Elite arrived almost an hour early to work on my request for help. Elite determined the problem and in less then an hour later: Elite had 1.removed the broken, 2. acquired, and 3.installed a brand new replacement toilet (one pictured here) all for a reasonable price. The staff was friendly and service was professional. Highly recommend Elite for plumbing job.

Man plumbing issues are no joke and I literally feel like I won the lottery with Elite Rooter. I went through all the feelings of how much is this gonna cost me? Where am I gonna take a shit? My daughter doesn’t like public restrooms where is she gonna take a shit? Who gonna do the job right and not rip me off? Who can I trust?God works in mysterious ways and he sent me Aaron from Elite Rooter. This dude came out and immediately made me feel at ease. He busted out the heavy duty plunger and reassured me they would get to the problem. When that didn’t work, they sent down the camera and diagnosed the issue as likely being a root problem.I’ve heard of jobs like this costing as much as it would to buy a new car. But because these men appeared genuine my wife and I said “let’s do it.”I couldn’t ask for more with Aaron, Jerome, and Omar. These dudes are the nicest, coolest, most hard working plumbing technicians you will ever meet. They dug, cut, reinstated, back filled all in a super professional manner. Their work was so clean, the average person would not even be able to tell there was a huge hole in our front yard where two grown ass men were just working. On top of that, you get a 25 year warranty!!! I don’t know if any other place even offers that. The piece of mind these guys gave us is priceless. Thank you so much for all your hard work. Faces with the dilemma that my entire family is going to be showing up for Christmas in two hours he was able to not only clear the toilet that had backed up, but able to provide inside and advise to additional things that I may be able to do in my home. Aaron was very professional and knowledgeable . He took the time to analyze the problem before suggesting unnecessary fixes. I had two other companies come in and give estimates. Both proposed very extreme and expensive fixes. In the end, we needed a new flushing unit inside the toilet tank. Aaron had it replaced in less than an hour. He saved us time and money. I appreciated his work ethic and will be having him back to do more work in our home. I highly recommend him and his company.

Elite Rooter had no problem coming to my home when I called last minute with an emergency. Everyone is so nice and accommodating. Donovan, the technician, was so polite and professional. He was at our house within 45 minutes of my call. I had waited 5 hours for Rescue Rooter to show up for a scheduled appointment, but they canceled one hour before they were due. Elite Rooter is definitely the only plumber that we will be calling for all of our plumbing needs. They are also less expensive than other plumbers that I have dealt with in the past. Elite Rooter also gave us a discount for my husband’s 20 years of military service. Elite Rooter is the best. Give them a call!

It turned out to be a more serious problem with old cast iron pipe, but they diagnosed the problem with a camera and were fast, efficient and thorough. Both Dre, project specialist, and his supervisor, Grayson, did a great job at addressing the problem, were reassuring and efficient. I am pleased with the outcome. All the work was done within a day and a half.

Absolutely amazing service. Very knowledgeable and completely upfront about what needed to be done. Nobody wants to deal with a clogged kitchen sink but these are the guys to call when it happens. They waved the $400 charge for the camera snake device they used to see deep inside the pipes to identify the problem. Aaron is the man. If you need plumbing service give these guys a call!

We really appreciated how thorough his work was and he’s also very personable. He and his colleague who joined to run a camera diagnosed that the underlying issue was a broken pipe in the common sewer line with accumulated debris. We really appreciated Elite’s plumbing work on our behalf and we later notified the HOA of the broken pipe. Based on our experience, we happily recommend Elite for your plumbing needs. We had something stuck on the garbage disposal gears and Steven solved it pretty quick. He was so nice and happy, I had just called a couple hours before and he came quick. Only thing I wished I knew beforehand was that they do have a minimum charge if they solve your issue ($120). I didnt have a problem with it but the person on the phone said it was free for them to come and they will give me an estimate before any work is done. So since mine was so quick he tried to fix it right there and they were able to charge less.

He was very helpful and on point with identifying issues, that frankly, other licensed plumbers could not pinpoint. Steve and Aaron were able to immediately hone in on a problem I had with water from the upstairs tub dripping down to the bottom floor. It was devastating to have that situation, and scary. However, I felt relieved to know exactly what the issues were. James was right. Aaron is a top notch plumber. They dont recommend half stepping or providing frivolous services. They are not only very professional, but pleasant and personable. I wanted to invite them to the family cookout, lol. I know that wouldn’t be professional of me. So I kept that to myself. Omar was fantastic - fixed the shower but had to take the toilet off and snake down over 30 feet to break the clog. Luis helped our business today. He came on time and solved the clogged drain very quickly. He not only was very clever with his diagnosis in finding the problem in my 1881 old house he fixed bad work done from previous contractor and also found a small leak and fixed it very quickly. He was working for more than five hours and only charged $382. He cleaned up the whole bathroom after and was very knowledgeable and courteous. We had an unexpected unknown issue with our water line come up, we were seeing leak coming out of the asphalt and the City came out and said not their problem. I called Elite Rooter and they came out first thing the next morning and Omar was extremely knowledgeable from the beginning! He knew exactly what was going on and was able to provide details on the work that was done years ago just by looking at the impacted area. We were provided a couple options on how to proceed and once we decided Omar got to work immediately. He out in a lot of work and was able to fix the break caused by Eucalyptus tree roots. As often happens, a small isolated issue in our basement that had been getting worse over time, uncovered significant issues of a sewer system that dates back to the 1920’s (root damage and invasion within drain line, failing cast iron, poorly installed upgrades over time, and accumulation of debris that was restricting the line). The Elite team provided a complete strategy to address all issues, and also provided visual verification through their camera technology to every foot of the line that needed to be root cleared, cleaned, and upgraded. They were able to reline the entire system – exceeding 150 feet of pipe lining – with a special inner sleeve coupled with epoxy. Every inch of exterior sewage line was successfully lined despite many challenges within the drain plan. There was minimal digging and a large savings through the avoidance of tearing up the yard, especially when some areas had line buried 10-12 feet deep. Lastly, the team confirmed every part of the finished repair through direct camera visualization. We are very pleased with the result! Bobbie drove the project with great communication and was there every day, all day. Ruben was an absolute work horse who eagerly took on every new challenge. Gill was the master of prepping and shooting the new line. Despite the challenges caused by so many years of sewer modifications, he found a way to line every section with new lining. They all were a pleasure to have on the project. An Elite team indeed!

So we took a chance and called Elite Rooter which was recommended by a coworker. They came out same day, and found a pin hole in our water pipe below one of our bathrooms. It wasnt spraying or leaking when they looked. But because of their knowledge and expertise, they were able to find the carotid pipe and signs of the leak. Before any work was done, they had great communication and step by step explained the estimate and the work they recommended. My initial problem was tub drain replacement due to broken tub drain. Syn from Elite Rooter evaluated my drain. Syn has great customer service and his knowledge is excellent. He informed me of the mechanics and process of removing the drain. Definitely felt I could trust his opinion. I did not like the quoted price of $700 (around $300 with discount) so I opted out. I liked that he recommended a temporary solution of a mesh drop in which would cost me less than $20 and call other plumbers to see if they could do it for cheaper with same quality.Syn also inspected my toilet. The toilet moved easily by just tilting it. Syn found that the bolts were corroded and the sub flooring was either not built correctly or it was deteriorated due to back flushing. The uneven sub flooring made the toilet tilt easily. Upon further inspection from a specialist, I opted out of the recommended $15000 for cast iron pipe replacement. Have to do more research. Syn was able to put a new wax ring, install new bolts to attach to the toilet, install spacers (plastic pieces) under the toilet to so it wouldn’t move, and seal it with caulk. I am not too happy about the $300 charge. But I do understand how overhead and the supply and demand for such services could be this competitive. I am glad I asked a lot of questions and observed everything Syn was doing. I am confident I can replicate the fix in the future at a fraction of the cost. I see the $300 expense as plumbing lesson to know how to do the same and similar lower cost repairs and a need to do more research. For non emergent plumbing issues I think it makes financial sense to do more research (YouTube etc), potentially ask plumber alternatives (how can I do this myself?), or other plumbers to evaluate if you are not happy with the estimated repair charges. 5 stars for Syn’s customer service.

I had the recent pleasure of working with Kendrick at Elite Rooter. He came to replace a portion of cast iron on our main drain line. He explained the process thoroughly, took pictures during the job and put everything back when he completed the job. Very clean and very efficient. Kendrick was patient as he explained things and very tidy while digging and filling the trench.

Omar and his team were great, showed up on time every day and got the job done right. We had a big job (broken pipe, re-piping under the house, replace line to sewer) and there were some hiccups along the way, including much more cement than expected under the house, unexpected slab under the front yard, making for a very challenging job. But they kept at it and finished it right, filled the holes, repaired the jackhammered concrete. I would absolutely call them again for any future job. 10/10 would recommend!

Honestly, the best plumber service I’ve had so far. When I first called them, they were polite and patient. My previous plumbing service would sound annoyed or irritated when I called them and sometimes they wouldnt answer at all but Elite Rooter was the opposite. I had Ricardo as the technician to come inspect my water heater. He was kind and thorough with the inspection. Although my plumbing issue was simple, he explained the issue and let me know if my water heater was up to date and when it needed replacement. He also came a little earlier than the time frame they had given me, which is a huge plus. 10/10 would recommend this service and would definitely call again.
