I had an Ant problem that came indoors and the treatment was quick and effective Kaylen is very professional and answered all my concerns with having kids in the yard and house with safe options I booked reoccurring services and feel much better about having the kids play in the yard and no more ants in my kitchen ! Great customer service is hard to find these days book with him!

Special thanks to Kaylen for his immediate response. Multiple Pest control companies have tried to exterminate my daughters home as well as my own, but they failed and drained us financially. Nappkn came right away and took care of our roaches, rodents, and termites with ease!!!! This is absolutely the BEST company I have ever been with in 38 years!

I am headquartered in Houston - I Called multiple businesses in San Antonio- this is the only one that could help with our bee problem. I explained to them I have a box trailer over there and that it got invaded by bees. Nappkn started taking care of it within a few hours! Highly recommended !!

These guys are not only responsive, quick, and kind, but they genuinely made me feel heard when I explained how scared and worried I was about being in a home with these critters. We moved into to a house that had an insect problem and were calling around for service ASAP. After talking to many businesses that were booked weeks out, we found Nappkn. Although technicians were booked, the owner decided to come out himself to perform treatment on our house the next day. So friendly, kind, and efficient. Definitely using again.

They are competent, knowledgeable, reasonably priced, communicate well and take photos of anything they discover or that I as a home owner should be concerned about prior to and during treatment. Customer service 10000000%. I will pay extra for great customer service. This company has great pricing and even better staff. Jarrod was respectful when coming into your home but they actually educate you on the type of bugs you have and which ones are the “good” and “bad” ones to keep around. As a nurse, education is a huge part of my job and I found that in a pest control company. 👏🏻 Hats off too this company! Good job guys!

This pest control really did come in clutch for me. I had taken my moms house which she left an infestation of roaches. I was quote searching and the prices I got were honestly high. When I was about to choose another company, the company missed my call so I decided that in the meantime I will call one more place. I called Nappkn and I told them my rates and they managed not just to beat them but also provide a really good service to get rid of the problem. I highly recommend that if you are quote searching to give them a call.

I never liked dealing with pest control because I think they usually overcharge and their chemicals arent that effective. Kaylin and his company have changed my mind. My dogs are no longer itching after playing in the yard, the roaches are all dead IF I ever see them instead of crawling from the exterior of my house to the interior. I will for sure be using their services again. Professional, caring, and excellent pricing. You wont regret having them service your pest issues.

We had a big problem with wasps in our backyard and we couldn’t find the nest anywhere! My son loves to play out back but we were too scared to let him out. Kaylen and his team were able to find the source and permanently remove them and their nests from our backyard. This happened during the summer when the wasps are most active. Thankfully we haven’t seen one wasp since then. Now my son can enjoy the backyard again! I would highly recommend their services not only for their productiveness but also because they are very professional and nice!!
