We worked with Five Mile Construction this year with our new build in the Woodcreek neighborhood of Wimberley, TX and had a great experience. When the house was finished, (only a few weeks delay due to supply chains and is exceptional compared to many other people doing new builds) we absolutely loved the final product. Our bougie friends from Lakeway, TX visited us and remarked how nice all the furnishing were, from the wood handle on the staircase to the fan in the living room and the lights in the kitchen above the island. We are grateful to have such a high quality house built by this company that we can live in. At the closing they also gave us a house maintenance info packet they give out (my wife and I are first time home owners) and it has been very helpful explaining the construction warranties and any upcoming services we may need to keep up with on the house. This is a great company that we would love to work with in the future going forward.

One of the best quality builders in Central Texas. This team backs up their construction and will ensure that the best product is delivered to each customer. Zach Franks is very personable, upfront and honest in his business dealings plus providing great work. Even though it didn’t happen often, when we had a small concern, Zach was able to handle quickly and efficiently! Excellent work!
