Used United Top Quality Construction Inc to do our entire downstairs floors, some cabinet repair from water damage and to install a modern, electric fireplace, and we are very happy and grateful customers. United Top Quality Construction was professional, quick and easy to talk to, answered all of questions, provided us with everything we needed to make it a smooth experience at our own home—no mess left behind, on time to start work, great communication, suggestions, and very easy to talk too even after job was completed when we had questions about our new fireplace. We have no hesitation to HIGHLY RECOMMEND United Top Quality Construction Inc to anyone, as we are sure we will use them again! All work was completed on time and on budget.

In two days of work, the window in my room was all good. Changed it from a single glass to double glass window. During the cold days, my room was the coldest room in the whole house! He came to measure the windows and provide more details. I ordered the window and he picked it up from the store. He replaced the window as well as the frames in the exterior design and painted the wood pieces red like the originals. Im glad I dont have to worry about the window. Its a professional piece of work.

We have worked with United Top Quality on several home projects. Our house was built in 1966 so we have basically remodeled from top to bottom. Now we are in the process of working with them on our 36 foot driveway to have it widened and repaved. They are our go to company because they do what they say they are going to do, when they say they are going to do it for the price they quoted and they always clean up beautifully after they are done.Also, we were having new windows installed and the owner, Joel, noticed the installers were not doing it correctly so he printed out the code to show us what would happen if we didn’t ask them to do it properly. The first time it rained, we would have had a flood inside our walls.We ended up asking Joel to supervise the installation and he did while he was working on other parts of our house. He is a good person of integrity and his helpers are too. We have been incredibly pleased with their work and we have referred them to many friends and colleagues. I highly recommend United Top Quality for all remodeling and building needs.

United Top Quality Construction is my go to contractor for my home and the professional I refer to my clients. Our working relationship started out with a roof leak in my master bathroom. Through my own amateur leak discovery I fell through the attic access and destroyed the ceiling drywall around the access. We knew Joel at Top Quality Construction from the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce and gave him a call after hours. He responded quickly and he had his team out early the next day and repaired the leak and the ceiling promptly with excellent workmanship. He is very responsive and his team punctual. Since then he repaired a leak from my water heater and another roof leak issue. His Team consistently responds quickly, arrives on time and produces outstanding workmanship. Since I had several good experiences I felt comfortable referring United Top Quality Construction to clients. The clients I referred have praised them and their crew of exceptional craftsmen. We had rotted wood posts (at bottom) in my sunroom that were used for supporting the roof. While I was checking with several contractors on how to repair them, Joel gave me the best solution and reasonable price.Joel built a extended solid concrete base for each wood post at first, instead of just using the old concrete underneath that was not enough for supporting the post to the roof. And then, Joel replaced the entire wood post with new post, instead of just cutting some part of the old one and adding a part of new wood. This gives a very solid support to the roof with new wood posts. And the new posts are now standing on a location higher than the ground, and therefore will not be damaged by rain/water.Overall, Joel did the work very carefully and with responsibility, and he was also willing to listen to what we said or requested, and tried to meet the requests.I highly recommend Joel and his company for house remodeling and repair.

Joel and his crew did 2 separate jobs at our house. Job #1 was to paint the house. Much work needed to be done to prepare the hose for paint. Lots of stucco repair and lot of facia boards had to be replaced due to dry rot. Joel also changed garage entry door from dry rotted wood to metal. House is painted now and it looks amazing. Other job was the removal and replacement of a wood patio cover. The wood was past its useful life and per Joels recommendation we replaced wood with Alumnawood and could not be happier. Thank you Joel and crew from Top Quality doing great work at a fair price.

I had a bee hive in the side of my home and bee Keeper had to cut a hole in the wall. Joel was able repair the siding and replace the insulation in a very tight space. Work was done on time and as expected. Joel and his team member did a great job.

My wife and I have been working with Joel since 2016. We had Joel and his crew completely remodel our condominium. Two things I can important to us his honesty and his attention to detail. We trust that he will complete the work at a fair price. His attention to detail is his hallmark. During the remodel in 2016, he insisted that the people installing the shower glass come back three times to adjust the doors until they were installed correctly.After the remodel, my wife could not find any defect in his work and she has a keen eye, nothing gets past her.Recently after blowing in the insulation from the outside of the walls, his patching and painting of the stucco was so well done you cant tell where the 2 1/2 inch holes were drilled.After seeing his work a number of our neighbors were completely satisfied with the work he did for them.Without reservation, I recommend Joel and United Top Quality for any of you construction needs.

United did a good job pricing, scheduling, and completing the work. Joel is highly competent at the tasks and lines up quality subcontractors. I strongly recommend a written advance bid or estimate to prevent conflict. The job site was left clean and the work was acceptable.

Joel and his team constructed a deck for us. His company also painted the outside of our house. They also built an indoor laundry room for us from an existing closet. Each time, Joel has supervised his staff to make sure each step is done properly. His team is professional, neat, and finish what they start, on time.
