Amazing communication and scheduling to get an estimate done. we had a nerve wracking situation on our hands and it was a holiday weekend, Mike was one of the first (and only) electricians to return our call/respond to our appointment request and get something scheduled right away. That peace of mind is going to stick with us for a long time. Loved that he asked questions before our visit so he could better plan on timing and our needs and what area we were in. I HIGHLY recommend if you are in north county, he knows what is going on with all the odd city/electrical SDGE situations, solar and vehicle charging set ups.

Updated 11/2/2022 - Mike installed a ceiling fan and did an excellent job. He had previously installed a bathroom exhaust fan for me about 8 months ago. I highly recommend Energo Electric.Mike replaced an old bathroom exhaust fan that was making a horrible noise. The new fan is quiet and the light is so much brighter than that old fan/light. Mike cleaned up the area after the installation was completed and provided an invoice. He has convenient payment options and I chose Venmo, so very easy to pay. Overall, Mike did a great job.

I had a great experience with Mike. I had an outlet issue that ended up being a simple fix, but the most notable thing from the service was Mikes knowledge and willingness to share it. I called him in because I dont know anything about circuits or any of this business. After just 30 minutes to an hour of him here, and me asking some questions here and there, I know far more about my house and the circuits. Power at my house went out at 8pm tonight. I took my flashlight and went to my panel to find the main breaker had tripped. When I turned it back on it immediately made a crazy noise, started sparking, then popped really loud. I was sure I had a major electrical problem on my hands.A quick google search lead me to call Energo. I was desperate and clueless which is a prime situation for a skilled tradesmen to take full advantage. Mike answered within 2 rings and listened to my situation. He walked me through a few trouble shooting steps over the phone. Fortunately My power was restored without major repair cost thanks to Mike.Mike gave me 10 minutes of free time on an after hours call when he could have easily bent me over a barrel with a house call. All we really knew what we wanted were ceiling lights through out the house. Because Mike really had a sense of where the lights should go, we made some changes and were really happy. He also helped choose the wall switches that would provide the best ease of use (double pole, dimmers,...), again really happy with the result and the quality of the work. I have to say the value of Mikes work was not only in his expertise, also he was the least expensive we were quoted, and most professional from start to finish, completing the work ahead of schedule. No doubt we will call him back as we do more remodeling.

I went on to Home Depot site for there installation services. This was a Saturday morning. I text Energo Electric. With 10 minutes I got a phone call from Mike. I sent pictures of the old ceiling fan. I was given a very reasonable quote. And set an appointment for the following Monday.He showed right on time installed everything and cleaned up. Trouble shooting for a a range hood. The fan was working, but the lights were not. Mike was able to determine that we were not using the correct bulbs. He helped us locate and order the correct ones. I had a GFCI outlet go out and replacing it didnt fix the problem. The electricity in my garage and bathroom outlets was out. So, I called Energo and Mike came out and did a great job. He methodically checked all the outlets and the breaker box and figured out that one outlet in the circuit had a wire that got loose, thus breaking the overall circuit. He explained everything to me, including how he found it and what he did to repair it. He was very professional, on-time and responsive. I recommend Energo based on my positive experience with them.
