I had Ascend out to replace some very old cast iron drainage piping beneath my house. Randy was responsive even though he was out of town at the time of my call and quickly made a plan for a house visit. After the estimate, he had Rafael come out to complete the work: removing the old piping and replacing them. Rafael was polite, friendly, and knowledgeable. He was patient with my questions and overall took care of everything I needed. I would absolutely use Ascend Plumbing again. They provided great service, at a great value.

Rafael did an excellent job installing my new hot water tank. It was still under warranty and Home Depot gave me a new tank. He took out the old tank by himself down a flight of stairs and installed the new one that we exchanged......all done in 5 hrs.Im very pleased with Ascend and they are now my permanent plumbers.

They were on-time, courteous, and efficient not to mention skilled and highly trained as they completed the replacement of my aging gas line, it took me longer to do the trench work ( I needed the exercise ) than it did for these two Union Brothers to change out my gas line.

It’s always a surprise when the shower turns cold. Ascend was there within 24 hours, assessed the issue and fixed the pilot light! The price is very reasonable and their technicians know what they’re doing. These guys are great!

Vic provided a timely and reasonable estimate immediately upon request. I delayed in scheduling the work to be done but he was understanding and honored the original estimate. He had an unexpected issue on another job the morning of our appointment but communicated well and sent Art to do the work later in the day. Art did a great job and was quick too. Vic sent the invoice and payment process was easy. Great experience and I’ll definitely contact them again for future plumbing issues.

We recently had a large plumbing project that included a sewer line repair, replacing an aging hot water heater and replacing a chipped kitchen sink and faucet. Based on our Daughters recommendation, we selected Ascend Plumbing for these projects. Sam was the Master Plumber for this job and he had two Apprentice Plumbers. They were exceptionally skilled, professional and completed the work in a timely fashion. We have used the services of many plumbers over the years but this was the best experience we ever had with the highest quality work. Additionally, the pricing was very fair. We highly recommend Ascend Plumbing and will call them any time we have a plumbing problem.

Exceptional plumbing company by far! I made a call on Saturday last minute to let them know that my water heater stopped working. They came out the same day to see if it was something they needed to repair or replace. Obviously the water heater needed to be replaced. We schedule the next day at 8:00 am for new installation. Within the hour there were done and got everything up and running. These guys were on time and made sure I didn’t have another day without hot water.Very professional and got the job done! Highly recommend Ascend plumbing!!

The team was fast and took care of a big problem easily and quickly that other plumbers tried to charge $4000 for. They fit me in at the end of the day and even cleaned up at the end. They were fast efficient and took care of my plumbing issue for much less than the other plumbers. I now have Ascend Plumbing in my contacts ….they are the only plumbers I will use. I’d call them fist before wasting your time with other expensive and dishonest plumbers!

We had a faucet that had been leaking and needed replacement (bad valve, not cartridge) since moving in. Id put it off because I was worried about the cost of not just the work but tile replacement. Ascend came out, performed a minimally invasive replacement without damaging any tile, and at a much lower rate than other estimates Id received. Excellent work, fast, great price!

We had a slow drain in our kitchen sink, which is typically fixed with Drano and hot water, but we could not fix it ourselves this time. We wanted to find someone local and reached out to 3 plumbing companies. Randy at Ascend was the only one to respond promptly, with a rough estimate and an opening for the next day. Don’t be deceived by his youth; Graedon showed up early, was very polite, working hard to resolve our issue with our drain. After Graedon was done, he cleaned up the mess that was made. I was very impressed with what a great job he did. The cost was reasonable; there weren’t any high-pressure sales or hidden fees.We will use Ascend Plumbing if we have any other issues or plumbing needs.

Vic took the time to find the root of the clogged sewer line, worked diligently and lots of manpower, until the clog was released and púshed out. Vic and his team at Ascend Plumbing are lifesavers! My tub in my apartment stopped draining properly shortly after I moved into this unit 4 months ago. We’d been dealing with the tub/shower taking 40-60 minutes to drain every time for a while and I started to panick thinking that maybe my toddler dropped a toy down there and that’s what was causing the problem. I finally reached out to Vic and he and his team were able to diagnose the problem and fix it. He brought out his handy dandy cable with a camera on the end of it, saw that it didn’t look like the trap in the tub was obstructed, but saw that the tub was still draining slowly. He brought in another machine that sucked a bunch of stuff out and voila! My tub is good as new and I was able to enjoy a glorious shower in which I was standing in ankle deep water almost immediately. The Ascend team was very friendly and helpful and I’ll definitely call them anytime I am having a plumbing issue. Thanks Vic!

Victor was amazing! My fiancé and I got into a project that went wrong fast! We tried to replace a shower handle and the cartridge broke and got stuck! This happened at 8pm on Saturday night. I contacted Victor and he came over quickly and fixed it! He was able to remove the cartridge and hw did not try to upsell me! (Unlike the other 2 plumbers I spoke to) He was honest, nice, friendly and super funny. I would totally recommend him!!

He was ontime, well dressed, polite and knowledgeable both when he came to make an estimate and when he performed the install.A friend of mine, a maintenance person for several larger apartment properties, inspected the completed job. He was impressed with the price and quality of the heater and parts used.It is comforting having such a reasonably priced, easily accessible and licensed one person operation backing up the work. Ive been meaning to write this review for a while. You will not find a plumber with better customer service, prices or skill. Victor and his crew can do absolutely anything, they are true experts. I had them install the sewage and water likes for the two RV hookups on my property. The craftsmanship and quality of their work was outstanding, and they did everything they could to keep costs at a minimum. I will always use ascend plumbing as long as I am in San Diego County.Also, when I had two pressure regulator failures, these guys came out within the hour, and had both replaced immediately for a reasonable price. Couldnt be happier with the service.

Randy responded to my call shortly after I left a message late on a Saturday afternoon. He promised to help first thing Sunday morning, which he did with an estimate. Once approved, he came right over and quickly resolved the problem with the hot water heater pilot. As a bonus, he also adjusted a leaky toilet valve while he was here. He was polite, friendly, efficient and a very good communicator.
