Emory has helped us with plumbing issues about 3-4 times over the years. I highly recommend them. We have always had a good experience, they do good work and get it right the first time as compared to when we have tried Drain Patrol, etc. But mostly they are honest, fair, friendly and easy to work with and fairly priced.

I had a really good experience with this company. I was trying to save money on getting a new toilet installed. They were the best price I found after calling 4 other companies. But wait theres more. With a good price also came good service! Which is kinda hard to find. The service technician didnt drag out the appointment, he was very informative, and left my bathroom better than he found it. I definitely will be using them again!!!!!!!

Exceptional Plumbing Outfit I started using after a referral from one of the top Custom Contractors in San Diego. I have since used them for small jobs as well as more major plumbing mishaps. Their crews have been exceptionally prompt, reliable, effecient, and extremely knowledgable (about even the more complex problems). After multiple jobs (four), I honestly could not be happier and definitely reach out to them as our go-to plumber.

They were a little far from their normal service area, but they came, identified the issue, worked with our city and gas provider, and got us unlocked in a very short amount of time. Wow! What a fantastic experience! I called Emory and they showed up within 15 minutes. Both Carlos and his partner were extremely polite and courteous. They took care of the problem within minutes, explained the issue, and made sure the bathroom and their work area was spotlessly clean before they left.I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with Emory Plumbing. Although I hope not to have any future plumbing issues, if I ever do I will not hesitate to contact Emory.

Having problems with hot/cold water not maintaining the selected mix properly for the duration of the shower. Once desired temperature is selected and the shower runs for a few minutes, the temperature fluctuates from just right to scalding hot, then back and forth between that and drastically cold, back to just right and through the cycle again. Its frightening and for the elderly - jumping out of the range of the stream is a feat hard to capture. The cartridge that performs this magic function was replaced and my shower now delivers the temperature I select for the duration of my shower. (Hallellujah!!)This is a problem Ive had over the past 27 years here in my condo. Ive had the cartridge replaced at least six, maybe seven times over this period.The plumber Ive used all these years can no long service third floor units, so Emory was referred to me and I must say I was thoroughly pleased from the initial phone call to the service rendered by Carlos. And I was able to get this service performed the very next day. Thanks Emory!!

Emory blew us away, quickly coming to our rescue. Classic homeowner (condo) problem: plumbing emergency at 3:00pm on a Friday. Broken valves on the clothes washer, requiring a full shut-off from the main. And we had dinner guests coming. What to do? On the advice of our neighbor, we called Emory. Emory was AMAZING. They listened and quickly understood our problem. And within 30 minutes two of their courteous, professional plumbers were at our door with everything needed to repair the problem. They were in and out in a jiffy, and the bill was far less than I anticipated. While I hope we dont need plumbers often, I know who we will call when we do. Emory it is.

On this go-around, we needed our tankless water heater serviced. The plumber was extremely friendly, got the job done and explained the process and results to my wife thoroughly. She actually commented that shes never had such a good experience with a plumber. We will continue to use Emory for our plumbing needs.

I needed repair fast and Emory came to the rescue quickly and professionally. The office scheduled the appointment with ease. The same day service promptly came at the expected time. Carlos inspected the problem and gave suggestions for the possible complications that might occur. Either way with confidence he reassured me he could complete the job and he did! Carlos got right to work and within a short time finished the work. He cleaned up with a smile all in 30 minutes or less. Job well done and overall great experience. Thank you Emory.

We busted our main water line from the street over the weekend and called Emory based on positive past experience replacing our gas lines. On Saturday evening, Jose was on site within 30 minutes to assess the situation. He had to pick up some extra parts and returned to complete the job to restore our water in under two hours from when we called. Great turnaround time, up front about costs, and great service. We felt comfortable with Emory despite what could have been a crisis over the weekend. Look forward to working together in the future.

Called Emory for a water heater draining and cleaning service. I never had it cleaned before. I was originally looking to do it myself but glad I had them do it for me. A lot more complicated than just draining the water out. They came, they saw, they pumped...now my water heater is running efficient and ready to go for the fall/winter. Very gracious after I bungled our appointment. Had a bad clog in a rental property at the start of a week-end and my tenants were anxious to have service ASAP. Called several plumbers. Booked Emory for a Monday appointment, but then got a response from a plumber able to respond ASAP, so I went with him.Unfortunately, I completely forgot about having made a Monday appointment with Emory. On the Monday of the scheduled visit, they called to confirm the appointment. Luckily I was able to take the call right away and tell them I already had the service performed and was very sorry I neglected to cancel our appointment.The Emory rep. I spoke with was very gracious which made me feel less like an idiot for failing to cancel the appointment. I understand time is money in a small business and customers who dont keep appointments can be costly and very annoying. I felt terrible about my oversight, but was quite relieved that my error was caught before they arrived for the service and that they were more than professional in the face of my error.Plumbing urgencies can be very stressful: Not only is it important for a plumber to be able to quickly and competently solve the technical problem, good ones understand the anxiety of their customers and can successfully relieve the stress.

Emory Plumbing was referred to me by a family member who has used their services off an on for many years with great results. They lived up to their reputation with my first service call. After two handyman had tried to troubleshoot a malfunctioning shower and advised Id probably have to rip out the handle mechanism by making a hole in the wall, I called Emory for a third opinion. Their plumber showed up on time and did not leave until he figured out what was wrong and fixed it. (..and it did not require making a hole in the wall but instead was a faulty part). I was very pleased with their professionalism and expertise and wont hesitate to call Emory first next time.

When our ancient water heater began leaking, I connected with six different companies for estimates on a tankless replacement. Of four companies that sent a rep to visit -- two provided dubious estimates sight unseen -- Emory was the last I met with, but quickest, most straightforward, and least expensive. No arm twisting, no sales pitch, just a quick 10-minute conversation, an eyeball estimate and a promise to deliver a formal quote by the following morning. I received a quote that night within 3% of the original estimate, and less than half of the highest quote Id received, but I had a few questions that I emailed late that night. Woke up the next morning, checked to find a response answering all my questions, and accepted the bid. Emorys plumbers arrived the following day while I was at work. I drove home, opened the garage and was surprised to find the whole job done as promised, but in just a few hours in my absence.Responsive, straightforward, high-value, quality service: Im psyched to have found a great group of plumbers!
