My experience with ACH was great! David listened so attentively. His immediate suggestions as to what could be done were settling. His worker showed up on time, & was very professional. David was there & never hesitated to help his worker. They cleaned up so well before leaving too. Davids worker noticed other small flaws & never hesitated to correct them. Ill always refer this wonderful company that offers reasonable rates.

Very happy with the services provided by Alamo City Handyman ( OMG). Chris helped us with our master bathroom remodel ( shower and bathroom floor) and invited to their showroom to look at tiles. When we wanted to explore other options, Chris offered to meet at our local Lowe’s and helped us pick the necessary materials. Have to admit it was his “above & beyond” customer obsession and his professionalism that we decided to hire Alamo City Handy. And we are so glad we hired them.Ran into a few issues with how the house/bathroom was originally built, but Chris always came with solutions. His teams ( demo, tiles, etc) always cleaned up each day. So they always kept our bathroom clean at the end of each day.Some pictures of beautiful work Alamo City Handyman did for us ( before the shower door& glass go in…scheduled for the end of this week). Also 2 pics showing the “before” when our shower was like 3ft x 3ft….the reason we wanted to remodel/modernize it.Super happy with the work that turned out. Thanks Chris and Alamo City Handyman!!!

Overall, were very pleased with final product and the experience we had with Alamo City Handymen.We did feel like the estimate missed some expenses that shouldve been expected -- we ended about $5k over the estimate for our remodeling project. We also ended up more involved in the design process that we anticipated; we wouldve liked more ideas for what our project couldve looked like, but were happy with the design we ended up with!Our contractor, Chris communicated consistently and effectively and kept us in the loop throughout the job. The subcontractors, Jovani and Geraldo were excellent, respectful and professional. 99% of the project was finished on time, and the team was quick to fix aspects of the project we were not 100% satisfied with.We had one issue where we were not expecting the workers to have to unplug and move the fridge again, so wed loaded it up with groceries. They ended up unplugging it for more than 48 hours, and we lost a full grocery run.

Dave installed a very heavy 75 Sony flat screen TV perfectly over my fireplace mantel today. Clearly he showed that hes had a lot of experience installing wall mounted TVs. Also I found him to be a very nice guy and that goes a long way. I understand that he manages several other handyman related businesses. Ill be sure to use his services again and will recommend him to my friends. Thanks Dave!

Love working with these guys! Ive used them twice for odd jobs, furniture assembly, etc and will continue. Dave is quick to get in touch with me to get the job scheduled. Richard has been out twice and is very polite and always asks if I have anything else I need done. Wonderful price for amazing work. Ill definitely recommend them to anyone I know that needs help with big or small jobs!

We had a crack in the masonry on the 2nd story of our house between the stonework. This was not foundational but needed fixed for looks. I called and got a quote within 24 hours. They were able to come out and fix it within the week. The work was done professionally and follow up was excellent. Throughout the process they were in constant contact and even sent me pictures of the work when I was off site. I would recommend them and will use them again

We had our bathrooms remodeled with OMG Kitchen and Bath and Alamo City Handymen earlier this year. They provided great service, were always on time and friendly, and most importantly the quality of the work was exceptional! Several months later, we are still so in love with our new master bathroom and new shower in our guest bath. I would highly recommend their services for any small or large projects you have in your home.

Just had a 10x20 deck installed and it is amazing! Beautiful wood, square, level in-spite of an incline, the decking looks like a pine floor.....The guys were polite, timely and considerate of my family and business. A definite rehire anytime I need some work done. I highly recommend the company for quality craftsmanship, which is hard to find these days, integrity and great pricing. As a woman in business for 30 years I have hired numerous contractors, but this is the first time I have found a company that I would not only refer, but will definitely work with them again.

Andy came on time and blew us away with his great professional demeanor and talent! He got right to work on changing out a door for a doggie door, which we thought he would have to change the door swing. Not at all, he worked some magic on the hinges, so the swing matches the screen door, which we thought would have to come off. He also went to Lowe’s and picked up a security door for the front door. He also repaired the front door itself which would not close properly. A previous handyman worked on the same door, for over an hour, said he fixed it, yet the dogs got out the front door later because it was NOT fixed!!! Andy took care of that immediately again working his magic and know-how! NOW it locks properly because of his brilliance. Alamo City Handymen is the fifth handyman company we called. The first three were no-shows and the fourth was quite the bi-polar dud.So to get Andy was somewhat the miracle for us! To find some company to not only answer the phone and to return our calls, but to actually show up, on time AND get the jobs done in such a professional manner is such a relief, finally. Andy and this company, Alamo City Handymen, have my greatest appreciation and my highest recommendation.

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I had started the process of taking the texture off on my walls in the main areas of my home but just didn’t have the time to finish it AND I don’t have the skills required to make it look seem less. I went online and was able to make an appointment for an estimate for later that week and they continued to be informative and responsive throughout the whole process. Juan and Luis, who were fantastic, worked on the walls primarily which turned out far better than I could have expected and I’m very pleased with the quality of the finish. I am so great full for this experience and am planning on hiring them to work on the master bathroom next.

We had some old 70s wainscoting and paneling removed in our home and the areas retextured for a more modern look. The work was done well & very timely. Dave communicated well through the entire process, and gave a heads up with any unforeseen issues that arose. Very happy with the output and will look to use them again in the future!
