Mitch and Dustin replaced my very old water heater the very day it was diagnosed. They were polite, knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. When I returned home, my decorative items were not returned to their original places; dirt and debris were also left in my carport, where they had been working. Nothing out of the ordinaryfrom what I have come to expect from maint. & repair workers. My new water heater is working great, though, and Im so happy they had the skills and materials to fix the problem. Mitch followed up to offer compensation for not ensuring my carport was cleaned up after the job. That earns 5-stars!

Our toilet was not draining- definitely more than toilet paper clog.Billy and Chris came Monday and were able to diagnose the problem; shrub roots had grown into the drain. Within an hour the toilet was draining. They were able to unclog the drain, but let us know if left as is, the problem may reoccur. Chris did a great job!! Will definitely call Colepepper Plumbing when we have plumbing problems.

Had called them after we had massive issues with a clogged pipe (we were unable to use any toilet, everything was backed up). They sent somebody straight away. This somebody was Alan, he was super easy going and friendly, jumped right on it with the snake and tried to locate the problem. He explained the process in an easy to understand manner. After about 20min, our pipes were cleaned and we could finally use the toilet and shower again. Thank you so much Alan!
