    The white glove guys did a phenomenal job about a year ago installing a new air conditioning unit and heating furnace. All of the inspections past with flying colors and compliments from the city inspector about how well the job was done. Yesterday we had a service tech come to the house to do a complete inspection of the air conditioning and the furnace. Jesse Narveson did a very thorough job and was very polite helpful to understanding everything that he worked on he explained everything to me in great detail. ASI I am very thankful for having such great technicians. Thank you Jesse

    Jacob was a great communicator. He always addressed me by name. He was here for a while doing the inspection of my furnace , ducts and attic.     We had a large project of work. New furnace, water heater and entire duct system replaced. Also had them rebuild the platform the furnace and water heater sit on. ASI sent multiple crews and were able to complete the work in one day. Excellent work performed by each crew. Very professional and great customer communication. There were a couple small items of trash missed in the cleanup but thats understandable given all the parts and pieces on this project. Highly recommend ASI.

    Jordan V was amazing. He knows what exactly are needed to be done even though this was the 1st time into my house. He did a thorough inspection on all pipes, checking for any leaks and flushing our water heater. I am very satisfied with his work and overall maintenance inspection.     I called ASI in the late afternoon expecting to set up an appointment for the next day for my water heater. They were able to send their on-call technician that same evening. Their technician, Evan Taylor, took the time to thoroughly troubleshoot the water heater using the manufacturer’s manual. He worked diligently and then communicated effectively and honestly which made the pain of needing a new water heater a bit easier to accept. The new water heater was installed a couple of days later by technicians who maintained the same level of professionalism.

    I had an appointment for a heater service today. The technicians name was Elijah Tejeda. Elijah contacted me before the appointment as requested - thank you. Elijah arrived on time, he was professional, and friendly. He completed the service in a timely manner. The entire process was great. I just want to thank ASI Hastings and their employees for always treating me with courtesy. I would recommend ASI to anyone in need of plumbing, heating and air conditioning needs.

    Justin came to our home to inspect the furnace. We were told by a gas company technician may it be exhausting CO improperly. Justin knew just what to do and look for. He quickly and methodically checked the operation of the furnace, the exhaust and all the vents in the house. He found all was OK, thank goodness. Justin then provided excellent advice and information about the operation of the furnace, how to operate it correctly, how to maintain it and the significant benefits of the service plan.     It’s always painful to call a plumber unless it’s normal maintenance! Theo, the tech was very efficient. He took his time to find a solution to our water heater repair and was very friendly as well as respectful of our home. White Gloves, Shoe Covers and all that.     The plumbing inspection performed by Chris was excellent from start to finish. He is very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain in detail and in laymans terms his findings and sent me email pictures of items of concern. This was a zero cost inspection and he did not attempt to sell me anything, but did provide information packets of requested information. I would highly recommend this inspection , it provided valuable insight into system status and potential failures before a component fails.

    The technician who came out, his name is Theo B. and he is really knowledgeable and a really cool guy to work with. He was friendly and courteous and very professional. He listened and understood my questions and concerns and provided me good answers to my questions. He put me at ease with many of the concerns I had and was honest about certain things about what I needed to do and not do at the time of service. I am looking to flush out my water heater and figure out a way to reduce effects of the hard water in my area. With a baby due almost any day now at the time of this writing, I am highly concerned about the water hardness and quality. Theo confirmed my suspicions about the water hardness, but surprised me even more with his check on the water being that the chlorine level was pretty high. He explained to me what the appropriate level of chlorine should be and given that I have felt how hard the water in San Diego is, it felt accurate so the advice was helpful. I couldnt have been happier with the service he provided.

    ASI’s Javier Hoyte came by today and cleaned out two of our split unit AC/Heater units. We’d had it done before but we were leery for the other big company just sprayed de-greaser on them and did nothing else.Javier was extremely thorough cleaning out the rotating parts, internal filters, external parts, and outdoor unit as well. He was working hard for 4-hours! Best such experience ever!

    Luis called to let me know he was heading our way and 30 minutes out, which gave me a better time to be home than ASIs standard two-hour window. He quickly diagnosed the problem, gave me options for a band-aid fix and a detailed quote for replacement of our old equipment. He took photos of the bad part and explained the operation of the system, as well as potential problems that had contributed to the failure. He had the replacement part in his truck and fixed it promptly, without the hard sell for a brand new system.     We wanted to get a tuneup for our heater since the winter has started. Vicente came did an inspection. He gave us a little bit of bad news, which we were kinda expecting our unit it’s pretty old. Vicente did an awesome job gave us an explanation of everything that was going on with our unit. Besides the bad news, this company is awesome. They call you. They text you and let you know in advance when they’re coming everybody’s time is priceless so I really appreciated that.

    Eddie was very people oriented! He did a great job elucidating us very non-plumbers about the workings of the pipes and valves. He did a good job of explaining what we needed to solve our problems in a way that would bring everything up to code and have us ready for a new dish washer. It was a joy working with Eddie!

    I called ASI today hoping for an appointment since my kitchen sink would not drain. The person who answered my call was very helpful with information on possible cost. Said I could get a technician out still this afternoon. It was after lunch. There was a $57.00 special going on to clear a drain. They told me up front… if it did not have a clean out… they would need to charge more . It did not have one. Keith came out pretty quickly after my request was made. He called first. Keith was prepared and well equipped with everything he needed. He knew exactly what to do. Explained his equipment and showed me what an excellent job he was doing. Tests were run after he did the job. Keith was careful not to create a big clean up after. I appreciated this! It was reasonable for the work involved. I give him 5 stars. I would call for his help if needed again.Linda

    Jay came out and diagnosed a clogged drain issue. Chris came out within a couple hours (on the same day!) and cleared the clog. Both were very knowledgeable and professional. They went above and beyond expectations. I signed up for a membership that was not forced on me. They both explained everything that they were doing in detail. They both were friendly and personable. I would definitely recommend ASI to friends and family.

    Cale Tuttle provided the annual maintenance check for our furnace and some additional work for us today. He did an excellent job with all of it, including replacing a thermostat we’d purchased about a year ago that worked erratically. He also answered many questions we had about our current system and its longevity. He provided photos to support details of what he said. He was also very personable, explained many things clearly and easily, and was even enjoyable to work with. Kudos and our thanks to Cale for doing such an excellent job!

    Our white glove service person Antonio Gonzalez did an exceptional job of servicing us! He found some early elements of black mold and recommended a scrubber. He clearly explained the options, including the do nothing option. We opted to have a UV light installed. When they did not have a 1000 model, they provided a 2000 model at 1000 model price. Antonio was very clear in his explanations, very detailed in his work and quite open minded to input about the importance of humidity in the formation of mold. The UV LIGHT SYSTEM represented about 1.8% of the HVAC system cost.

    Emmanuel (Manny) arrived exactly on time. He greeted me by name and told me who he was and confirmed why he was there and what he intended to do. Of course all the technicians do that, but Manny did it with an extra personal and professional flair in his demeanor and in his attitude. He worked fast and efficiently; no wasted motion, no lost time. On completion, he gave a complete report, and thanked me for inviting him into our home to provide service.     I have nothing but the best of things to say about Theo from ASI. We honestly had no idea where the issue WAS; though, there was definitely an issue present. With Theo’s knowledge and testing of the various aspects of the plumbing, he was able to pinpoint the issue within about 10 minutes. We had a resolution drawn up soon after within another ten minutes. He even took the time to review all of the various aspects of the house plumbing to tell us what needed to be done ASAP, which inevitably saved us thousands of dollars in subsequent repairs due to the noted time that HE found and we repaired.I heavily recommend ASI and Theo from ASI. Customer service was outstanding, knowledgeable was on point and no nonsense, just good, valid and extremely useful information. I’ll never ever ever ever call another company besides ASI for my plumbing needs and whatever else they offer like HVAC.

    Rodrigo Beltran came out to give us an estimate on a new water heater. He had two options for us, and explained both options in detail. I was impressed.     My technician, Joe Vidales, was absolutely fantastic. Got the pre text and call letting me know he was on his way. Once he arrived, Joe was very professional explained the process of what was going to happen on the inspection. Based from his profile we had discussed some common interest of cars.     Devin L was our service technician. He did a fantastic job! He was very personable and knowledgeable. Devin was extremely thorough in servicing our AC unit and furnace.     I had an appointment with Chris Sheffield today. Originally, it was supposed to be a simple clogged drain but Chris noticed a few details right away that hinted at a bigger issue. After a thorough check, we determined that this appointment was going to go a different direction in order to protect the integrity of my sweet old home. Chris made me feel at ease the whole time and didnt feel pushy or aggressive. He showed that he cares for the house and my schedule with this week being a major holiday. I originally booked with ASI because they were the only one I found with an online appointment system and as an introvert I really liked that but, now I feel confident in booking ASI for future work as well, which is bound to be sooner rather than later.

Being very personable, considerate (wearing booties), friendly, caring, great listener and sharer of knowledge. He did a few things to help me. At 82 years old, the help was VERY appreciated.     Javier came to by today to service my AC and he did an amazing job! He was highly professional from his first call to left me know what time he would arrive. He was very diligent in protecting my home when looking into the AC. Of course ACs only break on the hottest days of the year! He diagnosed the issue immediately! He also waited and tested all the vents after the system was running to make sure the temperature was correct blowing out of each of the vents. I highly recommend ASI and request Javier! Felt like they were taking advantage of senior citizens.Needed garbage disposal installed and plumbing reversed so it didnt continue to clog up the drain. All they did was put the disposal and pipe back exactly as it was. Additionally needed a new pressure regulator and main shut off valve replaced under house. Area was flooded as they didnt shut off water at meter.And for all this frustration I paid $1,362. Still have not received itemized invoice.UPDATE:ASI came back out today and did the job as I wanted.     This was the best plumbing Servies I’ve ever had, arrived inside the time window I was given, called before he got here, told me everything he was doing and why.     I was having issues with my AC Thermostat not turning on. I saw an ad on TV about ASI so I set up an appointment. They were very communicative about when they would arrive. Randy was very pleasant and took his time figuring things out. He replaced my thermostat, filter, cleaned the water hose out, cleaned the AC unit all while advising me what he was doing and why. They have an ASI rewards program for &19.95 a month that includes a bunch of stuff so I signed up for it. Being without AC for all summer has been horrible so I’m happy that I contacted ASI. Randy did a great job.

    I was extremely impressed with the service provided by Cody Elm and Gustavo. The guys were very friendly and personable, but equally or more importantly, they correctly and painstakingly diagnosed and fixed the issue with our downstairs central AC. (It was mostly the hard-start capacitor.) When it came time to pay, Cody suggested that we buy ASI’s very reasonably priced annual maintenance contract, and the repair was included. We’re very happy with ASI’s service.

    Technician Alec performed the annual 18 point furnace tune-up yesterday. I was truly impressed with his meticulous procedure, educating me on each element with its status. As he assessed each element, my comfort level increased with the knowledge my furnace was performing safely and to standard. The furnace tune up included an inspection of the complete system, including attic ducting and insulation coverage sharing improvements to improve the efficiency of the system. The Asi white glove furnace tune up was far more than just a filter replacement, it was a thorough, precision inspection of the entire system, documenting with photos as he completed each step. From start to finish, I was positively impressed with Alecs professionalism, efficiency,knowledge, and courtesy as he worked. ASI, the White Glove Guys, are my only choice for heating issues amd heating system maintenance.

    I had ASI come and perform a plumbing assessment of my home. Michael Panissidi arrived. He called before to ensure I was home and that he was on his way. He was professional and courteous. He did a through review of my home and let me know which items may need to be fixed. He took pictures and emailed them to me after the inspection was completed. He did recommend that I have their plumbers give me an estimate of cost for the work that needed to be done, but he did not pressure me for a decision. I have used ASI in the past and I am very satisfied with their work. They may not be the less expensive out there but they are by far one of the best. I recommend them.

    We have used ASI for years and we increasingly are told by people to not use them because they dont have the service they used to, too expensive, etc. We had our normal maintenance coming due to our account and they sent Rodolfo Garcia. He was great and far more thorough than others in the past. He sat down with me after doing camera work outside and inside the workings of the furnace and for 21 yrs old, there are some issues for sure. But sadly we cannot afford to replace the whole thing. Both our A/C and furnace are old. We are seniors in a fixed income and Rodolfo explained what is going on with each part of our furnace. I so appreciated the time he spent and it helped me understand the why behind replacing it. The pictures were clear so there was no question on my part. Thank you Rodolfo for your expertise and checking on our unit.

    Norris Shull came to our home and replaced our garbage disposal. He called before letting us know his estimated arrival time. He was very knowledgeable and spent two hours installing the disposal. He made sure we were credited with all our rewards from our rewards card.
