Definitely recommend GoGen for a whole home generator. My husband got a recommendation from an area neighbor on Nextdoor. Weve been up and running since the Spring of 2022 so far so good. Steven Gombas handled everything with his team and has kept in contact with us. We have them monitor our system. It turns on about 2 times a month for a brief period. Included in the monitoring fee, they have been out to make minor adjustments, to physically check the unit and do general maintenance, and they just let us know they will be out to do a full tune up that is also included with the monitoring. Peace of mind knowing that our whole home generator will come on when we need it.

Alex Torres and the GoGen electrical team provided quick response, a reasonable quote, and started work the same day to add several receptacles and under cabinet lighting in my home. Alex is very personable, has excellent customer service, and is friendly and trustworthy. He was able to get the work done without me needing to repair the drywall / paint. The results are clean and wires are hidden. Thank you Alex! Im looking forward to working with you and your team in the future.

I highly recommend GOGEN ELECTRIC. They did a wonderful job. Matt and his colleague worked/installed EV wall connector, and fixed few fans for my residence. I am very pleased with their work, want to thank you again Matt. They communicated so good through out the work process.

Steven has been professional every step of the way. From our initial quote (a better deal than others) through the installation of our Generac generator and the followup service I could not ask for a better experience. He has been patient and answered all my questions with a clear explanation. Whether it was maintenance or a service concern Steven has always been quick to answer my calls and either he or his crew were onsite, usually within a couple hours. Thank you Steven for keeping the lights on!

Absolutely WONDERFUL experience! My technician David was prompt, courteous and professional. He explained everything carefully and even stayed to assist me in setting up my doorbell camera app. Setting up the appointment was easy and customer service reps were outstanding.
