For anyone dealing with any electrical issues or concerns I highly highly recommend you give Bell electric a call. When maintenance issues arise in your home (speaking as a homeowner) it’s stressful. You think about who to call and wonder of the quality of the possible work then there’s the factor of time. It seems like a heavy hassle and a burden to deal with. However, Bell electric took that all alway. From the moment I called and spoke with Val I felt nothing but reassurance, informative, honesty and helpfulness. He walked me through the process, which was painless and quick, and immediately sent a crew out to fix issues. He sent Chris and Adrian. Off of first impression I saw professionalism, decisiveness and knowledgeable. They both were fast and to the point. They came in and went straight to work. Those two guys came in like on a mission. Quick fast and to the point. They were both kind and friendly. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work they provided. There isn’t a better duo. Overall I’m very happy with the results and timelines. I will always refer family and friends to Bell Electric from here on out. Give them a call to help with your issues like they did mine.

This company proved you can find real professionals on Craigslist - I hired Bell to install a heavy vanity light that other buyers on-line warned was a nightmare to install. Yet Mike and Andrew had the builders grade vanity light out, repaired the drywall, PAINTED the area behind the light and had the new one installed in literally minutes. I threw two more lights at them that I hadnt scheduled and they installed them without a complaint. Fast, on time, fair prices - when they left I called the company to tell them how pleased I was and I will certainly call them again!

Fast, Friendly, and Fair! I was looking around frantically after a ancient fuse corroded a terminal to the point of breaking off in my hand as I changed out the fuse. I contacted 6 different companies; some didnt even answer and others said theyd phone me back. The moment Valentine picked up, listened to my problem. (I though I would need an disconnect switch installed which usually runs around 300-400 you can take a look at the pictures) he told me he would be at my house in about 1 hour. He even phoned me 40 mins to remind me he was on his way. He arrived in 55 minutes. He quoted me a very reasonable price for the parts and the labor and was done in less than 2 hours IN THE RAIN!! He and his assistant, Andrew were honest and kind. These guys are amazing!!!! A++++

I just moved into my new home in San Antonio and Bell Electric perform upgrade wiring for automatic coffee maker brought from Germany that is 220v and install six light/exhaust fan motion sensors throughout my home. Bell Electric is awesome. The wife and I are so happy to once again use our favorite automatic coffee maker and motion sensors work perfect and will ultimately save energy. The customer service was outstanding and workmanship top notch. I recommend Bell Electric for your fast, economical and courteous electric repair and upgrade needs. I was having some lights flicker in my house whenever the stove was on and when it was off half the house had no power. With no charge whatsoever he informed me to call CPS because he knew the issue and had it fixed for free by the city. I realize they didn’t do any work but I’m glad he didn’t come over, charge me for the service call when there would be nothing he could do. He was very helpful and we really really appreciate Val helping us out. Thank you!

Bell Electric LLC went ABOVE and beyond in helping in such a short notice...On 6/5/24 we had a power outage and was left with half our power working in our house so given with the hot temperatures we have been having, we contacted bell electric and explained our situation and they had two technicians out to our residence in 30min...They where able to diagnose our problem and determined our issue was an actual issue with cps so the company took it upon themselves to reach out to cps and get a work order made for our residence and get our power restored...Overall experience was amazing from the first phone call to the technicians showing up and constant contact with after the day of and the day after to check in on us and make sure our power was working properly...I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BELL ELECTRIC AND WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM IN THE FUTURE... 100% JOB WELL DONE!!!

Our kitchen light went out. We called Bell Electric and Vin gave me an estimate over the phone and said he could have a crew out at 7 am the next day.At 7 am the following day the two man crew arrived. They wore booties to protect the floor and proceeded to diagnose and repair the light fixture. The work took an hour and a half because the wiring was old and complicated. They repaired not only the light fixture but the switch as well.Chris and his partner were the best. Knowledgeable, proficient and professional, they repaired both and I received an invoice via email the same day for a surprisingly fair amount.Val was amazing. If you need electrical workdone I highly recommend Bell Electrical. I know I’ll be calling them again if I need anything.I would give them 10 stars if I could.

These guys are great! Solid work today by this group, Ryan and Elo helped out with a large project. What started out with just me needing help with power being cut off for a mobile home property I was going to demo ended up with Vals suggestion that hes got excavation equipment if I needed a hand and he sent Ryan and Elo who came through ready to tear this thing down. Not only would I recommend these guys but they will 100% be with me on my next project. They had previously done work for us, which was excellent. Then we had a power outage with peculiar problems affecting our outlets. They advised that it was a CPS problem, rather than even charging us for a house call. As it turns out, they were correct, as usual, and CPS replaced our mainline coming into the house for free and as Vincente had advised, it fixed the problems with our outlets and 220 V appliances. Thanks again to Bell electric who put customer service over profit. May have been a previous four-star review, but was trying to hit the fifth star and missed. It’s five star all the way!Correction: I mistakenly called Valentine Vincente-don’t know why! sorry about that! When you call, be sure and ask for Valentine and get first class service!

We needed a licensed electrician to come out on short notice due to meeting home inspection requirements. We had someone else lined up but they never showed or called. So our daughter had used Bell Electric spoke with Val in the past and she had great service from them. So we called them on a moments notice and they were prompt, very professional, courteous and did a great job. Andrew and Ernest were the guys that came out and they should be commended. This company was recommended to us by our realtor to complete some electrical work ahead of our house sale. We had employed a number of contractors in our upgrades, and had some really bad experiences, so we were wary about dealing with yet more contractors; however, Bell Electric were the best. They responded right away to phone calls, explained what needed to be done and gave an estimate, scheduled with us at our convenience, and the guys who came out were very polite, pleasant and super fast at getting the job done. They provided explanations when I asked questions, and have been awesome at responding to questions even after the job was completed. It can be hard to find good and honest contractors, but this was a great experience and I can highly recommend Bell Electric for all of your electrical needs.

The individuals at Bell Electric are top-notch, very responsive, and very knowledgeable& educated in electrical work. They were able to help me and my family in an emergency situation and save us a lot of money by telling me exactly what I needed based on what I had already installed on my utilities, due to another electrician who failed to show up and was planning to charge me a lot more by not being honest. Their honesty and integrity is something I always look for in a company and will continue to use them from now on for anything electrical I need or any other services they provide. It was my good fortune to be referred to Bell Electric Company when we needed a new circuit installed for a whole house humidifier. I was so impressed with the people and the job they did that I immediately called them back to install new recessed lighting with dimmers and to replace a ceiling fan in our living room.Everyone at Bell Electric has been friendly, courteous, and respectful. The Owner took time to explain different options available for the recessed lighting. He got our input throughout the process to be sure that we would be happy with the results. Bell Electric Company is true to its name – they did an outstanding job, were meticulous in their work, and were careful not to make a mess. This is a company that puts its customers first and focuses on doing the right thing the right way. Bell Electric will be my one call for all our future electrical needs.

Update:10/20/19- my breaker box on the outside needed to be changed out asap. Called today and they were here within 1 hour. They were able to replace the box and breakers at such a low cost. Christmas did not have to be cancelled this year! Thank you Bell Electric. These guys are amazing.I needed a live wire converted to an electrical plug asap....so I googled electrician and this was the first company to pop up for me. I saw that they had spectacular reviews, so I called them for a quote which was ridiculously cheap. I was not expecting such reasonable pricing. Next thing I know is that I scheduled for Valentine to come out the next morning and in 30mins he completed the job. I was amazed. This company is awesome. Super friendly and informative. I highly recommend. I found my electrician! ❤❤❤

Excellent Service, best pricing for diagnostic, and extremely honest and professional. I live in a home that is just over 10 years old. Had A/C work done and two days later a sector of the power went out in my home. After calling a half dozen companies, they all had rates well over $100 dollars just to diagnose my issue. When I called Bell, I got the answering machine and the last words I heard was to the effect of God Bless America... Nevertheless, I knew then, for me, this would be the company I would go with. Within about 15 minutes, the owner of the company called me back and told me based on what I described, it may be about an hours work, gave me a ball park rate and said they will not know for sure until they come out. Nonetheless, I would know my cost pretty much up front at that point. He also said that weekdays rates were the best as this was a Friday evening. Nevertheless, instead of getting off the phone, he proceeded to have me check a series of things over about 5-7 minutes and said he was trying to save me some money. Within 10-12 min. of talking with him, my power was back on and fully functional. They could have come out and charged me who knows what to do what he walked me through for free. In todays society, it is refreshing to get this type of honesty, fairness, care, concern and service! Bell Electric will be my first and only call from now on, if I ever have any electrical issues! Bell Electric 24 hour service can not be compared to others. Had an emergency and was calling all around to just find some help. We knew we had probably just blown a fuse but need some help doing so. Ended up call Bell and a Mr Valentine master electrician answered. Instead of pricing a quote just to come out and check it himself, he did a step by step walk through of everything he would do and behold problem solve in minutes. No charge no waisting time. Great leader by looking out for his people in allowing them their rest and wonderful instructions on guiding us to restoring power to our house. Id recommend these guys to anyone.

In a word.... Professional Everything about Bell is what a customer is looking for. From their van, to their dress, to their knowledge and to performance, they were professional. If youre used to getting your eyes poked out on false diagnosis or cant stand the up-sell, give them an shot. Im not a fan of that i dont know about this feeling. Bell Electric may have saved my life. I was attempting a DIY home project which involved drilling through sheet-rock. I did not anticipate electrical wiring being in that area. I was wrong. After hearing a popping noise and seeing sparks fly towards me, I shut down the operation in a hurry. Bell Electric was here within 30 minutes on a weekend! Mike the technician was extremely professional and skilled. If I had continued drilling any farther I may not have lived to see another DIY!!!! These guys have got it together. A tree fell and ripped out my power lines from my house to the pole. CPS had to cut all the lines since they burned out. My box and meter were ripped off my house. CPS said I need to have it repaired before they can rewire from my house back to the pole. I called another company and they wanted to charge me about $7,000 to rewire my whole outside of my house. I didnt need all that. I talked to someone else, the same thing. I found Bell electric through Google. The two techs were very professional and informative. They knew exactly what was needed and only fixed what needed to be fixed. The company also called CPS and had them come and rewire my service when they were done. We were up and running in a matter of a couple of hours. Thank you very much Bell Electric!!

Wow! What a service. I spoke with Val and explained the issue we were having. It was a bit of an emergency with this Texas heat as our electrical was the problem with the AC. Val sent a tech who saw a problem that the previous electrician had done. They did a temporary fix while we got the part we needed for a proper long term solution. They were quick, very informative, reasonably priced, and have a great billing system. I HIGHLY recommend the team at Bell Electric! Great group!

Bell electric was awesome! A bunch of our outlets and a breaker were fried by a huge lightning strike this morning (along with several electronic devices). I called Bell Electric, and Val walked me through a couple of options over the phone. He told me that two of his electricians would be over around 11. At about 10:45, I got a call from Michael and Andrew, who told me they were on the way and about 17 minutes from me. From the moment they walked up the front step, they were polite and patiently explained everything they found and asked permission at each step. They were SUPER helpful and a real pleasure to have working in the house for a couple of hours! The price was reasonable, but most importantly, they were concerned about doing the work correctly and quickly and keeping me updated often. I HIGHLY recommend Bell Electric!

A few days ago we got hit with a bad storm, causing us to lose power in our house. Although it came back on, it did not come on in the master bedroom. A day or two later, my wife was messing with the circuit breaker to restore power to the room but instead caused power to go out in additional rooms. I called Bell Electric fully expecting a technician to come out and me having to pay, but instead I was walked through over the phone on how to fix my situation, and it worked and did not have to pay a fee! I know given this situation, in the future I will be using Bell Electric due to their honesty. I know they will not be charging me for things I do not need.
