Second project with Shaw to remodel a main bathroom. Objective to widen doorways and install larger walk-in shower Excellent, stylish design and construction results. Patrick proposed changes, was professional and listened to our ideas. Sherry & Audrey, provided direction on material selection and developed a plan. Fabian, project lead, is very easy to work, responsive, knows construction and enjoyed working together. Fabian delivered on time and kept everything moving to meet our deadline. Custom Cabinets maker Orlando is a woodworking artist. Demo guys Juan and Zac got busy and cleaned out quickly. Each of their crew members were excellent. Plumbing experts Fernando, Cristian; Tile Pedro and Misael worked their magic, it is beautiful, Painters Sergio and Joel nice job, the handyman guys Danny and Alex asked where all the accessories and fixtures would go and delivered exactly where we needed it. Bottom line, hire Shaw and ask for Fabian-you will not be disappointed in work they do for you.

Had an amazing experience with the Shaw Company from start to finish. Jordan started out the experience by coming out and giving us an estimate for our master and guest bathroom. He was very friendly and knowledgeable in his field. Brittany did a great job in helping us select and finalize our picks for the project. Sherry who oversaw the project was the best. We communicated very often and her desire to make sure we were satisfied every step of the way helped put my mind at ease. Fabian, the foreman in charge, was also the best. He communicated with us daily and ensured we were satisfied with daily projects. His calm, cool, and professional manner was second to none. He was on site very often to review the work that had been done. Shaw did a gut remodel of my primary bathroom and an update of my guest bathroom. They did an incredible job and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Fabian led the team and kept me updated on status so I knew what to expect on each stage of the remodel. Fernando and Raul did a great job with the plumbing, and fixed an elusive foundation leak. Joel and Diego with the painting worked efficiently to get the job done and came back quickly for touch-ups. Alex and Zachariah are masters when it comes to tiling, and it was no easy task. I walk in the after the tiling and gasped it looked so good. Danny and Christian the handy men did a godsend job and helped kick the job off right. And my beautiful burgundy cabinets that Orlando made stoled the show - took four coats to make it perfect before I even saw them. And of course Javier, making sure everything got delivered. It wouldn’t be as beautiful without designers Aubrey and Brittany. And Sherry was a delight to deal with. I interviewed six companies, picked Shaw and NEVER regretted a moment. This was my first big remodel and the led me through the process step-by-step. You’d really do yourself a disservice if you don’t choose Shaw for your next project.

We recently had our primary bathroom remodeled by Shaw Company Remodeling, and we couldnt be more pleased with the results. From start to finish, the team demonstrated professionalism and expertise, delivering a stunning final product.Under the supervision of Fabian, the project manager, the renovation proceeded smoothly and efficiently. His attention effective communication ensured that everything ran seamlessly and on time. The plumbers, Raul and Fernando, ensured that everything was installed correctly and functioning perfectly. Pedro and JRs tile work transformed the space where our previous shower and tub were in to one large shower. The finished result exceeded our expectations. Danny and Christian, the handymen, handled various tasks throughout the project, ensuring that everything was completed to perfection. Javier and Joels painting expertise added the finishing touches to the bathroom. Audreys design input was instrumental in bringing our vision to life, and her creative ideas helped create a space that is both beautiful and functional. Our Kitchen remodel that was lead by Fabian and his team was exceptional. Juan did the chipping of the tile to make room for Fernando to come in and frame the new look for the remodel. Rubiel and his team did an amazing job on the new flooring throughout the house. Sergios painting made us feel like we had a new home. Danny is very handy for the finish work. The cabinets done by Roy and his team are a dream come true.

We had our kitchen remodeled by Shaw Remodeling and couldn’t be happier! The whole team worked together like a well oiled machine, beginning with Aaron who helped with the design, his team (Audrey and Brittany) who helped with design and scheduling. Fabian was the project manager and helped to keep the project on schedule. They were able to do the demo while we were out of town (Juan, Jr and Alex) thank you! Misael and Pedro installed our floor tile with great precision. Custom cabinets were perfectly constructed and installed by Orlando and his assistant Jesus. Adrian installed our beautiful counter tops. Fernando and his assistant Jesus did an amazing job with electrical and plumbing! Love our lighting! Joel painted the walls and ceiling and knocked it out no sweat! Danny was awesome as he helped on various tasks and installed all the cabinet pulls. Javier also helped to oversee the project from start to finish! We are extremely happy with our new beautiful kitchen! We were extremely impressed with their professionalism, workmanship and work ethic! This team delivered in every aspect! They are top notch and would highly recommend! Thanks guys!

As repeat customers we were excited to work with the people at Shaw again. Jordan worked to get Fabians crew for us again, and did it in priority time to fit our schedule. Fabian and his crew once again did a fantastic job. Pedro and Alex flawlessly installed the tile, Fernando and Cristian adjusted and modified the plumbing to fit our needs. Danny was terrific at fixing, adjusting and handling all handy work. Finally, Sergio went above and beyond patching, texturing, and painting. We love our new bathroom and our kitchen lighting.

Being new homeowners and new to San Antonio, we were excited to get started fixing up our house! After many months of doing things ourselves, we were exhausted and needed help from another source. Not sure where to start, google led us to Shaw Remodeling and the reviews were too good to pass up! From Jordan hearing out all of our long term dreams and getting us started, to Audrey helping us decide on designs and color schemes not just once but twice (thanks to my indecisiveness) then to Anthony for putting those dreams into motion, and Luis and Ramiro being the hands of the project, we were able to see our house come to life again! They moved quick and hard and we had a new kitchen in less than a week! I was most anxious about how costs work if things didn’t stick to the original plan, and they did stray from our budget at all! It was such a relief to be able to sit back and watch the magic happen because of someone else’s talents! Our pup is loving her new back door and my husband and I are loving our new kitchen!!!

Extremely impressed! We had our master bathroom remodeled and we could not be happier. Being new to San Antonio, we struggled at first trying to find the right contractor to complete this project and not run into issues. Hit a home run on first at bat. First meeting went smooth as expected and we left with no unanswered questions. Work started and completed according to plan and on schedule. Fabian and his team, Danny, Fernando, Pedro, Miguel, Javier, and Joel were amazing. Very receptive, professional, courteous, never left us in doubt, and ensured every detail was covered. We are so impressed! Shaw absolutely delivered. Although a small job they made us feel important. Everyone was considerate and patient. Stating with Jordan, on the proposal, and Audrey the design, they answered our questions before we could ask. Construction Supervisor Fabian was wonderful, we will miss him. Peter did an extraordinary job on the tile work with great attention to detail. Fernando is a great plumber, and Danny and Alex too on the waterproofing, sheetrock and accessories. And Javier, Miguel, Junior, and Sergio were all polite and accommodating. They all work as a team. Everybody was here on time and when they said they would be. These guys know what they are doing. We’ll be back for any additional remodeling!

Fernando and Raul who made sure the outlets were exactly where we wanted them. Pedro and JR’s detailed attention to the tile work …WOW BEAUTIFUL. Sergio with painting, the cabinet team of Orlando and Miguel, Aron for the countertops, and the glass people were great. Danny and Javier did a great job with the hardware and mirrors. Everyone was very kind and respectful .

This company made it super easy in remodeling our master bath. Every aspect from initial quote, design meeting, and post completion was pretty much worry-free. We have been putting off this project because we just couldnt find the right people that would ensure everything is taken care of (materials, options, etc).Andrew did our initial consult; he was on time and thoroughly explained all steps of the process. Audrey helped us tremendously with design and options, thank goodness because she knows which direction to go if youre unsure. Fabian and his crew were all awesome and did commendable work. Demo: Juan and Misael made sure floor, bed, etc were covered with protection. They pretty much had demo done in a day or two. Tile: Zac and Alex did great work on the tile and grout. They took their time, not rushing to make sure it is done right. Plumbing: PFernando and Christian did great work in rerouting water lines and fixtures. Glass: Danny is very efficient and had the glass installed in no time. I didnt get the countertop team names. From start to finish everyone was great. I was always able get a hold of someone when I called, texted, or emailed almost immediately. I will definitely be reaching out to Shaw for our next project!

I am thrilled with the complete master bath remodel that Alain & his incredible crew from Shaw recently completed in my home. It was a great experience from start to finish. This company truly works as a team, communication channels are all open. Even when a hiccup occurred…they addressed it immediately & moved forward. The crew was professional & positive…really a pleasure to have them in my home. Alain went above & beyond in every aspect including making sure I was not simply satisfied with the work but truly happy. I also want to thank his crew member Sammy. He did an exceptional job & really kept the work site clean every day. I will absolutely use Shaw again for future projects.

Overall we are happy with our experience with Shaw. We had a very clear vision for our bathroom and I think that helped a lot in the pre-construction phase. My wife stays at home with our small children and the guys on site were very friendly and considerate. The project did take an extra three weeks to completely finish, but after discussing the schedule with Sal, he really stepped it up and finished it up for us. I would use Shaw again.

Our estimator Jordan was very professional and kept every appointment and was thorough in describing the scope and timeline of the project. They never missed an appointment and finished the job early with no hiccups. And of course our coordinator Sherry kept us updated on every phase of the project! Excellent tub/shower conversion done by Shaw Remodeling Company. From the initial meeting with Aaron Rodriguez, to design with Audrey Odell and construction with Fabian Castiano, everything was handled professionally and with extreme efficiently. I have a 1925 house and wanted the design a bath to fit with the style of the house, nothing too modern, but elegant. They did a fantastic job. The demo by Danny and Misael was quick and they cleaned up at the end of the day. Tile work by Zacarias and Alex was exceptional, they are true craftsmen. Plumbing work was done professionally by Nando. The painting was done quickly and neatly by Joel. I cannot say enough about the entire crew. They showed up on time, even early sometimes and did everything on schedule. I have used Shaw Remodeling for several jobs and they never disappoint. This company is the best.

We had our master bathroom completely gutted, and remodeled, taking out the bathtub, adding a bigger shower, a linen closet, new vanities, new flooring, and much more. The whole experience was wonderful. Jordan Hollis did the estimate quickly and we accepted it. Fabian Castiano did a superior job of supervising the project. Juan and JR did the demolition of the bathroom. They were efficient and kept dust to a minimum. The plumbers Fernando and Cristia were quick and got all our plumbing needs met. Zach and Alex did a wonderful job on the tile, flooring and walls. Danny and Misel took care of all the handyman projects and made everything look like new. Orlando did a wonderful job on making our new cabinets and installing them. They look wonderful. We have had many good comments from friends and family on our remodel. Overall, the project went great and I would highly recommend Shaw Remodeling to anybody considering a project like this.

COME WORK WITH SHAW!!We had a large bathroom in a large luxury home we are renovating. It was 80s pink silk floral wallpaper funky.Shaw met with us, from Patrick and Brittany at the design stage, to Kyle our project manager, until we were comfortable with the scope of work. Once this full gut, jackhammering-the-slab, rewiring, replumbing, (and more) massive project started, with Anthony as the lead of the crew, we felt better and better about the Shaw team.The pace may have seemed slow at times, but the way Anthony led his crew, and introduced us to craftsmen who have worked in his *own home*, the method and decisions increased out confidence in Shaw.Kyles words The job isnt over until YOU are happy to us arent a sales tactic... their actions backed that up at every stage.No one who comes into our modern palace showpiece of a bathroom has any idea what the old one looked like, there isnt a HINT of transition or corner cutting work anywhere. Wow, I cant say enough about the excellent quality of work this company did in my home remodel project that was pretty major and included 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, all new floors, doors, trim, lighting and a fireplace re-do. Everyone was easy to work with and actually listened to my wants. Patricks idea of putting the microwave in a cabinet with a garage soft-close door was awesome; the fireplace re-do and mantle are amazing as well as everything else. They even sent their master-plumber after the project completed to unclog a pipe and install a clean-out valve. They do it all and are easy to work with! Ill be adding photos, but their professional photographer took pics too.

Shaw did an amazing update for our kitchen. Nadya took my initial call for a quote and she was so nice over the phone! She always called before Andrew would make a visit to our place, or if we had an appointment with Audrey. Andrew came out and took a look at what we wanted to do and was honest about what could be done and what couldnt be done. We did not want to undergo a full kitchen gut, so we went with replacing sinks, plumbing fixtures, counter tops, under/over cabinet lights and backsplash. I supplied the main lighting fixtures (small and large pendants), but they installed them. At the design center, my husband and I saw an awesome sample of quartz and the remaining selections were based off of that. Audrey was very helpful and friendly and took her time with me during 2 meetings.Fabian was the supervisor for the crew that worked on our kitchen. I cant give Fabian or his crew: Danny, Misael, Fernando, Alex, Sergio & Cristian enough praise! Fabian kept us updated and visited almost daily when the crew was working. Danny, Misael, Fernando, Alex, Sergio & Cristian were all excellent at their trades. In addition, they were all very polite and respectful. They worked diligently and efficiently. They always cleaned up before they left and kept the jobsite organized. We are beyond pleased and love our new kitchen! If we ever do another project, I will call SHAW first and highly recommend them to anyone wanting this type of work done in their home! Project was On Time and On Budget!

Let me begin by saying we were extremely nervous about undertaking a home renovations project. Who can we trust? What will it cost? What about the quality of workmanship? Will they stand behind their work? It was daunting to say the least which is why it took us a couple of years to finally decide to begin. We went with Shaw Remodeling and we are extremely pleased. Ill lay out some of the reasons and people who made, what couldve been a nerve-wracking experience, into one of the best we couldve hoped.Patrick was our first introduction to Shaw and he was the right first impression. Friendly, knowledgeable, listened, asked us good questions, funny, not salesy and answered all of our questions through numerous calls and texts. Shaw wasnt the least or most expensive, but one of the main reasons we chose them was a personal recommendation from a coworker who just wrapped up a remodel, and because of meeting Patrick. Now let me tell you a little about the people we worked with once we signed.Audrey - helped us patiently through a design knowing we are not designers and we need to see it to make it real. She did that.Nadia - the friendly voice on the phone always when we called or when she was reminding us of the next step.Fabian - our head coach and project manager who was the anchor person for the whole event. He was awesome. No matter the question, status check, heads up, or change - he was always calm, informative, extremely helpful, and gave us comfort that things were going as planned.Orlando - made us beautiful cabinets for our bathroom. We didn’t realize how much we needed or would love them until we saw them.Fernando & Cristian - handled all of our electrical work which included adding a heater in our shower, relocating backsplash outlets, and added a couple of extra outlets where we needed them.Zag & Alex - did all of our tile work and made our bathroom a real game changer. The look is quality, timeless, and clean.Miguel & Uriel - removed all of the outdated tile and damaged wood floor and gave use beautiful flooring throughout the house. Its the first thing everyone mentions when they walk through the door... how much they love our floors.Sergio & Javier - painters who blended everything beautifully in our home and even gave me a few pointers on a project I would be doing on the side. The walls and baseboards look amazing.Danny - the all-around handyman who came in to tweak the couple of little things we deemed important. There wasnt anything he couldnt do. Very friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely efficient.And lastly, Sherry - the wonderful voice on the other end of the phone managing the project from the home office. We talked a couple of times a week about delivery dates, next stages of the project, payment processing, and she coordinated things Id forgotten to share with Fabian. Aside from that, she was just a joy to speak with about our project and she seemed genuinely as excited as us.It is not a understatement to say that we were nervous to start. Shaw took that and turned it into trust. If you are thinking of doing something similar, do yourself a favor and at least talk to them. You will be glad you did. Thank you, Team Shaw!

Sergio did and excellent job of painting and all of the team was very polite and professional in their attitude. Fabian could not have been easier to work with and managed his crew and time in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend them and Shaw for any remodeling job!!

I am writing this review based SOLELY on work recently done to correct a tile issue with our bathroom remodel. Fabian and Pedro were assigned to the handle the work to demo and redo our new shower floor and they are the ones these 5 stars are for! I would highly recommend you ask for Pedro (if you use Shaw for any tile work) as he was professional, very skilled, conscientious, respectful of our home and work space, always on time, left the work area clean every day, and communicated with us every step of the way! That kind of work ethic is not easy to come by these days! I sure wish Pedro (and Fabians team) had been the ones to do our tile work originally as the remodel might have been much smoother, with a better outcome, and less stressful. Also deserving of these five stars is Sherry C., (Production Coordinator) for her responsiveness, professionalism, and assistance in making sure all the work not done correctly the first time around did eventually get corrected. Not sure what we would have done if we did not have her as our advocate through this process. I would suggest any one using Shaw do research or read other reviews to find recommendations for the best Project Managers/Construction Supervisors with the company and specifically request them. I wish we had known who to ask for. Based on our experience, I would NOT feel at all comfortable recommending the Project Manager/Construction Supervisor assigned to our job, nor would he get 5 stars. We felt as if we were having to do his job of managing/supervising the work and work crews.

The entire staff made our bathroom remodel better than we anticipated. Brittanys tile, color and accessories recommendations were great. Audrey answering question and follow up on progress. Israel’s attention to detail during installation made for a better than expected finished bathroom. If we ever need additional home remodeling we will go with Shaw.

We truly love our master bathroom , guest bathroom, and powder room remodeled by Shaw Company Remodeling. Our initial meeting with Jordan went extremely well. He put us at ease. Jordan had wonderful remodeling ideas and devised a great plan and solid budget for us. Nadia kept us apprised of all upcoming meetings which we really appreciated. Audrey was welcoming and extremely helpful during our show room visit when we selected countertop materials, cabinets, shower tiles etc. Anthony went above and beyond while supervising our remodel. Shaw Company Remodeling completed our whole house remodel in May 2023. The entire experience was excellent. They told us initially that the project would take three to four months, and they completed it within 4-1/2 months and that included several delaying changes that we added to the project while in progress. They exceeded our expectations on quality and efficiency.We set the scope with Jordan over several meetings during a two year period. The timeframe was our schedule. Jordan would have turned it around much faster than we were able to make decisions. He listened to us and made great suggestions. Jordan made sure we understood exactly what Shaw was expected to do. We then met Brittany and Audrey in the design center to make our cabinet, flooring, paint, countertops, plumbing fixtures, etc., selections. Brittany brilliantly read our minds on what I wanted in the way of a color scheme. Neighbors all agree that the choices we made with Brittany could not have been better.The project supervisor, Anthony, was responsive to all our needs and always made sure we were happy with the quality of the work. He was always available when we wanted to meet to discuss the project. Kyle provided quality control, and he was a second set of eyes to Anthony. All Shaw employees and contractors did excellent work and were responsive to our needs. Marco and Marcus deserve special mention for all the quality work they did on our house. Marco did amazing work with the electrical in our kitchen. Marcus did the carpentry work superbly. The floor and cabinet contractors did exceptional work on the floors and cabinets. Shaw Company Remodeling just completed a whole house remodel for us. They took our house from 1973 to 2022 and it turned out better than we could have imagined. The whole experience from planning to completion was seamless. From designing with Patrick, picking out materials with Audrey (she effortlessly knew what we were trying to achieve), checking on progress with Sherry, to demo and reconstruction with the best crew in the business. I cannot adequately express how wonderful Joe and his crew were to work with. We made the decision to live in our home during the remodel, and we never regretted it once. Joe’s crew were always respectful of us and our home. They made sure we were pleased with the progress every step of the way, and did not complete each area until we were fully satisfied, and boy, are we more than satisfied. It should also be noted that this whole house remodel was completed in a little over two months and included removal of popcorn from all ceilings, and new floors, doors, paint, and baseboards throughout, as well as complete demo and remodel of the kitchen, and the primary and guest bathrooms. Update: 11/15/23 - Approaching the end of the one year warranty period of the bath remodel by Shaw Company Remodeling, we had compiled a short list of items that needed attention, none of which were really big issues. I emailed Shaw and got a quick response, asking if I could send photos of the areas of concern. These were: reapply grout in one corner of the shower; touch up paint along one side and corner of the ceiling, the outer side of a closet door and on a few wall areas; adjust the door seal on shower door; reapply silicone on the shower enclosure glass in 2 small areas. I sent photos the next day and expected they might need a couple of weeks to schedule us. In 2 days, they sent Fabian, our job supervisor, and several workers who performed all the requested revisions that same day. We were pleased with Shaw’s very prompt response to our requests and honoring their warranty without any hassle. We would still highly recommend them.*******We just completed a partial bathroom remodel, including removing our small old shower and garden tub, converting them to a new walk-in closet and large tiled walk-in shower with a bench. We also added new lighting, removed the popcorn ceiling and painted the entire space. We chose Shaw Company Remodeling and are happy to report we were very pleased with the entire process from beginning to end. It took a village. Everyone that we worked with was friendly and professional, starting with project consultant Aaron, Brittany in the Design Center, and all the onsite crew. Fabian, the project supervisor managed the job like a well-oiled machine. Fernando was very hands-on, taking care of electrical, plumbing and carpentry and did an excellent job. Kudos to Pedro for the great tile work on the new shower and closet. Danny and Misael did a nice job on the painting and returned for the final walk-through to touch up a few things. We were very impressed with the care everyone took to cover walkways and furniture with plastic sheeting to help control the dust. They also cleaned up the work area and walking areas through the house each day before leaving. Everything was done in a timely manner and as things progressed details were explained and discussed. We were initially told our project would take 3-4 weeks, mostly dependent on the availability of the products we selected. Our project was finished in exactly 4 weeks. It would have been closer to 3, but we asked to pause work for a few days towards the end, due to a family emergency.

We contracted Shaw Remodeling to remodel our master bathroom and we are very pleased with the result, but also pleased with how well the project was done. From the start, when we were still trying to decide exactly what we wanted to do, Shaw was responsive and very helpful in advising us regarding design options and decisions and then delivering a well defined estimate so that we knew what was included and what was not. Regarding changes to the design, they were always very clear about additional costs so that we always felt like we were in control of the costs.We were impressed with the people that Shaw had doing the work. The project manager, Fernando, was very good about listening to us, explaining what was being done and next steps, and making corrections if something did not match the design. They also estimated the total project time pretty accurately although they probably would have finished a week ahead of schedule if they hadn’t lost a week due to the mid-February freeze.When it was time to wrap up the project with a few fixes and final touches, they did what we asked promptly and without hassling us over whether it really needed to be changed. We think that Shaw Remodeling is a good choice, especially if you can get Fernando to manage the project execution and Gerardo for the tile work, hes a real artist who takes care that his work is done well.

From initial visit and estimate by Jordan, then selecting our finishes and finalizing the design with Audrey, to the remodel and finished product with our superintendent Anthony and his team, the entire process and final product was exceptional. Alfredo was very focussed and detial oriented and his pride and attention to detail showed though on his extensive tile work. Marcus did a great professional job with installing all the plumbing despite a couple of surprises in the guest bathroom shower and the master bathroom tub - all worked out without a problem and look great. Roy did an excellent job of fabricating and installing all the cabinets for the master bath and the 1/2 bath. The entire team was professional and aimed to please, with even the smallest requests. Anthony, Luis and Ramiro made whatever minor adjustments necessary to ensure we were pleased with the final outcome, and they did so very positively and in a caring fashion to make sure we were completly satisfied. We had a great experience and enjoyed the teams efforts to provide us the exact remodel that we wanted and staying within budget. I strongly recommend. I will use them again for any additional remodel needs.

This was our second project with Shaw Remodeling. Our first project was a complete master bath remodel. We love the results. The process was efficient and professional. Our project manager, Freddie, did a great job moving the job along and keeping us informed. His team did a great job of isolating the work area and keeping the dust and debris under control. It didnt impact the rest of our house.Because of our experience with the master bath remodel, when we decided to remodel our two guest bathrooms we went with Shaw again. For both projects we interviewed and got bids from two other companies. Shaws proposal was in the middle in terms of price, but their staff made us more comfortable with their process than the others. Patrick worked with us in the design phase. He was flexible and responsive and had great suggestions that we hadnt even considered. Audrey was patient with during the selections meetings and helped us put together choices for tile, fixtures, paint, etc. that we are very happy with.Freddie was our project manager again for the second project and once again he really delivered. The project was even finished a little early. When the project was almost complete, Freddie did a thorough review and found some minor issues to fix that we hadnt even noticed. We really appreciated his attention to detail. He went above and beyond for us. Marcus, who did the plumbing and electrics, was great. He explained everything he was doing and made some excellent suggestions that we followed. Jorge, who installed the glass for the shower enclosures, was also very helpful when explaining alternatives for how to install the glass. Nadia, Shaws receptionist, is very professional and conscientious. If we asked Nadia to help us with something we knew it would get done. Sherry was our project coordinator for both projects--we really appreciated having her as point of contact for questions/concerns as the project was progressing.An important question for projects like this is would you use them again? The answer for us is Yes! Weve used them twice and would do so again.

A great experience working with Shaw Remodeling. We came home from vacation to a water leak in our bathroom. After water remediation was completed, my wife and I were faced with a master suite and bathroom rebuild. My wife contacted Gerrilynn at Shaw and she quickly put us at ease. Gerrilynn walked us through the process of choosing new cabinets and new ceramic tiles for our floor. Shaws Showroom was very helpful with plenty of samples to look at for ideas.Luke was the supervisor and foreman in charge of our project. He was very organized and communicated well with us about each stage of the renovation. Each day we reviewed what was accomplished and what to expect the following day. Luke made sure all of the materials were at our house and personally accounted for all items ordered. I cant say enough about Lukes quality of work. The installation of the cabinets was flawless. After getting our roof replaced last year, it was time to replace our disintegrating 1970s vintage masonite siding. After shopping around, we chose Shaw Company Remodeling for the project. They had been here about a year ago with an estimate and a coupon we had given them, but we werent quite ready to start then. We had a good feeling when John still remembered us AND honored the year-old coupon.The job was a complete siding replacement, but we had a lot of things that needed to be repaired, AC and water softener drain lines rerouted, AC power lines rerouted, rotten studs in the walls replaced, etc. There were some bumps along the way, but most of it worked out in the end. Projects like this are stressful and it can get on your nerves when your home is in disarray for weeks. One suggestion, make sure you cover everything you dont want paint to get on (like your car, or solar screens), otherwise over-spray from the sprayers gets everywhere. Dont mistake this is as a negative review, its constructive criticism.Overall, our experience was very positive, mostly thanks to Willy. Willy and his crew just went above and beyond, working in the summer heat most days till after 7pm. He takes his job very personally. One night they stayed until after 10pm, re-painting our new front door after a paint mishap. He made sure everything was taken care of and that ultimately we were happy with the results. Our house went from the ugliest old house on the block to the nicest, most beautiful home, in two weeks!Thank you to John, Willy, and all of your crew.

I recently finish a bathroom renovation, that brought by early nineties bathroom, into the present day. I had gotten other bids from 3-4 other companies but chose Shaw based on my meeting with Jordan as well as some design options provided. Freddie and his team worked diligently through out the project and were able to get it completed in a timely manner.

Shaw Company remodeled our 1960s master bathroom earlier this year. It was important to us to keep the character of the bathroom, but also make it more modern and functional and Shaw supported our vision. The experience with Shaw was incredibly easy from start to finish. Audrey was so helpful in picking out our design choices and communicated well with us throughout the whole project. Everyone who was saw at the house was professional and friendly - Zacarias, Alex, Danny, Joel, Juan, Miguel, Javier, Pedro, and Fernando. Our bathroom remodel went very smoothly and on time. All the people involved were very professional and courteous. Jordan and Audrey the sales rep and design rep were very responsive during the selection and design process. Fabian was our construction supervisor and keep things on schedule without any delays or idle days. Danny and Cristian did the demo and were very careful, covered furniture and floors and keep everything clean and orderly. Fernando and Alex did the plumbing and setting the bathtub, and everything came together as planned. Zacarias and Javier did the tile and painting. Zacarias is a master at laying tile. We had octagon shaped tiles, and he did an excellent job laying it perfectly. We are very pleased with the final project and the process was as painless as possible.

I am a former purchasing director of one of the largest school districts in San Antonio with over twenty years of experience overseeing building contracts ranging from $100 thousand to $100 million. l always wait at least one month after completion of a project before I give a review in case there are any unresolved or any outstanding punch list items. There was one problem (opportunity to excel) when we first started the project. Eric Shaw came out and his response was “it’s not anything lumber, and labor won’t fix”. There was no mention of a change order and no discussion regard any additional dollars.Alain Martinez was the project manager on our kitchen remodel. Every day he was here, he always left asking if there was anything else, he could do. We are more than pleased with the finished project. Shaw company has my phone number and I will be happy to speak to anyone concerning the professionalism, integrity, and honesty displayed by every member of the Shaw Family.
