We were not notified prior to arrival. Issue was resolved quickly.As technician was reinstalling cleanout cap, he cracked the T-fitting. The line is not under pressure, but the concern is that it may leak should we have another clog.

Needed to replace a water heater and went to Lowe’s which Rescue Rooter is their installer. Roberto came over on a Saturday and answered all of my questions and concerns. He provided the quote and I proceeded to set up the install for the following Monday. Jonathan arrived with our new water heater, an AO Reed Signature 300 50 gallon, explained the details to installing and also bringing it up to the current code requirements. I really appreciate Jonathan’s professionalism and attention to detain. He answered all my questions. Thank you Rescue Rooter!

They didnt charge me anything extra to come come out on Sunday and the technician, Eddie, was very kind and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them!

They were efficient, prompt and took care of all my plumbing issues. I couldnt light the pilot light to the hot water heater. John, the technician, explained what needed to be done and showed me the parts he was replacing. I trusted him. My toilet tank was leaking and asked if he had time to fix it. He did with no problem. He also recommended valve replacements which need to be done. He went above and beyond his job. I would recommend them.

Had a plugged up main sewer line at the house. It was really stressing out my wife and myself, even after just a couple days. If you’ve ever had to deal with this situation then you definitely understand… no using your restroom and flushing, no showers, no washing dishes, no washing clothes… you get the idea. My wife is a longtime friend of one of the sales associates, Tom. He steered us in the right direction and set us up with an appointment for having our line cabled to hopefully clear up the situation. Later that day Roberto came out to our house… he arrived right when he said he would, was super friendly, and was a skilled technician as he made quick work of a really tough clog. Beto was great, and if/when we ever need these services again, I’ll be requesting that he be the tech that makes the visit. We’ve dealt with other plumbing contractors in the past but this was far and away the most positive experience we’ve had. Thank you to Tom and Beto… we really appreciate you guys. It’s just a few days before Xmas right now… so I hope you guys have a great holiday.

Ruben came out to salvage a very rusty bolt that could not be removed to replace a kitchen faucet that we thought we could easily replace ourselves DIY haha yeah right…turns out that wasn’t the case. Jose was the third plumber out and he quickly and easily used a regular snake to clear the mainline (that 2 other companies failed to). Yesterday a tech from Baird was having a bad day and just left.😳 Then, Rescue Solutions wanted to charge $4200 to fix. That was an easy No for me. Today, Jose from ARS came out within an hour on a Sat, He was super pleasant with a can-do attitude and resolved the issue in 20 min. $99 for excellent, professional service. Thanks Jose!

I called ARS rescue rooter to come fix a tub sprout mess from a previous service, they broke the volve in the middle. See attached picture. ARS technician Eduard Kroshchuk did an excellent job. He first spent time to measure and cut an exact place on drywall from behind the broken volve, he then cut off the wood behind the drywall, and then use the tool to take off the broken volve. After that he installed the new volve and Soldered the pipe. Every step was doing with professional and care. I’m more than happy with the results. I highly recommend Eddie for his outstanding work.

A couple of days after the installation, the city inspector came to review the work and he noted Jonathans attention to detail in the install, remarking that Jonathan took the time to tape the insulation on the piping/tubing so that it did not come undone. The water heater is working as advertised. Give Jonathan a raise!

Couldn’t be more pleased with the results, along with the supervisor (Scott), and team (Luli, Eric, Johnny) assigned to the job. From start to finish they made sure the job was done correct and complete. From the removal of all old cast iron, to digging a trench in our front yard with a backhoe, coordinating with the city for the permit, and then cleaning up and finalizing within the projected time so we could continue with our tight timeline we had with our remaining landscaping project. 100% recommended.

We were in a pinch looking for someone to come out asap when our sewage backed up. I called late night and they gave me an appointment the very next morning. Thomas Cooper came out on time and got to the problem quickly. He was very informative and explained everything in detail and how to prevent further problems from recurring. He did an amazing job getting all of our pipes cleaned out and working well. He also suggested flushing out our water heater and then proceeded to getting our water running clean and better than before. I highly recommend this company and especially Thomas Cooper. We have had very bad experiences with previous companies and can say this will be our go to company for all of our plumbing needs and maintenance. I called Rescue Rooter because the pipes under my kitchen sink were leaking and my garage disposal died. I asked if there could replace the garage disposal and they said yes. I made an appointment and was given a time frame. Ed was the technician that came out. He was here exactly when they said he would be here. Ed was polite, courteous, honest and very knowledgeable. He replace the garage disposal in less than an hour and fixed the leak. When the job was done Ed cleaned up everything and left my kitchen neat and clean. The price was a bit more than I expected but well worth the cost because now I have a new garage disposal and no more leaks. Im so happy with the service i received today. Ed is the best. I cannot recommend them highly enough to convey how satisfied we are. We called on a Sunday afternoon with an emergency main line backup. Victor was dispatched to come and take care of our needs. After the initial diagnostic, it turns out it was a way bigger issue than what we had thought. Victor worked tirelessly to make sure we had a usable bathroom for the night while the full repair would be taken care of the following day. He dug a 4ft hole into the ground in the POURING rain all with a smile and friendly disposition. They were communicative, honest and CLEAN! Everything was pristine after they left. Today is Sunday and I expected to get a jacked up price, asking for a plumber on a Sunday. To my shock, they sent someone the same day and charged a normal fee. Very reasonable fee. Ruben serviced us and we felt really good about him. He did not rush and was extremely helpful and informative. Hes a nice and genuine person who we trusted. Great vibes. That may not seem like a big deal but it really is. In all my years of hiring dozens of plumbers (for our home and our rental properties) I can tell you I have never had a regular plumber I liked and trusted. Sadly there was root intrusion in the sewer line and the easy fix didn’t work. ARS gave us a quote for work to hydro jet the sewer line and install a liner but the quote was higher than competition so we went with another company.While the quote was high, ARS still did a great job for us and Cody the plumber really worked hard to try and solve our issue for the tenants who were hosting turkey day. I contacted ARS about the appearance of a wet area of drywall in our home. Lendable Knox was able to come the same day. Due to the age of our house we had to get testing done and call a restoration company.
