From the friendly and knowledgeable staff member who took my initial call, to Brian who scoped out the job, patiently answered all of our questions, and provided us with a timely and reasonable cost estimate, we were very pleased with this companys professionalism and responsiveness. Brian and his assistant plumber arrived on time and installed a new copper water supply from the city meter connection at the street to our home, replaced the cement box, water pressure regulator, and a faulty old shut off valve at the meter, and left the worksite cleaner than when they arrived. That was quite impressive since they had to work in a muddy trench following unexpected rain the night before! We were very impressed and grateful. Would highly recommend.

Our compressor failed on the hottest days of the year, so besides being concerned about comfort, I was more concerned about our health and the danger of being over heated. Not only was Marianne able to get us assistance quickly, but the service person was excellent. I got direct, honest answers to every question with no up selling, which is exactly what I expect from reputable, professional businesses; and this is the reason they have so many outstanding reviews. The A/C was fixed quickly, the charge was very fair, and there is no reason I would ever call a competitor the next time I need help. Theyve earned a new customer.

I have used Morey Plumbing and Heating for several years. They first installed a new heater and were professional, timely and rates very fair. They also responded on short notice to a leaking shower crisis within hours. They completely replaced a tub and a master shower enclosure that dated back to 1976. The installation included new pipes. The process was seamless and done to the highest standards. Both bathrooms in the rental house look amazing. The money spent on the upgrade has increased the home value and marketability with tenants. Their work is exemplary. It is always a delight talking with the office as I know I will be met by a reassuring voice that the crisis or upgrade will be done to the highest standards promptly. It is a relief knowing we have a plumber who is an expert, honest, fair with rates and enjoyable to work with.

Morey replaced our under-sized ducts in our 1960s-era Clairemont home, and installed a heat pump in October 2022. Ken came to our house to provide the quote for the work and knew pretty quickly what needed to be done to address uneven temps in various rooms. He also provided detailed quotes from the works to more affordable options, which was really helpful for us in making decisions that reflected our budget and preferences as the end users. The installers were professional, tidy, and knowledgeable. Even though they spent the whole week at our house, I hardly noticed they were here. When our heat pump was installed, we noticed it was louder than we wanted, and they came out multiple times to fix the problem, eventually replacing the entire heat pump with the very latest model, which fixed the issue. Its now so quiet, we hardly even know its on. The service technician, Brian is the BEST! Very friendly, calm, experienced with all the details that make or break a system, and super professional and approachable. We highly recommend Morey Plumbing, Heating & Cooling!

I have found Morey Heating and cooling company to be one of the most prompt and reliable companies.I was concerned with a gas leak reported by my neighbor who was smelling gas in her unit, but I couldn’t smell it in my unit, After trouble shooting, and upon making an enquiry regarding the leak to my neighbor I was amazed Brian found the leak by cutting a small hole in the wall behind my stove within 20 minutes. Couldnt believe it. He fixed the gas leak in my kitchen, cleaned and removed all debris and mess and left the place clean and tidy.There was great communication throughout starting with Ken the owner of the company to Shannon the personable lady taking the calls in the office. I called this particular company because I was seeking professional experience and know how. Ken Moreys work ethic shines through. I appreciated his attention to safety and other important details. After he did a maintenance service on my 30 year+ wall heater he left it up to me to replace it or not. It was in working condition. The next day I called to make an appointment to install a new one. This is an old Hillcrest home and he had to resolve a few issues which he did with expertise. It took a more time but he didnt charge me the extra hours. He also took the initial maintenance service charge off the cost of the new heater install.

So glad I found Morey. Had a different company come out to check on air conditioning. Long story short, he couldnt seem to fix anything and tried to get me to replace it with a $5k model the next day. Obviously I needed to call someone else. The tech from Morey got here on time, no dumb questions, thoroughly inspected and even cleaned up the unit, fixed some of the insulation that had come loose, cleaned and inspected the ducts inside and out. Then gave me several options and suggestions. Did the repairs on time without interrupting my business and even came in a little under the estimate. I now have a three year service contract with Morey and feel relieved.

Job included replacement of old A/C condenser/compressor system in addition to upgrade/replacement of all air tubes in the home itself. The installers (Cam, Paul at start with Brian and the owner, Ken, finishing and checking at the end) for the work performed with great expertise, efficiency, neatness and with virtually no interference to the normal activities in the home itself. A 30 minute notice call was made by Shannon (most accommodating receptionist) from the main office each time the technicians were to arrive The experience, overall, could not have been better!

Moreys was recommended to us by our neighbor who had great experience with them.They were correct. Got a call informing me that the Tech would be there within 30 minutes...he arrived in 15. The Tech was Leo and from the introduction I felt comfortable. He was courteous, knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and resolved the problem within 30 minutes. Price was fair and without any hidden last minute add-on surprises.Very satisfied with the Service provided and the Personnel.
