We decided to update and change our old pipes underneath the house. Albert was very patient and courteous in explaining the work that was needed and the options that we had. We never felt pushed and he always responded our concerns and questions in a very timely manner. He would take pictures daily of the work that was completed on the day of. He would go up to site on the weekends to speed up the project. We couldn’t be happier that we found Albert who is competent, trustworthy, and just a great guy to work with. Since 2015 I have use this plumbing service many times to replace all the water valves in my home, replace two toilets, completely remove and install a new shower, install a new water heater, replace all the 1/2 and 3/4 water supply pipes in the home, replace the kitchen and 2 bathrooms faucets, replace the faucet and install a shower a new shower door in a bathroom, etc. This company does great work, honest, professional, friendly and easy to deal with and does what they say!! The rates are reasonable and the quality of the work is Outstanding. I highly recommend this company for any plumbing work you may need. The employees are very knowledgeable, professional and go above and beyond to complete the job. From the moment I called Quick Repair Quick Rooter I was greeted with a friendly voice of Albert who took such good care of me from the moment he answered the phone until the very end, so much so that I will always come back again for anything that needs to be done with plumbing, and will refer this company over and over.I had had the run around with other quotes I was getting, I felt that I was being over diagnosed, and was told I need to do more than was necessary to fix my blocked, old, cracked pipe with tree roots in it. My tenant who lives in the home was getting upset over the ever continuous blocked pipe too so the pressure was on to get this fixed and fixed right. I was very discouraged by other companies so I was so happy I kept looking and found this great company represented by the excellent customer service and fast attention and reasonable priced I got from Albert. He answered the phone every time I called him, he went out same date, the job was quoted fairly and the work was stared very next day. He dealt with my tenants beyond excellently, and did the job quickly and well. He kept me informed of progress, and left the area clean and well-presented even though this was a job that required digging a deep trench in the yard. I had a leaking pipe in my slab (60 year old house) but no visible water. I called Quick repair and Albert arrived with 30 minutes. He determined the problem under my kitchen floor and gave me 2 options, 1 tear out my cabinets and jack hammer up my hard wood floors or 2 do a repipe. We decided on the repipe of the house. Alberts team was was there the next day to start the job. His team of plumbers is outstanding they finished the whole house repipe an repaired the walls in a week. Highly recommend.
