It is with a very happy and grateful sentiment that I write this review for the Flow Right plumbing team.Since moving into an older house, I kept having plumbing problems due to the fact that the majority of the pipes were made of metal and were rusty and old. This time, however, the pipes had developed cracks and were leaking gas and water into the ground under my home, and as a result, created a foul smell at the front of the house. I initially thought this smell was from a dead rodent under the home but it turned out to be a much bigger problem.At first, I turned to a well advertised and bigger plumbing company here in San Diego, but they way they carelessly handled the estimate visit to my home made me feel uneasy. Luckily, I found Flow Right on Yelp when I searched for other reputable local plumbing companies. When I looked into the plumbing work they specialized in, they seemed like a promising company who specialized in larger plumbing projects. I called Flow Right for an estimate and the owner of the company, Kenny, answered the phone and after learning about my plumbing problem, arrived at my house in half an hour. He then donned the cover-up and mask and went to the crawlspace to assess the damage of the pipes himself. Kenny promised to send me an estimate shortly and he did, with a clear scope of work and a very reasonable price quote. I accepted the contract immediately and the next morning, 2 team members showed up at my home at 8:30 sharp, went inside the crawlspace and proceeded to remove all the broken metal pipes and replace them with ABS plastic pipes. When the work was finished, I was asked to turn on all the faucets in the house to check for water leaking, but everything was perfect.The Flow Right team members were professional, diligent, experienced, and focused and they managed to finish this huge project in 5 hours. I was so impressed because the previous well advertised and bigger company estimated that the work would take 2 full days, if not longer.I highly recommend Flow Right for any plumbing problem because of the high standards the company demonstrated and accomplished. I now have a trustworthy and professional plumbing company to turn to for any of my plumbing needs. Thank you again, Kenny and the Flow Right team!

We had water flow issues with two of our bathrooms in a 100-year-old house. Ariel was able to work in a tight crawl space to repipe the supply lines with minimal disruption to the drywall. He did a great job patching up the small amount of drywall he removed. Our flow issues are fixed and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Wouldnt hesitate to call Flow Right and Ariel again.

Serious recommendation - I recently had a major issue with another plumbing service and reached out to Kenny with Flow Right after seeking professional advice on the matter. I cant express how grateful I am for his coming out to my home to help me understand the issues, and he brought me incredible peace of mind.Absolutely easy to talk to, reliable, and takes the time and effort to look out for their customers best interests. I feel very fortunate to have found Flow Right and I highly recommend them for sewer main repair / replacement.

As soon as I posted an urgent need on Angi, Kenny from Flow Right checked in, came out the same day, assessed the situation and replaced an ancient cast iron pipe that had deteriorated and had large holes that gave easy access to my basement to critters. A temporary fix was done immediately and the complete replacement was done within a week. Great service and the whole team that worked to make it happen were really respectful, great attitude and completed the job faster than expected. They had to dig up the yard, but did a good job putting it all back together. I highly recommend these guys.

We needed our cast iron sewer lines replaced and received a recommendation to use Flow Right. For all bidders, we balanced cost and professionalism and Flow Right won, hands down in both categories.. to keep this review short, I am fairly old, and in my lifetime I HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALS that i did with the Flow Right team. From Kenny the lead down through every member of the team, they were knowledgeable, courteous and spot on with every part of the work done. They understand the customer needs sewer, they minimized out of commission time, they worked around schedules. They completed the job (landscaping, paving, wall rebuilding and drywall) perfectly. I honestly am not sure how i can give this team the credit they deserve. If it was possible to give 12 stars I would. I had no previous knowledge of this company but am now listing it as the best ‘service rep’ choice I have ever made. Thank you Flow Right Team!!!!

This has been a long overdue review. Kenny and his team have been by far my most favorite contractors to work with. They replaced the drains throughout my whole house and I’ve been so satisfied with their professionalism and quality of work. It’s been over a year since they worked on my drains and have zero complaints, issues, or concerns. They were so friendly with my pups and very respectful in my house. I highly recommend this team!
