Once again we needed to lean on Orange Restoration for last minute remediation needs in our home. In the past the amazing Dylan was our project manager, but this time around we had the equally amazing (and hard to believe, more handsome) Pedro.In all seriousness, weve had the misfortune of having multiple unrelated water damage issues in our home. Weve used other remediation teams in the past, but have continued to go with Orange because of their speed and the level of communication from the team.Pedro, Rosa, and crew kept us in the loop on everything. There were no surprises.And for those hyper-sensitve to mold, Pedros team was able to FULLY clean our bedroom ceiling and surrounding areas, as verified by a third-party tester we hired before reconstruction began.

I’m Facilities Manager for Rancho Bernardo Community Presbyterian Church. After this year’s heavy rain season we ended up with 5 areas with significant water damage. After searching for a trusted com to do the mitigation and reconstruction, Orange Restoration was the company with best reviews. I called a few of the customers with similar reconstructed jobs and their feedback was optimistic.Pedro Santos was the project manager for the mitigation. He offered a detailed spreadsheet of the scope of work. OR employees were very polite to everyone at church. They followed our policies. They covered each worksite with a heavy screen to limit dust. They also placed plastic from each entrance door to the work station to protect our flooring. Pedro and I had a daily review of the work. The task was completed one day short of the estimated completion date.Due to such a pleasant experience with OR we went back to OR to do the reconstruction.Will McNutt was the project manager. This guy knows his business! He comes with years of experience. He presented a proposal that included installing insulation, drywall, texture, light fixtures, replace a sink and paint each area to match existing colors. Will’s crew was professional in their work. They too cleaned up each area daily until the reconstruction was completed. They were focused and committed to excel in their job.Will followed up with me on a regular basis and we did a pre-construction meeting as well as a final walkthrough of each area to assure they had completed according to the contract.I highly recommend you trusting a reconstruction job to Orange Restoration.

Orange Restoration was recommended to us by a family member when we discovered we had a hot water slab leak. Pedro came in right away and found the areas that were saturated with water, was able to break down the process for mitigation for us to understand, and his team of techs worked so efficiently. They were sensitive to my son’s bad allergies and took every precaution to keep the debris/dust to a minimum.Rosa, who handled the paperwork for the mitigation, worked directly with our insurance agent which not only saved us time and energy but also gave us such peace of mind that everything was being taken care of correctly. There was never any frustrating back and forth that I had dreaded. And while there are many people dealing with flood repairs due to all the rain we are having they never made us feel like our concerns were too small or insignificant.Dean and his team performed the repairs. From the plumbing to the flooring all were top notch professionals. They were willing to take the time to patiently answer all our questions knowing the anxiety that this whole situation had caused. They left our home looking better than before the damage was done! I can’t recommend Orange Restoration enough!

I cannot speak highly enough of the care and attention that Orange took to help us with our home mold restoration. We had had concerns about our son’s health and had our home tested only to discover higher than average mold counts despite there being no visible mold. Orange was able to come out quickly to inspect our home and advise us on a course of action including giving us advice on future steps we could take to prevent future mold growth. They ultimately replaced two entire walls that had been compromised by roof leaks and helped us by advising on future testing so that we can make sure issues do not arise in the future without us knowing. Yaron, in particular, treated us like family and took it upon himself to make sure that everything was done with the greatest precautions often going out of his way to answer all of our questions … and we had many. This helped give us the peace of mind that we needed that we had a handle on the situation. If you’re looking at a highly responsive company then I would recommend Orange!

I called in October because of some smoke and fire damage on a rental unit, we needed quick and affordable restoration services. I spoke to Rosa, she was very knowledgeable and helpful. Rosa discussed the problem with us and detailed the process for restoration and the technician needs for access to the unit. Dean worked with us for reconstruction on this small project. He paid close attention to our needs and concerns. Orange even finished the complete fire restoration process quicker than we had anticipated. The smoke damage, the smell and the repair space was all left as it was before the smoke damage, they cleaned up leaving no trace behind their work. A pipe failed and the flood remediation, by another company, tore up the master bedroom suite and kitchen. Finding a company to restore this house proved challenging so we were relieved to find Orange Restoration. Dean Williams produced a thorough and detailed estimate, worked with our insurance adjustor and oversaw reconstruction work. He was very responsive to texts and phone calls. (Oranges email server kept rejecting my emails, though.) Dean worked with us to identify tiles, shower doors, cabinets and flooring that look great and stayed within budget. He was thoughtful to keep costs down but still deliver a restoration that is more than just functional but is attractive and updated. Thank you to Dean and Orange! Were keeping your contacts.

Jonathan was able to explain everything to us, every step of the way so we knew what was going on, Peer was in contact with us all the time letting me know where our reconstruction was at and Erica in the office was always incredibly nice. I don’t wish that anyone goes through any water damage in their home or office but if it happens I highly recommend Orange Restoration to help with the aftermath.

Wonderful service! We live in Texas and their team came from California. Super friendly and great time-management. Our home was damaged due to a hot water heater leak from extreme cold temperatures. During a home remodel, toxic mold was found throughout the home. Orange was recommended and we were told that they were competent, quick, and reliable. It was all true. Orange did a great job in putting up proper containment areas, protection of the surrounding areas, cleaning up each day, and closing down the house when they were done. We received clearance and were able to return to the project at hand. I attribute a great deal of the removal success to the efforts of the Project Manager, Alex. She was wonderful and if she is ever looking for a job, I would hire her in a minute. She was professional, honest, and provided an accurate timeline of the work schedule, which is very difficult to find in our profession these days. Yes, I would recommend Orange highly. Our neighbor had left her hose running for up to a week and the hillside collapsed and fell into and under our custom home construction site. Yaron with Orange was thorough and terrific throughout the entire process which took many many months to repair the damages correctly. Orange Restoration even passed upon 1st inspection by ETT State certified testing company clearing our property from all of the damages and mold it had incurred. Way to go Yaron as well as his entire crew with Orange Restoration. Definitely the company who will get the job done correctly 1st time around!

Our office experienced a flood over the weekend and Orange Restoration was the only company that offered to come out on a Sunday morning to start repairing the water damage. We had previously experienced water damage and we didnt fix it right away and it led to some very annoying mold damage. I really appreciated that Orange Restoration came right out and we they fixed the water damage right away so we didnt have to worry about any additional mold damage.

Orange has come out to my condo two separate times in the last few months due to high pressured water lines bursting in my building and flooding my home. Not only were they the only ones to find the true cause of the pipes bursting, but they were the neatest, cleanest, and most professional crew of people from the lovely owner of the company Yaron, to the administration specialist Liz, and the field manager Scott. The first crew that was lead by field supervisor Alex and Shawn to Scotts second crew not only made me no longer have any stress about the situation but also walked me through the play by play of what should be expected from insurance to general contractors and building management. I could not be more satisfied with the quality of work they completed and the speed and communication in which they handled all of the mess. If you are dealing with any sort of damage to your home, there is no doubt in my mind that they will be there for you every step of the way. I will be forever grateful for all their help and kindness throughout the last few months of disasters. I have used a few other companies for different properties and their work & professional manner is no where close to comparable to that of Orange Restoration. This review is the least I can do for them.

We used Orange Restorations to repair water damage to our home. The subcontracted drywall and paint were done and looked good. We assumed that “restoration” meant to repair all of the damage – but they said later that this job in particular was not a comprehensive restoration. Faced with a time crunch, neither they nor I had the luxury of time to tackle the rest of the repair. There were times when communication their could have been better. Afterward, the owner contacted me and apologized for where they let us down. I have faith that the owner will continue to provide good value and product excellence. Had they done so in our case, Id easily give them 5 stars.

Orange Restoration took my panicked call, told me the immediate actions to take, and came out to my home a few hours later to physically access the situation (incredibly knowledgeable in the science of fire/smoke and the practical methods of restoration). Orange Restoration recommended placing special fans to filter the air in the house. Field Manager Jonathan Davis arrived as scheduled the next day with the equipment. Mr. Davis re-assessed the smoke smell and stated that the extra equipment was not really needed as the smoke smell would clear completely if I continued with the practical methods originally suggested. Orange Restoration was honest, helpful, and extremely kind – and would not accept payment for the two service visits to my home or the consultations. Orange Restoration is indeed an exceptional company!!!!!

We have an old house built in the 1950s and it has a dirt floor basement. We had a main sewer line breach that we didn’t know about until we started having mosquitoes invading our home every night. The plumbing company fixed the line, but we didn’t know that our flooring had also been damaged in the process. When the floorboards started buckling we called a remodeling company to replace the flooring. BIG MISTAKE. What happened, we didn’t realize that we had a major moisture problem because of the flooded basement and it had affected other materials. We ended up spending a lot of money for basically nothing. A friend later told us that we should have called a water damage restoration company instead of hiring a remodeling contractor. My friend recommended Orange Restoration and they sent someone right away. They found the culprits and took care of everything, replacing ALL of the affected materials, not just the flooring. I wish I’d know about this – would have saved a LOT of money. Moral of the story: when you have any kind of water damage, don’t assume that a building contractor can solve your problem. I even told them about the water damage! Next time I have anything like this happen, I’m just going to call Orange again. The tech they sent was so helpful and answered all of our questions.

Last week I noticed that I was starting go get some water damage on the kitchen ceiling. I wasnt sure why, but I figured it had something todo with boiling water as the damage was right over the stove. Wow, Had a huge flood recently in an upstairs apartment building. The two inches of water in the upstairs was nothing compared to the amount of water that literally destroyed the downstairs unit. Where do I even begin...Yaron and the Orange Restoration team are amazing. I am going to give you my personal experience with OR but if you cant take the time to read my story then just know that the bottomline is---THEY DELIVER EXCELLENCE IN EVERY AREA FROM PERFORMANCE TO RESULTS TO FOLLOW THROUGH TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Need I say more?I received an emergency call from my tenant for a water leak in the laundry room of our rental property. I immediately called OR and they sent someone out to check out the situation a few hours later. It turned out to be a longterm leak and it was just the beginning of a longterm job. What I mean by this is that OR started the next morning and set up shop, closed off the laundry room and got to work. Not too long after, I got a phone call from OR that they noticed the linoleum coming up in one of the bathrooms and MOLD growing. I was in a state of shock and now needed therapy which I didnt realize is quite common and a big part of their job. It didnt stop there, a couple of weeks later I received another phone call from OR that the tenant asked for them to check a stench coming from under the kitchen sink----this turned out to be another MOLD nightmare. OK, I almost had a heart attack because the explanation of the leak was that it was a longterm leak and the damage was extensive.So...the project became overwhelming and you can only imagine the cost involved---and the emotional strain too. I got to know each and every person in the office on a first name basis and each and every time I needed information it was always with a smile. Im not the most organized person which made this a large task due to the fact that this became litigious.A few months later we actually were served with a small claims law-suit by the tenants and I had to lean on Bella, Elaine and Yaron for an enormous amount of support---way beyond the call of duty. Elaine was busy sending me files of photos and spending extra time with me in the office to explain each and every photo so I had the full picture and understood the meaning behind each one.The court hearing was yesterday and Yaron was on call to appear to be an expert witness. Ive never in my life seen someone handle himself so calm and collectively, especially while being verbally attacked by the tenant. He expressed himself with candor and conviction and utmost sincerity. I am impressed and still talking about it. As articulate as I am, when in court (which is not a place Ive spent much time) it is easy to get emotional and I absolutely learned a thing or two---1.bring Yaron 2.bring Yaron and hire Orange Restoration.We dont know the results yet from the hearing but I can tell you that Orange Restoration made a difference at the end of the day. They managed the project from beginning to end and I thank them graciously for all their help.
