We needed our sewer and water lines replaced, so I got quotes from about 10 different local plumbing companies. The reason why I went with CSR is because the owner was very knowledgeable, patient and explained the entire process really well. The quote was reasonable and more competitive than most other companies. Ray was the project manager and his crew arrived with 6 people: 2 digging out the old sewer line in the front yard, 2 people working in the crawl space under the house, one in our guest bathroom and someone else working in the laundry room! On day two all cast iron and clay sewer lines had been replaced with ABS. On day three all water lines had been replaced with new copper. A few hours into day 4 and the entire project was finished! All team members were experienced, friendly and paid attention to detail. The team communicated well, worked very efficiently and left the house clean. Ray is a great project manager with very impressive working standards. I can highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs!

Mike from CSR replaced our defunct garbage disposal that had leaked all under the sink. Plus, he discovered a hose that went from our disconnected/unused dishwasher to the drainpipe of the other side of the sink had eroded off. He replaced it and the part that fits into the sink. He explained everything he was doing and was very professional and friendly. We recommend CSR and will use them in the future if needed.

Highly recommended - honest and quality workmanship.Mike from CSP Plumbing installed a heat pump water heater at our home. Mike arrived on time, immediately set out to work, and did a fantastic job of installing the water heater. Everything was installed to code, the pipes were cleanly fitted, and the job site was left as clean as when he started. Thank you Mike and CSP! This is now my go-to plumber whenever a plumbing issue pops up at my home.

We were purchasing a home that and needed a sewer scope inspection to be done so Huyen and CSR were referred to us by our Realtor, who has worked with him for over 10+ years.Boy, was I thankful that our Realtor referred us over to Huyen, as he is one of the most knowledgeable and honest Plumbers that I’ve ever met. Huyen took the time to scope our system while explaining the condition of the lines and he was so thorough and helpful in answering our questions that you can really tell that he loves what he doesIn addition, Huyen provided us with multiple detailed videos to help put our minds at ease and even went out a second time the next day in order to inspect the plumbing in the crawlspace which was brought up to us after the inspection, as he knew that we had a short contingency period and wanted to make sure that we were taken care of.I can honestly say that Huyen is the most genuine and honest Plumber that I’ve ever met and he doesn’t try to upsell you at all. He treats all clients like family and really goes above and beyond, so if I could give him 10 stars, I would!!! He was an advocate in our corner and his expertise is unmatched!!! THANKS, HUYEN!!!

About 4 or 5 days ago i noticed that our kitchen sink started draining very slowly and bubbling in a way. I went to run the garbage disposal and a water geyser just gushed out and went all over the place, hitting the corners of the sink, a little of the counter and even the faucet. After that i noticed that the water in the sink stopped draining and just kept climbing while the second sink was also filling with water. Then the water started making little bubbles. My husband came on here and found CSR and at first they couldnt come out because they were booked but then called my husband back a day later and said they had an open spot so they could come out after all. I am so glad they did.Vincent is the tech who came out and he is just one of the most professional and courteous people ive ever come across. Very polite, careful, and super nice.He actually took the time to explain everything to me and kept me in the loop the entire time. So not only did he end up fixing our kitchen sink clog but also our upstairs bathroom sink too. He was very thorough and just so professional about everything. Could no have asked for a better plumber to come out and if we ever need their service again, i will be making sure theyre the first i call. Thank you Vincent!
