Two years ago, Air One replaced the AC and furnace and both still run well. Recently, they installed three ceiling fans and two new porch lights. I also had them update some of the electrical in my 52 year old house. Always a good experience. Very polite and professional. Never a problem with them.

We called them at 4:00 pm today and Lucus showed up at 5:30. Hechecked out my system and determined that there was nothing wrong with it other than the fire suppression system had turned it off. He reset it and it is working great only charged me $79.00I will definitely recommend them and if I have any issues will be calling them again

He was polite, very clean with his work, and really took the time to communicate as well as inform us of any needs that we might have to ensure that our AC system was running at optimal performance. I would highly recommend AirOne for any of your AC or heating needs!

The crew even let us know about a potential plumbing problem they noticed while under our house that we might otherwise not have noticed for a long time and can now address with a plumber. I have used AirOne for more than 10 years and have never had a bad experience. They have done both repairs and a new installation for me over that time. Their track record is still spotless with me. We had a situation where our thermostat quit working last night and I had to call early to get a service call scheduled. T they were able to send Nicholas out early, which was a blessing because my wife and were heading out of town today. Nicholas was presented with a tricky problem that took a while to find a solution for, but he stayed at it with a great attitude. While young and probably not as experienced as most he was great. He ultimately got some help from the shop and they were able to track down the issue. What an earning experience. These folks are great and get 5 stars from me and my wife. Thanks, Nicholas, and thanks AirOne.02/03/22, J P came out today, it was cold, wet, freezing, and windy. Just a miserable day. Our heat wasnt working and he found the problem and fixed it fast. I appreciate him getting out on a day like today to help. These people are the best.08/04/23, It seems that I have to call for a service tech when the weather is just plain awful and today was no exception. Also, on awful days, it seems that my a/c system presents a unique or unusual problem. That is what faced Jackson today, 107 degrees and a most unusual diagnosis and repair. But, he was great. Patience and courtesy were his hallmarks. It took a while but as usual, my a/c is working at peak efficiency again. I love these folks and always recommend them when given an opportunity. And, yes, they are the best.

Had an unexpected A/C emergency due to whoever built my house violating code and putting the lines up against the roof. AirOne was able to get out shortly and JP their tech was awesome at explaining exactly what the issue was and then how he fixed it. He also answered an A/C question (unrelated to the current problem) and confirmed my understanding about the simplicity of doing a specific modification on my own rather than needing to bring them out again. And no...hes not hoping Ill screw it up and then need them for an even larger issue :-)

I cant say enough about the EXCELLENT SERVICE this company has provided for us; from the lady on the phone to the technician who diagnosed our problem, to the team of guys who replaced my entire AC system and all the way up to the owner (who took the time to answer many of my questions)!! Each one was professional, knowledgeable, fast and kind!! Its hard to find kind people in the service industry these days! They replaced my entire system in one day, they were quiet, fast, and even set up tarps to protect my floors AND cleaned up before they left!! We recently had an old system replaced with a new Carrier system. Lance did a thorough evaluation to size the new unit for our home prior to recommending the size of the new system. He is very knowledgeable and did a good job helping select the right system for our home. I appreciated the recommendation to add the surge protectors to help lengthen the life of the electronic components of the system. There was no pressure to buy additional options, just a good description of the option and the choice was totally mine. The installation team was on time, courteous and did a great job on the installation. There has been good follow up after the installation and Lance patiently answered all our questions. Its a pleasure to work with people who keep their promises and AirOne has done that. We have used AirOne for the past two years for maintenance and service work and the experience was very good (they helped stretch the life of the old unit)- always-competent, courteous, on time and reasonably priced.

I have to tell the world about these guys. Lance and his team went above and beyond for us. My husband and I bought an old house in June of 2021, by the time winter came we realized our heat was not working at all. After calling several other companies and having everyone come out to give us diagnosis and quotes we decided to call one more place. This is how we ended up using Air One AC and Heating. Lance came out for the initial consult and was nothing like the rest, every single employee we came across was polite and knowledgeable. Every single other company told me I had to not only replace the ducting system but the actual unit needed to be replaced as well. Air One comes in and said they could fix the unit we have it did NOT need to be replaced and did the entire job for a LOT less money. I highly recommend Air One, you will not be disappointed. Very happy with this company. They are responsive and professional. They came the same day to diagnose our AC that stopped working. They provided several options from budget friendly to more expensive. They discussed the options and were knowledgeable. They even brought window units at no charge while we were waiting for our new unit... which they installed this week even though they were very busy. Technicians were friendly and Im happy with the service so far. They even worked with different financing options which is very important for such an expensive purchase.

The recent hailstorm broke the plastic external wall vent on the outside of the home.Some A/C companies will not replace it.I, on my own, previously purchased 3 possible vent types to replace the current fresh air intake vent due to the reluctance of companies called.Then I found AirOne. They were happy to help. Their techs came out the next day, selected the best of the three (a metal version) and installed it without issue.I think I will choose this company for my HVAC needs in the future, thank you AirOne!!! We had an error on the AC and Air One sent Nicholas within an hour. The drain pan had become cloggged and he fixed it. He did have to come back a couple hours later for the same error becuase the line to the drain had seperated from the pan and it had to be reglued, but he came right away. The house never got above 80 and we were not chared because we have a membership with Air One and keep the unit serviced with them annually.

Lance and his team are Amazing! Right before the 4th of July weekend our AC completely died, we called many companies, got many quotes, and no company stood out like AirOne or could beat the time and price for a AC replacement. Not only did they get the system for us within days unlike other companies who said it could be weeks but they also let us use window units during the few days we didnt have any AC, no other company did that knowing we live in Texas and its really hot for our small kids to deal with. Couldnt be happier with our interaction with AirOne from the start to the end.

AirOne in San Marcos did a great job installing a new system in Kyle. They also repaired our other AC/Heating unit. AirOne has done some work for me and a few of my neighbors. Lance and his staff are always professional, quick and courteous. They know what theyre doing. Great job! We will definitely use them again! The only reason I dont give 5 stars is because Im not a fan of having to pay so much for a diagnosis. I understand they have to pay the techs time and have overhead costs, but then I feel obligated to use that company that does the diagnosing otherwise I lose that fee. I wouldnt mind paying at all if the cost wasnt so high, then I could compare with other companies on the price of the repair, thats all. This applies to ALL companies that charge that fee. But AirOne DOES do a great job!

I had an excellent experience with the staff. I called in the afternoon in mid June with an AC not cooling properly. They said the earliest appointment was going to be the next day in the afternoon. Being the busy season that was to be expected. Before 9am the next day I got a call back saying there was a cancellation and would I want to bump up the appointment. The technician was there in less than 10 minutes. Very polite and knowledgeable. He showed me what the problem was before fixing it and was fast and efficient in his work. They have since come back on a maintenance service call and again I was very pleased with their work. I would recommend this company to anyone.

I deliberately waited a few days after installation to write this review. Ive known about this company for many years from repairs to our oven, range and washing machine. We had our HVAC unit completely replaced after dealing with another company for 16 years. I found the owner very responsive; the installers respectful, clean, punctual and well supervised; and able to explain things to a layperson clearly without making me feel like an idiot. Two subsequent follow-up visits were equally high quality. This company has more longevity for employees than the norm for this industry. I highly recommend this company.

I had a air conditioner installed by another company that was incorrectly installed. Air One assisted me in analyzing the system and giving me the information I needed to correct the situation. The owner, Lance, came by a second time to look again at a situation to make sure that I knew everything that needed to be corrected with the system. Hes cross training Lucas who is also seems to be a valuable asset to this company.Lance doesnt lay on different expenses that arent necessary but instead tries to work with you even in phases to have an efficient working A/C system.Shelia in the office is kind and seems to always be available (does she ever go home?) My A/C went out the Sunday before Memorial Day. Called several different Air Conditioning companys in the area. Before calling Air One only one would answer the phone and they couldnt repair it till Tuesday, this was on a Sunday. Called AirOne and not only did the answer the phone they came out within a few hours.Within a few hours J.P one of the servicemen arrived at my home. He assessed the problem and within the hour had my air conditioner up and running. In the future I will be recommending AirOne to my friends and clients. I recently had AirOne provide a second diagnostic of my AC system after not being completely satisfied with the ‘tune-up’ service I received from another HVAC contractor. What made me decide to go with AirOne for a second opinion was the exceptional customer service I received from their rep, Sheila. I called on multiple occasions and not once did I feel rushed or pressured. She was courteous, accommodating and listened to my AC concerns and when no other place wanted to give me a general estimate on the suggested repairs I was told I needed, Sheila was willing to at least give me a ball park cost. In addition, Sheila and their service manager did some research on my equipment because I did not have any paperwork from the original HVAC contractor who installed my indoor AC unit. This was even before I had AirOne come out. In other words, AirOne is a company that will work with you. The ballpark cost provided by their service manager was also very competitive.Customer service excellence didn’t stop there. Their technician was friendly, courteous and took the time to actively listen to my concerns and answer any questions I had. And I had plenty! He also took the time to figure out an issue with the compressor. The owner, Lance, came to my home a few days later to provide a courtesy evaluation of my ductwork and an estimate for various replacement options for my AC unit. Lance is very polite, personable and professional but not pushy. He was patient in answering my questions and providing me with a lot of good information. He left me with a packet which I have read through and will keep for future reference when I am ready to replace my AC unit and ductwork.There are several local HVAC contractors who have a rating above 4.0 and it can be difficult to choose one unless you are willing to pay each company to come out to diagnose your system. If you want exceptional customer service, folks who are willing to work with you, willing to take the time to find out what is wrong with your system AND willing to take the time to actually explain it and answer your questions, I highly recommend giving AirOne an opportunity to earn your business!

We had to completely replace our old unit in our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home. Our old 15 yr old unit was going to be too expensive to repair. Lance and his team installed a brand new Carrier unit with a single-stage compressor, variable speed fan, and a digital wi-fi thermostat. We had an issue with the fan being out of round, causing a vibration in the home but Lances team came out within a reasonable about of time and replaced it under warranty and were very apologetic for the inconvenience.What I like about this system is that its constantly circulating the air. I was skeptical thinking that my energy bill is going to increase.My June 2018 bill was $138.62 and my June 2019 bill was $94.49. My July 2018 bill was 148.87 and my July 2019 bill was 99.83 so I am saving money.The system is super quiet both inside of the home and outside. It doesnt make a loud sound outside when the compressor turns on.Im very happy with my purchase. The process was very professional. He came out and did a full analysis of our space to confirm what size unit my home would need to cool it properly. I feel like I have peace of mind knowing that Lance and his company will always do me right. I recommend them.

We like AirOne. We’ve tried other AC companies, and ALL are overpriced but are sticking with AirOne because they’re responsive to service calls and their Techs are pro diagnosticians. It turns out there are a few HVAC service jobs easy for DITYers like us to do, and they are honest when we ask them about these. ALL AC companies will charge you $300 for a $20 heat pump capacitor, including AirOne, but at least AirOne acknowledges the game. AirOne also endorsed me changing out my own $700 blower motor, saving the $1000 labor cost for the job (apparently industry-standard) . I appreciate their candor.
