Our experience with Plumbing Tree was phenomenal. From start to finish, the job was handled with the upmost level of professionalism and competence. We were always able to reach someone in a timely manner to talk about the work and get the information we needed before booking the job. Their prices are competitive and come with a longer warranty than other plumbing companies. Angel was outstanding; he was knowledgeable, efficient, kept us in the loop during the job, and left everything clean and tidy. We are happy to have found a plumbing company that we can trust, and we will use them in the future no question for all our plumbing needs.

One of the best home service companies I have ever seen. I called Plumbing Tree about fixing a leak in my sprinkler irrigation system that had been slowly leaking for a while and running up my water bill. They came out promptly and capped the leaking line even though they couldnt perform the full fix right then, just to stop the leak and ease my mind.The next day, a tech came who was friendly, professional, and competent and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend!

Jerry came by the next day without any fuss, and was very prompt, in addition to arriving early. The quote was fair, the repair was excellent! and were very happy. We called The Plumbing Tree to help us with a leak in our bathroom faucet. The office staff was very friendly and got us someone to come out and help in the same day. Angel and Jesse helped fix the problem and they were very helpful and super nice! Also the owner, Freddy was very easy to talk to and made us feel very taken care of!I am a Christian and loved that the vans have a bible verse on the back. The fact that The Plumbing Tree is a Christian company is very important to me and not something you see often and I really appreciate that a lot in a pluming company! I will be referring my friends and family to use The Plumbing Trees services.

We hired Plumbing Tree to re-pipe our entire home with copper. This was a big project that took a week with 3-4 plumbers each day. Plumbing Tree did an absolutely great job, we are very happy with their work and their team. The team was courteous, professional, and very helpful with any questions or concerns. Freddy (owner) is very conscientious and really takes pride in their work. Some pictures of their work are attached. The best part is Plumbing Tree had a cleaning crew come in and clear our entire home, not just their work areas, after the job was complete!! We can absolutely recommend Plumbing Tree, great work, great team, reasonable pricing.

FAN. TAS. TIC.I had a root grow into my ancient cast iron main line. First plumber I spoke to said I had to rip up my entire driveway and replace the whole thing. What did Plumbing Tree advise? Great question I would love to tell you.They recommended cutting down to the problem, removing the broken section, advised putting in a clean out since I did not have one on that side of the property, and concreting that bad boy back together. The company is highly efficient and professional. They keep you updated while performing the actual service and also before doing it and after it is done. They are very responsive and keep the schedule. The technician, Fernando, did a great job. He not only performed the requested leak detection but also inspected the whole house. He then put all possible repairs in three different categories: what should be done now without any delay, what should be done soon, and what can wait. Overall, his service was excellent.Added on October 2, 2024It is the third time I have used Plumbing Tree. It is a wonderful company. We got a pipe leak from the dishwasher along with some other problems with our garbage disposal. The technician, Mickey, got to our place just 40 minutes after I called the company. The work was thorough, highly professional, and very efficient. High quality parts, too. I am very happy with the work Mickey did and will call Plumbing Tree in future whenever any need arises.

This company is next level! My shower was unexpectedly leaking into my neighbors unit so I called this company needing an emergency fix. Gilbert arrived promptly at 8am and thoroughly investigated all the potential issues. Gilbert kept me in the loop with everything that needed to be fixed and with all costs. Once the job was completed there wasnt any unexpected issues with pricing or timing. Mickey, Edwin, and Angel did an incredible job replacing our water heater on an emergency basis. The 80 gallon previous one had fractured, causing water to leak all over the garage. They came out immediately, assessed the issue, and recommended a tankless one that operates smoothly and efficiently. Mickey worked into the evening the first night and continued to work more than 13 hours the following day to ensure we would be able to use hot water. During his routine whole-house inspection, he discovered one of our toilet tanks was nearly fractured through and through; we had it replaced immediately. He also discovered rocks in our backflow and repaired our pressure regulating valve. They are thorough, professional, timely, and fair. We are very grateful for their services and expertise. We highly recommend their company.

He also explained the process for their assessment of the problem and giving me an estimate AND what forms of payment they take, including those with a service fee and those without.Mickey arrived on time and was knowledgeable, professional and absolutely great. The repair was done promptly today, and he also helped us with an estimate for future work. All in all, it was a great experience and I will definitely use them again-- hopefully for upgrades next time rather than an emergency.

We had a severely root clogged drainage pipe and a heavy rainfall expected within 24 hrs. Mickey to the rescue! There was a huge root ball that did not want to come out. He worked on it for 5 hrs for the same rate initially quoted on distance. He would have been well justified to say it wasn’t coming out, I had already signed that there was no guarantee he could get them out. But he didn’t give up, he went back and forth from different access points until he was finally able to get it. There was like an 8 ft root ball that came out. It was so satisfying. Very grateful we called them. I really think most people would have given up and left me with the root clogged drain.

Today, they sent Tony out and he was here in 25 minutes (not always possible, but it happens often enough that you want to call them the next time a plumbing issue arises).

Truly grateful to have found this company. I had a sewer line backup at my property during a very inconvenient time. (After a horrible experience with ARS/Rescue Rooter where after I waited 6 hours past the appointment they told me the line could not be cleared and required a $6,300 dig-up-the-yard repair) I called Plumbing tree for a second opinion.Freddy was very helpful and sent out Mickey immediately. Within about an hour of making the call the line was clear and Mickey did a thorough camera inspection of the entire system. Gilbert was a clear communicator Plumbing Tree provided a fair cost compared to peer plumbing services. He helped me first diagnose the problem, then provide 3-4 solutions. When I had questions in my decision making process to bring those initial options down to the one that was most effective and in my budget, Gilbert was again very supportive and spoke to me in clear ways I could understand. Great experience overall.

Weve used Plumbing tree for our manufactured home for about 20 years. We had blockage in one of the sewer lines. Because of where we live, things can be tricky. We own the home, but rent the space. So not all repairs are our responsibility. Alan came out to help with the issue. He was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. There was some grey area on who was responsible for the repairs. After the service was done I spoke to Miguel, a customer service rep. I talked about some concerns with him. He was very helpful and really listened to what I had to say. He mentioned he would reach out to me the next day. There were also payment issues and Joanna was helpful to answer my questions. I guess there was a technical issue, but she was attentive and responded to me right away. Miguel got back to me as promised and we settled the matter working in my favor. Miguel and the Plumbing Tree family are extremely loyal and HONEST. Something you dont find today when it comes to contractors and handy work. Although, I dont find their prices competitive like as were in previous years, there is not a doubt in my mind I would call on San Diego Plumbing Tree again. The people there are great, responsive, and caring individuals and as a business. Thank you, Miguel, Alan, and Joanna!

Mickey R. helped us out today. He did a home inspection of all our plumbing and let me know the state of our plumbing, what might need repair now, in the future, how San Diego’s water effects pipes and valves, and what to look out for moving forward. He explained everything well which was invaluable to me as a new homeowner. I feel like I’m a better person now, haha. Definitely a better homeowner. The job was an all day job, which required replacing pretty much all the valves in our condo. Mickey was super nice and very professional. His expertise and the warranty offered by Plumbing Tree puts me at ease, along with the quality of work. It’s one less thing to worry about, and I’m covered for a couple years with this warranty if something comes up. Thank you guys!

The Plumbing Tree has been a pleasure to work with! I had them replace two 1980s toilets that were super small and leaky. The options in terms of toilet replacement were great and high quality. Toto toilets are well known so I knew I was getting a quality product and installation with Plumbing Tree. I joined their Customer Program which included an en-longated warranty on the equipment and a 10% on total cost of work. Also the pricing was all inclusive. Cost of equipment and work was already factored in and knowing the costs of Toto toilets I thought it was well worth the price! Not to mention Tony and office staff were super easy to work with. Great team, honestly, I know Ill be working them whenever I have any plumbing work that needs to be done. I am going to replace some sinks soon, and re-do laundry connections at some point as well. So Im definitely going to use their Customer Program! I highly recommend Plumbing Tree!!

Two days ago we discovered a leak from the disposal in a condominium we are renting for several weeks. Our landlord called Plumbing Tree and Alan, one of their employees, arrived promptly this morning and not only replaced the disposal unit, but also additional piping under the sink that had been installed improperly at an earlier time. His work was excellent and the repair appears to be perfect. He was also careful to clean up everything afterwards, and was extremely courteous. All in all, a great job.

Mickey was AMAZING. This company is great. They fix long term problems not just a quick fix.Mickey came to fix my bathroom sink because of a clog. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Been using Plumbing Tree for years. Appreciate their skilled employees so I call when needed. For many years they charged by the hour and since they earned my trust I liked the hourly method. This past trip, he charged me by the job (which was overpriced) and I inquired why the change in business model - Answer is because 80% of customers wanted it that way. For the future just means I need to shop around before hiring. Still like the company and will call them for quotes when needed.

We had a situation with our tankless water heater that needed attention immediately and were able to come out that afternoon. Its easy to write a great review about Plumbing Tree. Its also easy to write too much! But well try to summarize. We have used this company pretty much since it began. At three different locations. With different challenges. Different degrees of difficulty. But always...same results: Jobs done. Jobs done well. For reasonable rates. This is a company that reflects the ethics and philosophy of its founder: Yes, it is OK to make money, but not until you FIRST make sure you have taken care of the customer. In our experience, Plumbing Tree accomplishes this in several ways: First, before a representative comes out, they ask important questions, and request photos or documentation that can help them solve the problems BEFORE they even step inside your home. Second, the individuals who represent the company also represent the companys philosophy; this means that they, too, arrive not looking for more work, they arrive looking for ways to fix the problems, and to work efficiently and effectively. Finally, they suggest alternative solutions that--get this--wont tack on more time or more cost...but achieve just the opposite: they attempt to find ways to make you happy in less time, for less money. When we first used Plumbing Tree those many years ago, at the end of my review I wrote something like this, This company is going to get big. Get in on the ground floor. I was right. It has grown...but it hasnt outgrown that core philosophy. Use them!
