    Guillermo Leon was a tremendous worker. My bathroom sinks were backed up hard. Another company came out.and the guy worked real hard but was unable to fix the problem. I called Zoom and Guillermo showed up and started working on it. Even using his hydrojetter h could not get through the clog so he brought out a powered snake, and after cutting a pipe that could be reconnected later, he kept grinding away on it till he broke through the solid hard sediment that had formed. I was starting to think I was screwed and was going to have to tear out a wall or something.So thank you Guillermo way to stay with it.

    Called zoom about an ADU main line issue on a friday afternoon when 2 other big name outfits said no. technicion mike hanson showed up in less than 2 hours. cleared the line, ran a camera inspection for Q/A and cleaned up the area. all professional and greatly appreciated for short notice. will call again when needed!

    While there’s nothing enjoyable about encountering a severely backed up kitchen sink at 7pm on a Friday, SD Zoom Drain made the process of repairing it as painless as possible. They dispatched Eduardo quickly, and he took care of the problem efficiently and explained the issue clearly. Would definitely use them again

Kevin gave me credible, useful advice to use the hydro-jetting process, and then worked to insure my drain was completely clear.     Eduardo Avitia and Alejandro Maldonado were a great crew. They inspected a cracked toilet flange issue I ran into when installing a new toilet and informed me of two options to fix. They went with the less invasive option first and were able to just use flange spacer instead of refitting a new flange to the drain pipe. Efficient, informative, and clean, which it’s important since I had small kids at home at the time. I would hire Zoom Drain (John Padilla Plumbing) for my next home plumbing job.

    Fernando and Kevin from Zoom Drain were fantastic. They showed up quickly when we were dealing with an emergency plumbing issue. They were friendly and polite and fixed the problem. After they left, it was revealed the problem was bigger in scope and needed more attention.It was pretty late, but Roberto left his daughter’s birthday party to help us out. The next morning, Fernando and Kevin returned and solved the problems with more extensive work. They stayed for a while after just to ensure everything was fixed.Fantastic experience with this company and these three professionals.     The whole experience with the miserably backed up Bathroom was nauseating and stifling. Zoom drain after a call first thing in the morning gave a free estimate. They came out so quickly when I said I wanted to have it done they cleared out a drain that seemed unclear able. We’ve had work done time and time again never to any avail. Even a new fixture they took care of it efficiently. They were kind they were neat, and they were very prompt to respond.

    My wife and I cannot even put into words the difference the Zoom Drain technicians, Eduardo A and Alejandro M, made in our lives. Good plumbing in your house is one of the most foundational aspects of owning a home. Our 1950s home we purchased less than a year ago had many issues but primarily: the plumber previously hired didn’t tie the kitchen into the main line and the cast iron pipe from the kitchen was corroded/cracked essentially creating a food/debris pond in our crawl space for who knows how long.After surveying and performing their inspections (as well as working with us to phase the work into critical/non critical path for our budget), Eduardo and Alejandro got to work the next day. Work finished a few days later, with them working late into the evenings and in the dark without complaint.We don’t have the words to describe how impressed we are with: their cheerful attitudes, diligence, QAQC, clean work area, and exemplary work ethic. Not to mention the respect they showed our home, always announcing themselves before entering, keeping a small work area as best they could, and keeping us informed with their findings/timeline along the way. Their friendliness went a long way with our nosey neighbors as well.If you’re having a hard time finding a plumber, look no further. I will definitely be using Zoom Drain again and am hopeful Eduardo and Alejandro are rewarded for their phenomenal work.Thank you, Eduardo and Alejandro, a million times over, not all heroes wear capes!

    My garbage disposal was jammed and I couldn’t unjam it myself. I called up John Padilla plumbing and on the same day, Edgar Aguirre came by to do a quick consultation. He unjammed the disposal seamlessly but upon his inspection, he found a huge leak with it. He was able to replace it within minutes because he had the unit in his car already. Edgar was super chill, straight to the point, and a pleasure to work with. He also answered all my questions. 11/10 would recommend him

    We woke up to a clogged toilet this morning. I called before 6:30 & requested my favorite plumber Edgar Aguirre, if available.Edgar arrived at 10 & went right to work with his snake. Unfortunately, that didn’t solve the problem so he needed to resort to sending a camera down from the roof. The clog was found where the pipes from 2 bathrooms came together under the middle of the house before turning to go out to the clean-out. With that determined, he sent for a power jet machine which came from the shop with Kevin & Eduardo, in just a few minutes. Once that was sent down from the roof, the problem was solved!!!!Through all of this, they communicated well & advised what they were doing & why. My plumbers of choice. *****
