Hi, I looked around for a while to not do a full tub/shower removal and redo for over $15,000 when I fortunately found NuFinish. They are great...friendly, knowledgeable, providers of great work and service. Super clean. They answered post-service phone call inquiries quickly. They came by the house recently when I had a question on our tub/shower and shower. Communication between Anthony was great. The patch turned out great and is seamless with the wall, which makes it look pretty close to new! The only minor issue was that the color match is slightly off. Anthony reached out immediately, and offered to send out their supervisory technician to correct the color match. Sam, the supervisory tech, knocked it out of the park. The shower wall looks brand new!From cradle to grave NuFinish Pros will take care of your issue. Technician was on time, had to sand down & use remover on the old finish before applying new adding to the time to complete but resulted in a high-quality professional job. Caulking around the tub required another visit the next day (on his day off) which I much appreciated as it gave me a shower to use before weekend. He also upsold me on the anti-slip surface but it was well worth the extra $$.

One of the best experiences I have had working with a company. I wish I could give over 5 stars.I contacted the company through their online form and provided photos and they immediately got back to me with an estimate and available timeslots. We scheduled quickly and they arrived exactly when they said they would (8am sharp).When they arrived - Tim observed my sink and explained the pros and cons of refinishing the sink to ensure I was fully informed on what I was getting. After his explanation it became clear to me that a refinish was not what I needed and not going to be the right fit for my needs.After I made this call he spent an additional 30 minutes deep cleaning my sink and explaining to me how to best maintain it and keep it clean. He showed me what products to use, how often to use them, and what activities to avoid to keep my sink looking fresh. After he left my sink looked brand new and I came away from the experience feeling educated and BEYOND grateful.The entire time there was no element of pushiness. It felt like talking to a friend who happened to have expertise in this area. Emphasis was on education and customer satisfaction; rather than pushing the sale.Tim and this company seem to be truly wonderful people that really care about getting their customers what they need and the best experience. There was no push to get me to spend money; but rather the focus was on informing me and ensuring I got what I need.HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this company.

This reglazing & change up of color-tone (almond biscuit) provided a nice refreshed look. See photos ....The shower stall & base-pan and surrounding tile is just flawlessly beautiful now...I was fortunate to have Octavio as my technician, over the course of 2 days.Octavio is Very calm, perceptive and patient with all my questions & concerns.... Then, he just smoothly & confidently flys through all the steps, and meticulously safeguards the surrounding area. It was a fun process.

Tech was conscientious and courteous and left area clean. Repaired sink looks good and I am satisfied. Sink was repaired in place saving hundreds of dollars because it didn’t to be replaced. There was a glob of excess paint was left on drain faceplate for me to deal with. I contacted Tech and he walked me through process to remove, saving us both the time of an another appointment. I will recommend NuFinishPro to others, definitely a need for this service.

Have used NuFinish before was was very happy with their work. We had a large chip on our tub which they came out and fixed, cannot even see that it was ever there. Did run into an issue where the chip was close to the over flow and when I changed out the over flow I noticed the rust issue was not fixed. Contacted them and they came back out and took care of it. I guess rust and chips are different services (even in the same area) but they took care of it and it looks amazing. Thanks for the great work.

I am updating my 2021 review. After the excellent work on my tub I hired NuFinish to restore my ceramic kitchen sink. Once again, they did a fantastic job. My sink looks brand new! Omars work is flawless. NuFinish gets highest recommendation!!!!I highly recommend Nu Finish Pro. I have an old cast iron tub that had been refinished once before. The 1st refinish chipped and had discolored. NuFinish stripped the 1st refinish and did a new refinish. The techs arrived on time (actually a little early, communicated with me by text to ensure I was available. They got right work. They methodically covered all surfaces and set up an exhaust fan using the bathroom window. Other than the exhaust fan noise (which varied from mild to loud), there was no inconvenience. What surprised me was the lack of odor during the job and after. The finish is beautiful!!! They replaced the caulking with a special material that hardened and has matching finish. The price was very competitive!!! I will be asking NuFinish back to refinish my kitchen sink.

I was doing a complete bathroom remodel and was going to replace my tub. My plumber suggested I just have it refinished instead, so I found these guys and contacted Anthony. He requested I send him pictures, and responded quickly and gave me a quote. So booked my appointment. They were scheduled to arrive between 8-10 am, I got a text at about 7:30 saying theyd arrive in 20 mins. It took about 2 1/2 hours, and it looks brand new. Im very happy with the results, and it was a LOT less expensive than replacing the tub. I would recommend them.

Tim and Alejandro did magic on my 50’s style old tub. They repaired several rust areas on the steel tub and then refinished the tub. Even though the style is old, the tub looks like new. I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of these two. They even came back a few days later to fix a small scratch that was my fault. They get my 5-stars.

I originally called Nu Finish Pro to have them refinish my downstairs shower because it was a real mess. Ryan came by and I was blown away by the fantastic job he did! After prepping it, the final result was awesome and like new! I looked at my two shower/ bath enclosures upstairs which had some small cuts in the fiberglass by the valves and hairline stress cracks in the tubs, so I called them back. This time Marco came out , he too did a fantastic job prepping and repairing the cracks with resin and sanding them smooth. Again I was blown away by the final result, it literally looks brand new! My friends came over and checked them out and were stunned, they thought they were new showers. Please dont waste thousands of dollars on having a new shower put in, I strongly suggest having it refinished with Nu Finish Pro!

After 40 years of use, we wanted to upgrade our bathtubs. NufinishPro gave us a prompt walk-through and a quick estimate of cost. We decided to go ahead with three of the four bath tubs. Workers arrived promptly when scheduled. They were polite, careful, and neat in their set up and preparation. Fumes were vented through nearby windows. Furniture, rugs, and walls were all appropriately protected. Work and cleanup tasks were completed in a professional and through manner.Our original intent was to invest $ 8,000 in a complete renovation of the fourth bathroom. When we saw the beautiful workmanship of the first three bathtubs, we did some structural repairs and called NufinishPro back to do the fourth bathtub at about 10% of the projected cost of a full renovation. We have been very satisfied with every step of the process from original rough quote to first use. We are very happy with this company, their staff, and our “good-as-new” bath tubs. NuFinishPro refinished our kitchen sink, which has had about two decades of wear and tear. It is an awkward shape with the granite countertops custom cut around it, so replacement wasnt a feasible option. The results from the refinishing were spectacular! Just as good as new, and way cheaper than replacing!

My appointment was between 12 & 4 pm, Yes !! with in 24 hrs I had an appointment to have my bath tub refinished. Jose arrived @12:30 pm ready to work, he was very professional & pleasant, Jose did such a fabulous job. I definitely recommend these people.. All I can say; is its Just beautiful.....
