After moving into our home last year, we were searching for an electrician to upgrade our kitchen counter outlets for GFCI protection. We had a terrific experience with Citywide Electric. Isaac, the owner, is kind, courteous, and very respectful. He came to give us an estimate, which was fairly priced. We accepted the proposal and he was back the next week with Octavio and Chris to complete the work. They were efficient and got the work done flawlessly. We’re happy to have found a great electrical company and will absolutely use Citywide for our future electrical needs.

I appreciate City Wide Electric for their exceptional service. My home was in need of electrical updating to meet the voltage requirement for my AC unit. I decided to get all electrical wiring and panels of my 1980ish home updated to code. The previous electrical system was outdated and not to code. The technicians work was superb, detailed, and overall exceptional. In addition, compared to other electrical companies their prices were reasonable. We had Citywide Electric install a 20A 220 disconnect for a 12000 BTU ductless Ac/Heating system. They also installed a surge protector provided by the AC company. The disconnect was backed up to our Generac as well as having a power monitoring module installed. Citywide Electric did an excellent job and their staff was superb.

Can’t give enough stars for the work Daniel and his team did installing a Generac home backup generator system. He was very clear on setting expectations of what the process would look like, along with multiple touch points and reviews with CPS. Today, the CPS Inspector commented that he had never seen such a clean and professional installation! Music to my ears. I have found THE company for all of my future electrical needs!

Octavio and Chris were extremely professional and very efficient as well, even though it was nearing 100 degrees outside and they had to go in my attic to pull cable.The post-install walkthrough was very informative and I was impressed and happy by the work done overall. They did a great job of going through the steps with me and keeping me updated throughout the process. They were very professional and did quality work. The folks at Citywide are professional and helpful. They take the time to explain whats going on and give you options to choose from for repairs. I have an old home with a variety of electrical issues and taking the time to explain the issues and possible solutions was very satisfying to me. The quality of the work was excellent, they made every effort to not damage old plaster walls. Additionally, they worked in a way that limited the inconvenience of the whole house being without electricity. Their pricing was competitive. I highly recommend Citywide Electric.

I highly recommend Citywide Electric! Daniel and his team installed wall sconces at our house. He provided us with two different options for how it could be done, explained everything and quoted a fair price. We already had two other quotes from two other companies and Daniel was on par with the least expensive, and well under half of the most expensive quote. The install was done quickly and they left the room cleaner than when they arrived. Daniel and his team were so professional, polite and patient. It was clear they really care about their work and their customer service. We told Daniel we wanted to avoid making cuts in the wall but didnt mind cuts in the ceiling. He was able to accommodate this request and the holes in the ceiling were much smaller than expected. He even went above and beyond by replacing the sheet rock and caulking the gaps and screws and you cant even tell there was ever a hole! We are so thrilled with the results and I will be using Citywide Electric for all future electrical needs.

I came home from the doctor to realize the electricity in 1/2 of my house was off which meant one of my AC units too. I called Citywide and they had a technician at my door in less than 30 minutes. Daniel was extremely pleasant and found a breaker outside that was rusting. He provided a quote, went to get the part and it took only a short while before he was finished. The cost of trouble shooting and repair was very competitive and i will definitely use Citywide again!

Excellent company. Had them come by In Sept. to fix an outlet that kept going out outside. Called them and they came out the next day. They found the problem quickly. It was sloppy wiring from the builder. They tested my fuse box and ran new wiring for the outlet. Had it done in under two hours The whole job just cost $355. Had contacted Home Depot and they had sent out a company to look at it. Told me about the same bad wiring, but they wanted to replace my fuse box and charge separately for touching the outlet and removing my ceiling fan and putting it back on to fix the wiring. Whole job would of came over $4,000. Ive had no problems since they fixed it.

As a new homeowner I was completely unprepared for when I had a short in my utility room. I called Citywide based off of the reviews online. While ultimately I did not wind up going with them (not due to anything of their fault), I still feel they warranted a five star review. Without going into too much detail, Isaac was very helpful and receptive to my issue. When I ran into a financial hiccup, Isaac made sure that he followed up with me on what options I had. Any future electrical upgrades I might do to my home Ill definitely be contacting CityWide Electric first just based off of the initial assessment experience. Thank you, CityWide!
