that pays for 50% of the cost up to $3.,000. Anderson Plumbing told me of this program and I was very happy they did! All I had to do was to arrange the final inspection with them and show proof of payment and a certification of work from the plumber, which Alberto hand delivered.I would highly recommend Anderson Plumbing for the speed, problem solving and solution to completion in a short period if time.

I recently had the pleasure of having Edgar install my water heater, and I couldnt be more satisfied with his service. Edgar was incredibly efficient, completing the installation promptly and with great skill. His intelligence and expertise were evident throughout the process.Edgar arrived on time and maintained a calm and professional demeanor, super patient, which made the entire experience stress-free. He provided me with all the information I needed, ensuring I understood every aspect of the installation and operation of the new water heater.What truly stood out was Edgars friendly and approachable nature. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable with the new system. Its rare to find someone who combines technical proficiency with such excellent customer service. The Anderson team was excellent! We had a sewage problem beginning on Christmas Eve. House full of family- they sent out 4 different professional to diagnose the problem. As each plumber did there thing they communicated it up the line to set up for the next plumber to do their task. At the need of the visit they were able to solve the backup problem and allow my family the ability to use the bathrooms. Thank you very much!

Very happy with the provided service as always. They made a thorough review of the issue with my heater, they showed me and explained the rot of the problem. When it came to solutions they provided me a good explanation of the options available and didn’t try to over sell me something I didn’t need. Once agreed on the work to be done, the did the job on a timely fashion ( much faster than expected) and they clean all the work area so everything look perfect. Overall very happy and will keep using their services in the future

I very much enjoyed my interaction with Ken (Anderson Plumbing Technician). His presentation and diagnostic process was top tier level of professionalism. Unfortunately, the quotation was much higher than expected. He subsequently requested a price reduction from his management team. However, it wasn’t enough to accept the offer and move forward with their water heater replacement/installation. Overall, excellent professional experience. Last night, we had our forced air heating system checked out, prior to the cooler weather, here in SoCal. We’ve been using Anderson Plumbing, Heating and Air since we had our air conditioner and heater installed in 2019.Fernando Garcia, our technician was everything you’d want in a technician.At first, I was a little annoyed because he didn’t arrive at our home until almost 6:00 pm. But, apparently, everyone is scheduling their service right now. Needless to say, they’re swamped!Fernando was polite and personable. He put his shoe covers on, at the front door, before entering our home, greeted us and got right to work. About halfway through his servicing of our unit, I passed by where he was doing his checks and I asked how it was going. He took a moment to share some of the tests he was doing and gave a quick explanation of just what he was checking. He turned the unit on to check for its proper operation and even rechecked it once he had replaced all the front panels on the heater itself.I would definitely give Fernando 5 stars! In addition to what I said about him earlier, he was caring, conscientious and definitely professional. He and his company have wowed us again and again! Pros: Our Technician Austin was GREAT !Very Professional and Personal. He worked with us to help make the best choices to meet our needs.As I have said before, the Technicians really are the Stars at Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air.Cons:Daniel in Customer Service is an idiot. It should NOT take over 30 minutes to schedule an AMP (Anderson Maintenance Program) appt.Our Technician appt today was booked between 7am and Noon. We had appointments in the afternoon. Before Noon, we received a blah blahblah message ... trying to find a Technician for us ... received a phone call at 1pm that they were sending out a Technician. We had to cancel our Doctor appointment.This has nothing to do with our Technician, this is an in-office issue.Please get it together Anderson.We welcome Austin to be our Technician anytime ! Today he installed a new garbage disposal, angle stops and a new kitchen faucet. We are very pleased.

Great experience. On the initial visit Joe was excellent working with me on a proposal to replace my furnace and air conditioning, working step by step on system initiatives and alternatives and a price point I could work with, as well as replacement could be done the very next day. Marcus and his work partner technician were on time that next day and handled the system replacements in a neat & efficient manner, with discussion where needed. When a challenge came up he called in a supervisor for an extra set of eyes to come to a consensus. Mine was a large job but Marcus & James were in-and-out complete in just less than two full days. I highly recommend the Anderson team.I also had some recent plumbing work done with Alberto from Anderson. Alberto was on-site toward the early end after traveling across town and another job. He quickly diagnosed a solution from a running toilet, and completed the repair. While showing Alberto another issue Alberto identified another running toilet I was not even aware of. For the second issue he IDd the issue, said he needed to order another part and could return the next day. He did just that and returned on schedule while working everything in to the most affordable scenario possible. I will say this second issue as well as the second running toilet were misses by two other local plumbers I previously had on site - one claimed he couldn’t match the finishes and the other has issues of scheduling responses beyond the work of the excellence of their plumber (inquire separately who these companies are). Summarizing, great work by Alberto and real kudos, a very pleasant experience!!

I had a reverse osmosis system installed along with a new drinking faucet. The technician was super friendly and noticed a leak from the new faucet. While we waiting for the replacement faucet they installed a temporary one so we can use the system. When the new faucet arrived they installed it and there was no leak. I also inquired about their membership program. The customer service representative was kind and knowledgeable, and offered a same-day appointment! Austin Rau showed up after 3pm just as we requested. He performed an inspection on our tankless water heater, identified the issue right away and fixed it on the spot. Austin was skillful and super cool. He took the time to explain the issue and exactly what he did to fix it. He even reconnected our Rinnai remote. Excellent service! Michael came out and gave a thorough explanation of what I might need and why I would need. It as my equipment was 31 years old. So new ducks were needed and a few other things that made sense after he explained it.. The gentleman.That came to install the equipment were polite, Clean and very knowledgeable.I enjoyed having them in my house for 2 days The ac and heat are Working beautifully. Edgar from Anderson Plumbing did a great job evaluating the leaks in our water supply line and discussing the replacement options for our situation. We had to have 140 feet of main water line re-routed. Edgar and Alfonso determined our pressure reducing valve at the meter had failed, causing high pressure to initiate the leak in our 36-year-old PVC line. Due to our hilly lot, they had to hand-dig the new trench before laying the new copper line. They worked hard for long days and finished the project on schedule. We are very satisfied and would certainly use Anderson Plumbing on any future issues.

He went above and beyond on the repair by making a small enough penetration on the fiberglass tub to be covered by the trim, even though he could barely get the mixer valve and hands in there. I’ve read other reviews about their high labor costs, but you get what you pay for with Anderson. We will use them again and recommend them to our family and friends.

Kristina spent the time trying to figure out the issue and mitigating the water damage. The call center are super friendly and ask the proper questions. I bought my air conditioning system from Anderson about a year ago. It was a really smart decision.This unit is so much more efficient than the one I had.Its saved me money on my electric bill by 40% compared to the year before.So today I had a regular maintenance done. Alex came in with a smile on his face willing to hear my concerns. I explained that there was a lot of debris outside of the unit near all the technical equipment around the bottom and it had grass from Gardeners mowing and a lot of dirt buildup on inside of it. He explained to me that that could cause damage in the long run .And when he ran the test on my unit he said that the pressures were high which wasnt good and thats probably was caused by all the dirt. And then he gave me a couple suggestions on how to protect that in the future. All in all he got it fixed and looking good and performing excellent. He also mentioned a few air purifiers that would be a benefit to my home. Alex was very knowledgeable a pleasure to work with. Anderson really has five star service. Thats why Im a happy VIP member. I decided to use this company on the advice from a friend who recently used them. When the repair technician told me my entire system would need to be replaced I normally would have gotten a number of bids. However, the company was so impressive from the very first call, and my friend was so impressed I didnt even bother. The entire team at Anderson really does deliver wow service. When the technician who came out told me it could not be repaired he called the office and Abdul was sent out that afternoon to do the bid. He was amazing. I learned more about how my system worked than I ever wanted to know! I trusted him from the very start. Richard and Blake who did my install were awesome. They masked off places to avoid dust, covered my floors, cleaned up after each day, communicated the status, called ahead of time before arriving each day and everyone I talked to from the first phone call, technicians, reps etc, seemed HAPPY....something I rarely encounter at most business. The VIP package that helps maintain my systems is an excellent benefit for the price.About 5 days AFTER I replaced my 20+ year HVAC system, my water heater died...no kidding...however, I knew who to call. I called at 7:30 on a Monday morning. Ken came out before noon, completely equipped to replace my unit. Again, everything went super smooth and I can say nothing but positive things about my experience with this company.Sadly, I have more negative experiences when dealing with repair businesses and contractors. My A/C mini-splits were installed by a discount company that never properly tested them upon completion, then became impossible to reach when problems cropped up. I knew the quality of Anderson’s work from an extensive re-pipe of my older home’s plumbing. I gave them a call to get the mini-splits properly repaired and back up and running for summer, knowing they would stop at nothing to get the job done right.Sure enough, they sent out technician Bobby Gonzales-West. Bobby came out for an initial assessment and quickly determined that there were some serious issues affecting my two condenser, five zone mini-split system. Working in tandem with several Anderson colleagues and expertly navigating Daiken’s warranty policy, Bobby went about making extensive repairs, removing refrigerant (to ensure a fresh start), adding surge protectors (the source of the original problem) and replacing control boards which had burned out in all head units and both condensers. Ultimately, Bobby didn’t stop until the system was fully back up and running - and now fully covered under Anderson’s VIP protection. I am extremely grateful for the level of determination and professionalism Bobby brought to the job and will know to use Anderson going forward - next time, from the very start!

Alex Aponte performed my annual furnace checkup. He arrived early and put me at ease. Alex was efficient, friendly, professional and got right to work. He answered all of my questions and I had a lot of them concerning the lifetime of the equipment. When he was done with the work he gave me a quote for future projects. Overall an excellent experience.

Jorge Duran was the technician who came out for the service call. Jorge fixed my issue quickly and answered all of my questions. He took extra time to show me a little about how the plumbing works in my house. After this positive experience, I decided to sign up for the VIP program and to be a continuing customer of Anderson Plumbing Heating and Air. Thank you Jorge Duran for taking care of us!

Tankless water heater replacement done by Coleman took a while because brands were different but he worked hard at it for most of a day and did a beautiful job creating pipes and connections that looked organized and symmetrical. He then installed a Moen computerized flow monitor and control with the help of his associate Cameron. They worked until sunset but both jobs were completed with smiles and thank yous. Great jobs both.

Samuel Martinez with Anderson heating plumbing. Samuel showed up early he was Neat, clean professional. He was checking for a gas leak that I thought I had. He checked everything and reassured me that there was no leak. I then decided to call the gas company to see if they did something different. I guess they had been guesstimating my Bill. Then they decided to send somebody out to actually read the meter. All their estimates for the last three months were really low. Once they balanced it with the correct reading. They sent me the bill for five times what I normally pay on my gas. That was the point of the call.I thought I had a leak Sdge do their usual crummy job.Very happy with Anderson heating plumbing and air.

Wesley arrived on time and was very courteous. Needed to have an HVAC tuneup before the cold sets in. Wesley took about 30 minutes to check out and adjust the furnace and provided me with some other options to consider. He was extremely neat and cleaned everything before he left. Would not hesitate to hire Anderson/Wesley again.
