ColePepper has been my go-to company for all things plumbing related ever since I bought my condo. Today proved again why I am a loyal customer. I called in this morning looking to schedule a non-emergent/routine water heater flush and tune-up, and was actually able to get a technician to come out same day. Billy has serviced my condo before, and like previously, was extremely thorough, informative, proactive and professional. As I had never had my unit flushed since I have owned it (my own fault), Billy determined fairly quickly that my water heater was not up to code, and there was a high risk of needing a complete water heater replacement should he complete the flush and tune up. He took plenty of time to explain the unit faults in detail, answer all of my questions, and draft a quote for a full water heater placement should I decide to proceed with the routine maintenance, and have the water heater fail as a consequence. I did decide to go forward with the maintenance, understanding the risks involved. Thankfully, the flush and tune up went smoothly, and a new water heater was not needed at this time, but I am now all the wiser knowing what to look for when I do need to eventually replace my water heater. Thank you, Billy, once again, for the excellent service!!

Christopher was wonderful to work with. He was honest, straightforward, and professional while addressing our leaking water shutoff issue as well as tub/shower problem. He gave us 3 estimates after answering all of our questions and concerns. We chose to have the house shutoff valve done which needed to be done first. Christopher did a fantastic job. We are pleased and will use Colepepper Plumbing again.

Used their services on 12/20/2023 to unclog a stubborn drain in my kitchen. I never used a plumbing service and I was impressed by the technicians, Francisco Perez, great customer service and attention to detail. He spent some time working on clearing the clog. He even put the camera down the pipe to show me how nasty the pipe is. As I mentioned before never used a plumbing service so I dont know pricewise how to compare. The price felt a bit on the high side (over $300 with the veterans discount) but I needed it done and Francisco accomplished the mission.

Billy came out and gave me an estimate for a drain Hydro jet service and camera inspection. He offered to have his guys come out and do the Hydro jetting that same day but I asked to defer to the following day. Francisco and Ryan showed up the next day on time. They explained what they were going to do to verify that it was what I was asking for. They were very polite and courteous. They quickly set up and went to work. They performed the Hydro jet on all the lines and did a second Hydro jetting on the specific drain line that we were having a problem with. Francisco and Ryan were very professional and a pleasure to work with. They kept me informed along the way as they were going about their tasks and offered some suggestions and gave me complete details on what they had found including the pictures they had taken from the camera inspection. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

The cold water supply valve to our hot water heater starting shooting water at 8:30 on a Saturday night. I called several other companies that all wanted $250+ just to come out. Isaiah with Colepepper came out at 9:30 to work on it but didn’t have parts needed to fix the issue. BUT he was out again on Sunday morning with the needed parts and got everything fixed.I am so grateful that we now have water back after a long night! I will have no reservations contacting Colepepper in the future.Below you can see the old corroded pipe and the new pipe with the correct shut off valve installed by Isaiah.

Allan was so incredibly friendly and transparent. He arrived right at the beginning of the service window. He worked quickly, keeping me up to date the entire process. Once he finished his work, he fully recapped his work, including before and after imagery from the camera he used in the drain. With the camera, he walked me through our pipe system and identified anomalies. Allan observed issues beyond what he was called address and made recommendations for work that should be done in the future. He never pressured me to use his company’s services for any of the recommended work. Will be requesting him in the future.As a young woman, inviting new people into your home can be uncomfortable, but I was comfortable and taken seriously from beginning to end. Overall experience was fast, friendly, and, seamless.

When I had opened the kitchen sink cabinet doors earlier today, there was standing water which appeared to be coming from the reverse osmosis system and water spraying all over. I did not have a clue how to turn off the water going into the system. I called ColePepper Plumbing . Chris came out promptly.He quickly identified the problem and not only turned off the water supply but also showed me how to do it in the future. He then gave us several options as to how to fix it. We will have them back when we decide on which option we want to do. Highly recommend this company.

We used another service for years and they sent out a bad tech that didnt know what he was doing. We heard an add for Colepepper Plumbing on 760 sports radio and decided to try them. They sent Scott out within the hour and it was fixed in an hour. The other plumber had been out three times in 3 days and it still was not fixed. I have terminal cancer and we have out of town guests visiting. No toilet or shower for 3 days. Its nice to have someone you can trust to do a good job and not take advantage of you. He was personable and knowledgeable. They will be our new go to plumber. So glad we found them.

He was VERY knowledgeable and professional and even got the City to show up in a very TIMELY manner to shut off the main water valve that ended up taking the 2 of them to shut off. BRAVO! Imaging the City showing up in a “timely” manner ever. He used very high quality parts. We were VERY happy with his work. He suggested we might need a new water heater because it was leaking because of the pressure regulator failure. But said let the area dry out for a few days, then call us back if it’s still leaking and we can replace it. VERY HONEST GUY!

Requested service for my toilet leaking from the base. They were very responsive and sent someone out the next morning. Stan was awesome! He was very professional and went above and beyond. I couldn’t ask for a better experience with my first issue as a home owner. He walked me through my options and then steps I needed to take after he fixed the original problem, the toilet issue turned out to be an even bigger problem than we thought. He was super nice and great with kids. He even helped me take down my baby gates so that the Floodbuster inspection guy could get this equipment up 2 flights of stairs. Billey is a plumber with knowledge of related issues as shower controllers which can be adjusted to allow a higher temperature there than perhaps at your sink.Billey is the best!

The houses main drain was clogged and pushed water back into all three bathrooms. I called Colepepper Plumbing around 10PM and a technician arrived at my house 30 minutes later. The master bathrooms toilet had to be removed inorder to unclog the main drain. Allen completed his work and did a thorough cleaning of the area. Great work. I called about my kitchen plumbing. I love cooking so over time, the pipes servicing my kitchen got clogged with oil and grease. The specialist they sent was Victor and he was wonderful. Very respectful, professional, and patient; he took the time to explain everything he did to solve my problem and how to prevent it moving forward. They ended up having to open my garage wall to create an access for the kitchen drain so that moving forward it would be easier to hydro-cear or snake. I did spend more than I anticipated but Im a firm believer that you get what you pay for. With the more permanent solution instead of the band-aid, this option comes with a 5 year warranty. I recommend this place if you want your work done right.

We had a build up of corrosion on the pipes servicing the 100 gallon water heater at our apartment building. Allan checked out the situation and was able to come back the following day to cut out and replace the 1” pipe, union, and shut-off valve. We went ahead and also replaced the 30+ years old pressure regulator and building shut-off. Best to be proactive! He was able to re-position the pipe so it didn’t sit on the water heater vent (like it was before), and left the job site clean. I must say, he did some beautiful work. He repaired a leaking water line that had already caused damage to drywall/cabinets/carpet. We recently had a bunch of problems back to back from a broken dishwasher and toilet to a leaking faucet and water under the kitchen sink. Colepepper plumbing was very responsive and they came out immediately and did an inspection, ordered parts and took care of everything for a very reasonable price. Kenny was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and efficient. He took care of everything within a couple of days including ordering a new dishwasher and installation. I would use them again in a heart beat. I highly recommend!

These people were amazing!!! We just moved into a new house and had a problem with a gas leak in our laundry room that required some further repairs, way over our head. I called Cole Pepper because they had the best reviews, they sent someone over within an hour and a half and the fixed the problem free of charge. Now we can wash and dry all of our childrens clothes. Would highly recommend hands down!! Will use again for anything we need in the future!

I use a different company who is really awesome, but I needed an appointment time sooner than they could offer. I entered my request online and received a response by phone within the hour. They had a availability for the next day but it didnt work for my schedule. But they had something the next day. They give you a 3 hour window, but call you with about a 39 minute arrival time. I needed a new hose bib, to replace the old one. Sean arrived, very professional. Explained the process, gave the estimate and began work, waived my right to qait 3 days. He was done within 20 minutes. Receipt by email.I would highly recommend them. Have used a few plumbers in the area and Colepepper is in my top 2. Thanks a lot. Now I know for sure.

I called Colepepper Plumbing because I recall hearing the radio commercial many times on my commute and my wife & I finally had enough of the clogged shower drain in the main bath and the slow draining sink in the guest bath. The initial call to setup the appointment was easy to schedule; the receptionist Bethany (sp?) was pleasant and able to answer my questions whilst working with my schedule.I was surprised to get a phone call and text from the plumber, Andrew, as he was already at our house while I was wrapping up errands. I was originally told I would receive a call/text 40 minutes before the plumber arrives. Thankfully, I was less than 5 minutes away from home at the time.Once at home, Andrew was quick to assess both issues and after his estimate, made quick work of both the clogged shower drain and slow sink drain. I would not hesitate to use Colepepper Plumbing again, if the need arose.

Colepepper Services are highly responsive and professional. I highly recommend their services. I received a call from my tenant who rents my home in Scripps Ranch. They stated the air conditioner was not working properly. The tile floor was ice cold in a few locations. Jared, the technician at Colepepper Services came out the same day to inspect and repair the air conditioner. He called me with electrical issues as well, that needed attention. He went above and beyond, not only did he service the air conditioner with refrigerant and sealant, but ensured the voltage regular was properly cleaned and installed. He also took photos of the work since I was long distance. He found a few more electrical items that were neglected all for one reasonable price! He offered a $50 coupon off for the work as well. A job well done!

Ive used this company twice and they were great! Both times were emergencies and they showed up quickly (once was early morning), assessed the problem and gave me a solution. Sean is knowledgeable and funny which helps you feel better about sewage leaking into your basement. Josh was also friendly and knowledgeable. The companys prices do seem a little steep but Im not a certified plumber so Ill continue to pay for their quality services at their rate.
