    I can’t recommend PAWS Plumbing and Jacob enough! Our garbage disposal was jammed with broken glass, causing the sink to back up repeatedly. Jacob quickly identified the issue and resolved it within 30 minutes. Will was also incredibly responsive and proactive, ensuring the problem was addressed promptly and Jonathan helped as well to fix the handle on our toilet.This team is reliable, efficient, and affordable—truly top-notch service. 10/10 would highly recommend!

    From cradle to grave, this was the best experience. I was hooked at Paws, Will reeled me in on the first call with his winning personality and availability to have a tech on site at such short notice, and sunk with Jaimes exceptional effort. I am so impressed with their reliability and that they succeeded at doing the little things that others promise, but fail to deliver. As a facility maintenance company, I deal with a lot of people every day all over the contiguous United States. It is difficult being in a centralized location and having large companies depend on you for their maintenance needs when you are not local. Techs will accept a job and promise to show up, and when it comes time, I cant get back in touch with them. No calls, no texts, no response. Paws Plumbing, Will and Jaime came through clutch like people dont anymore and I am keeping their information for all of my commercial plumbing needs in the San Diego area. I dont think I can recommend them enough. Jaime did amazing quality work for a really competitive cost. He was punctual, professional, and polite. GIVE THIS MAN A RAISE! Also, he was incredibly communicative, understanding that I am not local and I requested photos and text updates. He kept me informed at every step. Impressed is not even the word. Completely awe struck more encompasses this experience.

    Need a plumber ASAP as the water line into our fridge was corroded and the install guy was not able to remove the old water line from our old fridge without risking giving us an indoor pool in the kitchen. As we were going on about a week without a functional fridge, did not want to delay getting that issue addressed to get the install guys back out to get our fridge up and running. I used PAWS plumbing 2 years ago when I had plumbing issues in the house. They were fantastic in addressing our plumbing issues then. PAWS plumbing was the only company that came into mind when I needed a plumber again to address this current issue. Jonathan came out. He was early. Took care of this issue, had time and went around and tested the pipes and water pressure in the house. I know absolutely nothing about plumbing. Jonathan was very patient and explained the other little problems I should look into getting replaced soon. Found another issue in one of the upstairs bathrooms and was fixed during the visit. He also let me know what in the house I needed to address and gave me quotes. Very happy with the service and will definitely use them again if I need a plumber in the future

    Jacob Baker and his helper Angus performed our biggest job so far and did impeccable work. Below are progress pics of replacing a 70 year old cast iron sewer pipe located underneath an asphalt driveway. Pic 1 they marked off the area. Pic 2 they laid a tarp for asphalt pieces for easy cleanup. Pic 3 they cut asphalt and jack hammered into pieces. Pic 4 they exposed the pipe. Pic 5 removed old pipe and installed new pipe including a small pile of gravel in middle of pipe to prevent a future belly. Pic 6 thorough backfill and leveling. Pic 7 they added gravel and made it much easier for me to lay the asphalt. The project was completed in two days without any incident. Their commounication is always excellent and thorough. These are the guys to hire for your project to ensure it is done cirrectly for a fair price. A++ Thank you Jacob and Angus.

    Our master bath shower faucet would not turn off on Wednesday morning and we frantically started calling around for repairs within the North County area. After contacting Paws Plumbing through Yelp, Dispatcher Will promptly responded back and was able to schedule a time to send over someone to do a consultation. After having the water turned off to our house for 24 hours we were happy to welcome Technician Eric for our consultation Thursday morning.Eric was pleasant and professional when he arrived with a mask and shoe coverings at our front door. Although we had tried to purchase new hardware for our shower and sink faucet replacements he kindly informed us that it would not match what was needed for the repair. He was able to provide both a consultation and start the repair work the same day!As our shower was the first priority that was completed on Thursday and we worked with Will to schedule another appointment for Monday for our troublesome sink faucets. All the work was completed within the estimated time frame. Paws plumbing is highly recommended!

    Used this companys services twice in 2 weeks. Im sure the technician recognized me, but was kind enough not to point it out. He was completely professional and accommodating both times.     We are six days out from Christmas 2024 and we discovered that we have a water leak under our house coming from our kitchen sink where the pipe had cracked. Paws Plumbing came out the SAME DAY we called them and Jacob was able to fix the leak before sunset. We really appreciate that he also did a free home inspection of the plumbing in the rest of our home and had found a couple things that we could address proactively to reduce the chance of a leak in the future. Jacob‘s professionalism and attention went a long way and we are so grateful For Paws!

    Paws Plumbing, as before, was responsive to another one of my bathroom issues. The upstairs bathtub faucet, valve, drain and showerheard needed to be replaced--since it was over 30 years old. Paws plumbing was able to get the repair done within 4 hours and at a reasonable price. Since we have worked with them on a couple occasions in the past, Jacob was able to offer a discount. (Military discount is also available).I was really impressed with both Jacob and Angus professionalism and customer service. They were quite considerate and helpful. Because Paws Plumbing has consistently been reliable and their high quality work, I plan on using Paws Plumbing on all of my plumbing issues.

    A more recent update: Jaime came this morning to remove my garbage disposal and hook the sink back up.He was right on time, very courteous, didnt mind my cat helping, and was done quickly. He even did a free check of the toilet (after Id done a small repair myself) and my bathroom sink. Very helpful!!!These guys are phenomenal. I originally contacted Paws a few years ago to get a second estimate on a broken hose bib. They came in about half the other quote. Since then, they have replaced my water heater and today they fixed my kitchen sink piping.They couldve told me a story and charged a fortune; I wouldnt have known any differently. Theyre honest, theyre all nice guys, and they work really hard. Its nice to know these kind of people are in business.

    We called in the morning hoping to have someone come out that day or the next. They originally scheduled an appointment for the next day, but an hour or so later they called us to say they had an opening that day and could come out even sooner! When Michael arrived he checked out our water heater because we wanted to make sure it was working properly. Then he addressed what we were primarily concerned with. He was quick to understand the issue we were having with our toilet and got right to work. It didn’t take him long at all to fix the issues and then he asked if there was anything else he could help with - as we had just moved into a new house a few days prior and he wanted to make sure everything was running smoothly. We realized our water wasn’t connected to the fridge when we moved in and he was eager to help. The cable was actually missing and he had to go to the store to buy one, but did so very quickly. He even was kind enough to use his drill to remove a couple of cabinet doors above the fridge (when it was pulled out of the spot) because they couldn’t open fully. He went above and beyond what we called him for and he worked quickly while doing an excellent job. My sister had used Paws plumbing a few times for various plumbing issues and also has had every person go above and beyond what they needed to do. They are the only company I’m going to call for my future plumbing needs. I would 100% recommend this company.

    I have used PAWS plumbing on a few occasions and they are always friendly, solutions oriented, fairly priced, available and their work is excellent. They fixed an electric water heater pump for me that was installed wrong by the builder, they’ve unclogged toilets and fixed a shower lever…they’ve also scoped my drains at a rental home and helped me locate pipes in the foundation. I trust them. They are my go-to plumbers.

    We had a long standing recurrent problem with blocked house drainage. Clean-outs were becoming less effective. Finally excavated the problematic area of our drain line and discovered badly damaged and distorted segment of old pipe due to large tree roots. Michael removed and replaced the entire damaged section and replaced it with new and properly pitched section of pipe, verified proper flow and function. We are greatly relieved to have this problem resolved.

    I dropped a soap dispenser in my sink and cracked it. One contractor said they would have to rip out my countertop and install a new sink. Paws Plumbing offered a free visit consultation and Michael and Jake came. Since its an under mount sink, they helped me order a similar one online to fit my vanity.     We had a gas leak in our laundry room and SDGE turned off our gas and told me I needed to call a plumber to fix it. Every plumbing company said they had no available technicians until the next day, even PAWS. But Kristen (I think that was her name) went out of her way to find an available technician and was able to schedule him to come out and repair the leak.Both Kristen and Robert were awesome. I highly recommend PAWS and would call them again.

    PAWS was a pleasure to deal with, from booking the appointment online through YELP to the automated text messages communicating exactly when the technician was set to arrive. Once Michael arrived, refreshingly on the early side of the given window, he was personable, professional and, most importantly, knowledgable. He gave a competitive quote on what was needed, did the work and cleared our stuck drain and provided lots of helpful maintenance tips that help out in resolving problems ourselves or avoiding them altogether.     We had an emergency sink clog/leak issue in our condo unit in Downtown San Diego and called Paws last minute. Will with Paws was quick to get back to us after we reached out via Yelp and was able to give us a precise 2-hour window when the technician could be there for a free inspection. I later got a call saying that the plumber would actually be able to arrive two hours ahead of schedule which was perfect given the issue needed to be fixed ASAP. Upon arrival, Eric quickly assessed and quoted our issue at a far more competitive price than the competition.     Our appointment was between 10am-12 and they texted 30 minutes before and said they were on their way. In my experience with other businesses, this doesnt always happen so it was off to a great start. They wore booties to cover their shoes when they walked around the house. I love that because I just did our floors and I appreciate any business that leaves outside dirt outside. They replaced the sink fixtures and explained in detail why it went bad and what we can do in the future from letting it get so bad again. They cleaned up after themselves and so informative about everything they were doing. My hubby always says I pester, but I have a lot of questions and both guys were so patient. I had all of my questions answered and they listened when I asked about different options for a new water heater and a shower head replacement. They also looked at what I think is a leak by using a camera to peek into the walls and cutting little squares. So it might not be a leak at all, but he left good instructions on what to look for and he would be able to do give us more information on what he will do next if it is a real leak. All in all, I highly recommend them and Im happy that I listened to my hubby and went with this company opposed to our usual plumber, who didnt even call me back after our last text. So thankful to be moving on from them and happy that we have found someone great.
