Highly recommend! Hector had so much patience was thorough and explained everything. We had a clogged kitchen sink fixed within minutes. I asked Hector if he could look at a bathroom sink for me although I did not have a work order. He explained he could look at it and if it was something that needed the pipes to be open he would have to call for approval from his company as well as my rental company. He took the time to call both got it approved and was able to fix the bathroom sink as well! Hector really went above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Frankies Plumbing did a great job with our clogged toilet. After trying plunging, drain cleaner, and buying a snake we were at a loss. Frankies showed up a couple of hour later and worked for 3 1/2 hours and they finally got the job done. Its not fun being without facilities in your house but thanks to Frankies we were.back in business. $510 is a not a lot when you have a landlord that shrugs their responsibilities and leaves you to handle things on your own. Any advice he has given us for required/necessary future work has been pragmatic and sensible and based on a thorough evaluation of the problem. Some other plumbers might give you a worst case scenario to run up a bill, but we can always count on Frankie’s professionalism and integrity to do the right thing. Whenever we have a plumbing issue, big or small, we don’t hesitate to call Frankie.Update: Frankie just replaced the cast iron pipes under our house (a difficult job with little space to maneuver under the house), and installed a new bathroom sink. He and Hector worked a very long day to get the work done. Very dedicated and professional.

Tried Frankies after the plumber I had scheduled cancelled on me, and he had the lowest estimate of the three plumbers Id called that morning. My heart sank when he called at 5 to say that other job would keep him later than our scheduled 3-5pm arrival time, because I thought Id have to wait another day; but he said hed come at 6 and then he did, completing the job at about 7:30pm. He was very apologetic for the late arrival and did a great job for us, even mentioning a few other problems that he had noticed and saying that we should be able to fix those ourselves, if we didnt want him to take care of them for us. All in all, a great experience, and well be using him again.

A jar had fallen upside down into the kitchen sink drain hole at such an angle, it could not be retrieved. After 2 weeks of waiting in vain for a miracle to push the jar up and out the sink, I noticed a Frankies Plumbing van parked in front of the condominium building. I surprised myself by taking note of the phone number adhered to the vans side, I never considered these displayed ads and numbers to be useful. The call was immediately answered, we shared a chuckle about my dilemma, and as luck would have, he was working on a unit on the same floor; he came over within 10 minutes, graciously examined the stuck jar, the drain and brilliantly unscrewed the garbage disposer to free the jar from its confines, inspected the final product to ensure there were no leaks, and thus ended the saga of the unlucky jar.
