Very pleased with our decision to use Local San Diego Painting. Price was reasonable and communication from start to finish was great. We had the exterior of our house painted. They power washed and primed, then painted. George was the on site supervisor, was attentive and kept us apprised of the daily progress. He and his crew arrived promptly every morning to begin the job. At the end of the day every thing was clean and put away. Project began and ended on time as promised. We will definitely use Local SD painting again.

They dont tell you how hard it is to pick a good paint color! It is even harder to pick multiple paint colors for a craftsman house. I am so happy we went with this company because they were so patient and helpful during the process. They had an amazing attention to detail and were very polite and professional! Its one of those things that I hope I dont have to do again too soon but if I do, I know who I am going with!

Can’t sing of Local SD Paintings praised enough. Wayne and Keith worked on our house. Wayne walked through beforehand and showed us things we would never thought to look. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell how much he loves his job and was such a delight to work with. They worked with our tight schedule and always showed up with reports on how things were going. Tony, Gorge and Arturo on the crew did an incredible job. The amount of detail they put into their work was amazing. Every little flaw was corrected and the dark walls from the previous color were completely lifted to the lighter color we chose. Our house looks brand new. 10/10 recommend using this company.

I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Our experience having the exterior of our 1936 home was exceptional from start to finish. The owner, Chad, is a great communicator, personable, responsive, and extremely knowledgeable. Although the bid was higher than others, Chad knew to be done right, the prep work was going to be extensive. The whole house was scraped, power washed and primed, then painted, leaving an outstanding finished product. Keith, the project manager was a pleasure to work with. He came by daily to make sure the job was on track and kept us informed every step of the way, plus he’s just a really nice guy. The lead painter, Omar, is a man of few words but really knows his trade. He is a skilled artisan who has perfected his craft. All the crew arrived on time, were respectful of the property and cleaned up daily. If you’re looking for a quality paint job, don’t hesitate to use Local S.D. Painting. They are unequivocally the best!

Very happy with our choice to use Local San Diego Painting to paint all exterior windows, doors, trim and all interior surfaces in our home in North Park. The work also included refinishing several sets of wood doors.The process was seamless from start to finish. They even worked with us to ensure that we could get back into our home during the first weekend of a 2 week job because we had a big trip coming up. The work was very high quality and we would definitely work with them again.We worked with Wayne and Julio on this job. Julio was the foreman and his crew was excellent! Top notch.

5 stars is an understatement! I’ve worked with many Contractors and Local SD Painting stands out above them all. Chad provides timely responses, follows through on commitments, and the finished product is incredible. We had our house painted a few weeks ago and have already received 4 compliments from the neighbors. Martin and his crew provided excellent color recommendations on our door and concrete paint, was extremely patient and kind and made us feel like his top priority. All individuals from this company that we encountered on our job were professional, trustworthy and provided an outstanding final product. Our neighbors even shared high remarks about Martin and his crew with us, which made us feel so good about the company we hired to paint our house. I’ve worked with local contractors as a property manager in San Diego for over 10 years, however when I came in contact with Chad of Local SD Painting recently requesting help for our personal residence, I was blown away by the level of customer service and professionalism he provided! We just had the interior of our home repainted by Local SD Painting. Chad and Lalo provided excellent customer service, Orlando, Hugo, and Abraham did an amazing job painting, and everyone was SO nice! Local SD Painting makes sure the job is done right and stress-free for their clients. They communicated constantly throughout the process and updated us along the way, their attention to detail was excellent, and they kept our home clean during the job. We really feel they went above and beyond and its clear they take so much pride in their work (which is often hard to find these days). We highly recommend them, and we will definitely only be using Local SD Painting for any future painting jobs (weve already hired them again to do some exterior work).

It needed a lot of work and the crew went above and beyond to do what was needed to get the job done right the first time. Everyone had good communication, good prices, and good final product. Chad and team just wrapped up painting the exterior of our historically designated home. It was a complicated job involving scaffolding and a tremendous amount of wood rehabilitation. The Local SD Painting team helped with scaffolding and carpenter coordination as well as worked extensively with us as we picked paint colors.I also had the experience of being at home through most of the process. The team not only executed incredible work, but were amazingly kind, generous, and an all around a pleasure to have around. The house was impeccable whenever they left, but really overall the general kindness and flexibility (always happy to work around our babys nap schedules) was amazing.We have received dozens of compliments, both about the look from the street as well as the extensive amount of detailed wood and stucco work the team executed.Thank you!

This company did a wonderful job painting the exterior of my cottage house and repair some spots that needed to be fixed. They did the job in a week and the team that came to work was very respectful. They included a lead inspection by the city at the end of their job and gave me the certification of the inspection. I hired this company to do interior spot repair and touch-up painting which actually is one of the most difficult tasks of a painter - to blend in new paint with old paint and in some cases blend in new texture with old texture. The job they did is the best Ive seen. A business like this is only as good as its employees that actually do the work and I could tell they do not hire cheap laborers as many companies do. The painter was very skilled and experienced. Truly professional. Yet pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend them.

Art did an amazing job fixing our Craftsman style outdoor wood beams and his team was amazing. Art really knows how to stain wood which is very hard to find in San Diego. He matched the stain perfectly.

The foreman Martín was on top of scheduling and timelines around the other contractors working on my home. Chad Flood, the owner, was positive, responsive and when the unexpected popped up, he met it with no problem, we can work around that. Giovani, who did lots of the painting had such a helpful attitude and warmth about him. To have three people all be unbelievable in so many ways says lots about the company as a whole. Pure professionalism. Will never hire anyone else to paint again.

They helped us make preparations, applied multiple coats of primer and final color, and great job on the fascia repairs and painting. This is a fabulous group of painters to work with. I had two weeks between when sellers moved out of a condo in La Jolla and my furniture arrived. Local S.D. Painting told me where to go to get great paint samples, carefully masked the rooms, and had the entire condo transformed from mud brown to lovely earth tones when I moved in. Then they came back for touch-up after the movers left! I was so fortunate to find this responsible, efficient group.

So glad that we went with Local San Diego Painting. They did the refinishing of our oak cabnets in the kitchen. I was not sure about having the work done but the wife wanted to have it done--looks so good glad that we had it done. Only problem is my wife now she wants more work done by LSDP!
