I rarely leave reviews, but Roofing Services Now greatly exceeded our expectations and at a very reasonable cost for a roof repair job we recently needed.After a recent storm, several tree branches fell on our house’s roof. As I went up to trim them, one of my cuts forced another giant branch to fall, causing a huge 8inch by 10 inch hole in the roof. I immediately needed a repair, because there was a possibility of rain in the forecast. We had recently gotten our entire roof and decking completely replaced (3 years prior), so I wanted a perfect repair that would blend in with the surrounding shingles, and withstand all the weather elements in the future.Roofing Services Now immediately answered our call (a Saturday morning), and Luis explained the process to us. After we sent a photo of the damage, Luis quickly gave an estimate and had a guy out in about an hour to fix it! He did an outstanding job, and took photos of the progress and provided them to us. The new shingles match perfectly. I had already tried calling at least 4-5 roofing companies prior to finding Roofing Services Now, and the few companies that were open would not have been able to come out to our house for at least 5-6 days. In addition to the major roof repairs, we also had a few of the pipe flashings replaced that had been damaged by the storms as well. This was extremely affordable as well.We 100% would recommend Roofing Services Now for any type of roof repair…. Especially if you want prompt service at a very affordable cost. Though we hope to not have any more tree branches knock holes in our roof, if it does happen again we will know immediately where to turn!

These guys know what they are doing, and all are excellent craftsmen. Every individual that was involved in our project was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Explain all the services in detail and made us feel really comfortable with our decision over three other companies that we Called.Even though their price was the highest of the four, the value that we got is by far higher because they explained a lot of things that the other roofers didn’t know about such as proper attic, ventilation, protection against raccoons, entering our attic, and we didn’t know that there are also different qualities of metals to install on the roof. They worked full days til our roof was finished rather than working partial days.Their financing process is quick and easy. We got approved for financing in 10 minutes. We can’t say enough things about this company.We recommend it to anyone who isn’t sure about the best roofer to work with in San Antonio.

10 STARS!Luis Buitron, the owner personally picked up the phone and came by to quote and repair my roof. He works just like his workers do, which has a charm of its own. Needless to say I called 3 roofers off of a Google Map search, and he was the only one that picked up the phone! Therefore he got my business, and omg am I a happy customer that I ended up with him and his crew. They went so far as to match my roof color so to avoid any HOA harassment upon replacing the damaged shingles. The new repair is seemless it blends right in!!!!!! Im so impressed and happy :DBetter yet, I only have so much liquid fiat for home renovations left so it was a nice option to be able to pay his company in crypto with Ethereum (ETH). It saved me from multiple steps to cash it out, as I simply just paid him directly using ETH. He accepts Bitcoin (BTC) too btw ;)They were also on time. The owner himself is also extremely professional yet still very personable treating me like family (a difficult attitude to balance). Luis went above and beyond to get everything covered by the insurance company that we were entitled to. We even got upgraded solar attic vents due to a code issue that Luis discovered on our behalf. Best of all, almost 3 months after the job was complete we noticed an issue with a section of our gutters. Luis came out and performed a thorough inspection and, after finding the issue, presented us with three repair options. He explained each option to us in great deal and never tried to persuade our decision. After the repairs were complete, Luis sat down with us and showed us pictures of all phases of the repair. My husband and I were delighted to find out that his team even fixed an issue outside the original scope of work. All in all we were very pleased with our experience. Today I was promptly met by Luis with Roofing Services Now. I discovered a leak on both of the water heater exhaust pipes coming out of the roof. After calling Luis and explaining my discovery, on Memorial day mind you, Luis arrived right away the next day. Luis did an initial remote assessment, via drone, where I directed him to the problem area on the roof. On his way up, I asked him to do a complete visual inspection of the roof as I had found a shingle in my backyard. An extremely professional business owner and work crew. My house was in need of a new roof. I decided to have a metal roof installed instead of a shingle roof. As the shingles were being taken off it was discovered that the roof decking plywood was original to the house from 1975. Over the years it was warping and had become very brittle. The decking had to be replaced so the metal roof could be installed. I am extremely happy with the workmanship that was used in installing the new roof decking and metal roof. I highly recommend using “Roofing Services Now” for all services provided. I decided on a metal roof instead of shingles because of the durability of a metal roof.

Luis handled the claims process nearly entirely on his own. He knows the ins and outs of the insurance claims process. I cannot thank him enough for the work he did because it saved my family (and me!) a lot of time, effort, and difficulty. I assure you, that had it not been for the constant communication he had with the adjuster, the roof would have still been replaced but wed have a WHOLE lot less to show for it and they likely would have had to come out of pocket for much more. I highly recommend this company!

Luis was very responsive. We were working with an insurance claim and in the process of selling a house. There were many moving parts in this situation and he quickly handled all of them. The roof and gutters came out perfect. He even facilitated some window vinyl repair work so that we were able to close on the house early. Total work was 4 days for both the roof and gutters. Also walked the job after and made sure all the debris was totally removed. These guys did a top notch job and took a lot of the stress out of a situation like this. So glad they were there to take care of things.

We needed unexpected repairs to my mother in laws roof. The full extent of the damage was not known as she had passed earlier this year and my husband and I were doing the best we could to care for the property. We called Luis in the evening after seeing what we thought was damage caused by raccoons on the roof. Luis went out of his way to talk to us that night and schedule someone to go out first thing the next morning to fix it. However, during the thorough inspection of the roof Luis showed us much more damage than we were aware of. He took the time to take videos for me as I was not present and also walk my husband through his findings. We felt panicked and anxious seeing the damage and knew poor weather was coming. Luis didn’t seem concerned. He was calm and listened to us, and truly cared to help us with the repairs needed. In a matter of hours Luis and his team did an outstanding job on the roof, and it looks incredible. I cannot say that he went above and beyond enough. It is so clear Luis is passionate for what he does and by the looks of the work, his crew feels the same way. We are honored to have met Luis and plan to use him in the future.
