    Paul Davis Restoration of Northern San Diego County did an excellent job mitigating water damage from a bathroom and then restoring that bathroom, which they completed within the expected schedule. I was especially impressed with Korey, the project manager. He was an excellent communicator, which was important because we were out of state during the project. He sent regular updates with photos and made sure the project was completed to our satisfaction. I would hire Paul Davis Restoration of North County San Diego again.

    Paul Davis Restoration handled both the water remediation and reconstruction on our rental home in San Diego. There was significant damage, and the reconstruction covered a broad scope including cabinetry removal and repair, countertop replacement, sink installation and other plumbing, carpet replacement, drywall repair, painting, etc. They did thorough and high quality work.The project manager, Korey, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He did a great job communicating with both me and the tenant, coordinating and staying on top of the work, ensuring that all the little details (including the inevitable punchlist / follow up items) were handled promptly and professionally. And he was an excellent and honest advocate for us in working with our insurance company to obtain coverage approvals for needed change orders as work proceeded and further damage became evident.

    Paul Davis Restoration would get more than 5 stars if I could. Anthony has been so great communicating on every aspect of this water leak. Eric the technician was polite efficient and never stopped to get things done. I would highly recommend this company.I want to add Korey Collins and Shawna to my 5 star review. They both worked diligently with the insurance company to help get my work done. Shawna was on top of my approvals and estimates. Korey was on top of my project.     Anthony and Eric from Paul Davis have been great so far. They were recommended by our insurance when our house sustained water damage. Every time they come over, they are always happy to answer my questions, no matter how silly. They are friendly and punctual. I’d highly recommend them.

    Paul Davis Restoration of North County was assigned as a trusted vendor by USAA. I reported damage on a Sunday afternoon, and I was contacted by Reuben shortly after that. He gave me contact information for Anthony Chandler who would essentially be the project supervisor. I uploaded photos of the damage and Anthony contacted me almost immediately. Once Anthony arrived, he explained the restoration process in simple and professional terms. He then set about finding the source of our issue, following the evidence to determine it was a leak in our air conditioner in the attic. Anthony then began the initial clean-up and drying out procedures. He then explained the next steps in the process. Anthony and Skyler have been exceptionally helpful and professional, explaining what they were doing, why, and what we could expect next in the process. Although we are still mid-project, I wanted to commend Anthony and Skyler for their professionalism and for providing us peace of mind during a very stressful situation. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration for any emergency response you may need.

    Anthony Chandler came out to inspect my home for what I thought I had abnormal moisture and mold. As a home owner and father with a son that sensitive to penicillin, I was worried. Anthony was very professional walking around my house, checking the walls and floors and was very informative. He taught me quite a bit.     Today I was incredibly blessed to be have services of Anthony from Paul Davis Restoration to help me with situation where my pipe broke in my slab of my condo. I was afraid to call anybody because I didn’t trust anybody after experience that I’ve had dealing with contractors restoration companies and plumbers. Just having three bad experiences in my lifetime has impaired my ability to reach out and trust anyone. As of today, my faith has been restored. In humanity, as Anthony went above and beyond. Thanks to Anthony and his thoroughness he found, where from a previous Water Heater le leak There was still moisture under the flooring in area where It should’ve been dry. When he pulled up that flooring, it stunk so bad. So incredibly grateful because I worry about so much. Finally I see that their are people in these industries who have integrity and that is all thanks to Anthony!

    Five stars for this company, if I could give more I would. This company is amazing! These guys are like Batman (Reuben) and Robin (Chris), with a superwoman (Louise) behind the scenes. They saved my life.From the time I called them they were on sight within thirty minutes, and had the situation contained within an hour.One of the electricians we hired broke a sprinkler pipe in our attic, and because of not having a switch off in the house we had to locate the one at the street to shut off all the water. Which meant a whole lot more water pouring down.But if you have ever heard the expression when it rains it pours… It made the attraction at universal studios, where they have a flash flood simulator, seem like it was a sprinkle. Water was coming from everywhere, as you can imagine. They had to remove all the drywall and set up dehumidifier machines and warm blowers in the great room.For the first couple of days they were on site dawn to dusk checking the moisture levels and adjusting accordingly. Their communication was excellent letting the client know what was happening every step of the way.I cannot thank Reuben and his team enough for their incredible service and for saving the day!

    I was so impressed by the quality of work performed by Adrian and his team at Paul Davis Restoration. When we had a pipe burst in our upstairs master bathroom, it filled the bathroom, closet and bedroom with water...not only that it leaked through the flooring and flooded the kitchen. Adrian and his team were recommended through my insurance and they did an excellent job addressing the issues quickly to avoid mold. They removed the kitchen cabinets but salvaged everything so they were able to put the entire kitchen back together. Unfortunately the upstairs bathroom and closet had to be completely gutted. This flooding was so sudden and such a disruption to our family and our routine it was overwhelming to have to plan out a completely new bathroom remodel. Adrian designed and followed through on a gorgeous new master bathroom that is functional, easy to maintain and more than I could have envisioned on my own. Adrian and his team are professional, always on-time, excellent with communication and follow-through and dependable. Because of Adrian and his team, this stressful and overwhelming situation had a beautiful final outcome.
