Since I bought my Clairemont home in 2000 Dan is the only plumber I have used. I have probably had him out 3-4 times over the years. Everything from a big whoops I did . I nicked the main ( with a pick axe) close to where it comes in my house and he had to perform a miracle to repair it. With very little margin for error since it went into some concrete (previous owners ) which would have been big bucks to jack hammer. He has done several typical drain snaking jobs all the way to snaking from my kitchen all the way to the street one time. He is a great guy, knows his stuff and charges fair prices.
