I was very pleased with the timeliness and respect these gentlemen showed. They worked together to install my EV outlet and gave me peace of mind that safety and quality was their biggest focus. Knowledgible and dedicated to the job went further than my expectation. Additionally, they looked into another problem and fixed it at cost. If you say what you want and they say they can do it, they will deliver. Highly recommend.

I needed to have a ceiling fan replaced. Leo and Eric came in, organized the items from the new fan and without any fan fare, installed the ceiling fan quickly, cleaned up and all at a good price. They were very knowledgeable, professional, friendly and I will definitely use them again. Highly recommended!

Recently bought a 1970s house, very well taken care of but it had the original electrical panels that were a fire hazard. I had little knowledge of residential electrical systems, so was going on the inspectors guidance as to remediating things. Called several electricians for estimates on replacing exterior panel (upgrading to 200A) and also the garage subpanel.I was also under the impression that the wiring from the main panel to the sub-panel needed to be swapped from aluminum to copper--only later learning that the main safety problem with aluminum is when its the smaller-gauge wiring inside the walls. **Of all the contractors I talked to, Empowered was the only one to tell me about this.** Every other contractor conveniently included a several-thousand dollar line item for running a new wire clear across the house, which also would have involved cutting holes in my walls and ceilings. Not a necessary cost right now, especially with all the other expenses of home-buying.Not only were Eric and Leo very straightforward in terms of what was the really important work to do--they also offered had the best value among all the electricians I talked to. So much better than the other options that I also asked them to install several new lights, switches, and troubleshoot several wiring issues.Eric was super in the lead-up to the job, very communicative. The crew showed up early and stayed late until the work was finished. Lights look and work great. And they did everything by the book, including CPS and city sign-offs along with proper grounding and bonding of electric and gas fixtures, so there wont be any issues down the road.I would recommend Empowered to my friends and family, truly a good experience to work with them.
