Were safe and snug under our new Dabella roof!Our roof is beautiful, but what was even more important was the help we got from Dabella, specifically from Ava Ai and James Morgan, in dealing with our solar panel company. It didnt want to honor its warranty and had just ignored our complaints. Ava and James knew how to contact it and got through the bureaucracy effectively. They also helped us with figure out the finances.I would definitely work with Dabella again!

Before my journey into home improvements started I would always hear about the negative experiences people had working with contractors for various different reasons and I would think to myself, Im sure glad I dont have those problems. Id just never hear positive things from the home improvement area. For me that changed when Derrel knocked on my door and offered a free inspection of my windows. I figured I might as well take the opportunity, it was clear I knew I needed to do something about my current windows however I didnt want to get screwed over on my home like I had heard about so many times. Long story short Kevin and Leon and Max came out followed through with what Derrel said and provided me with the education and understanding I needed to update and upgrade my home.

But I am pleased to recommend Dabella as a company that is reliable and professional, that offers their customers both a quality product and quality customer service. When Sales Rep Adam knocked on my door for my appointment, and after we talked about my desire (my need really) to replace my windows, I knew I had found the company I needed. Adam knew his product and offered an array of options that would fit my need at a price I could afford. He was thorough yet to the point; very professional, not pushy. I can’t wait for my new windows!

I’m going to get a few more bids on the roof and see what all of my options are.

It did take 3 Hrs. to review everything, both the pictures of the roof and their product/service offering. Overall, I felt confident that DaBella would be able to deliver on their promise. I didnt sign yet, as I am still in the review phase of this project. I was impressed with the 50 year transferable warranty, fire resistance and wind resistance video demonstration. Very knowledgeable staff. I will circle back with them once Ive had a chance to review a few more quotes from other roofing contractors in the area.

He was extremely detailed in providing information on the process, materials used, financing and so forth. (I learned a couple things about roofing myself) James has done a great job taking care of me and my parents home. Hes available to answer any questions I might have and will check-in with me. James has exceeded my expectations. I am so happy and feel blessed to have met James and DaBella. Highly recommended.As far as the work. They are fast, efficient and communicate very well. I receive pictures of the progress (since I dont live in the same city) and they call me with updates. I mean, that just shows that they care about their work and customers. 👍 Love it!

Marco Ponce was respectful, energetic, and knowledgeable. Great first impression notifying my wife and I that he had been vaccinated but offering to wear a mask if we wanted. He additionally took his shoes off without being asked when he saw that I was in my socks since I had recently put in new flooring. His sales pitch was linear and always highlighted the quality and value of DeBella services. I was never anxious and enjoyed his short but effective presentation. I especially liked his willingness to test his heat lamp on my single pane (old) windows. This demonstration highlighted the stark difference between 1980s windows and the modern era of windows sold my DeBella. Marco was a pleasant surprise and represents DeBella well!
