Rox roofing identified the issues, gave me a very fair estimate and quickly scheduled to expertly complete the repairs. Highly recommend. Honest review coming at you!! Rocky and Jesus exceeded our expectations! I found Rox Roofing on TikTok and heard how they can help us with a full roof replacement going through our insurance. Unfortunately our insurance denied the claim, so we had to pay out of pocket but we fortunately qualified for low monthly payment financing. After receiving multiple quotes, Rox Roofing was the best and we love our new roof!! Top notch customer service and the crew who did the roof did a thorough clean sweep afterwards.

The owner Rocky is a great guy. Rocky installed new roof over three years ago, this week We were concerned about a roof leak due to ceiling tiles falling in a bedroom. Rocky came out immediately and assessed our roof. Luckily there was no leak. Roof was in great shape….this is 3 years after Rocky installed the roof and his response same day, he allayed our fears with rain in the forecast. Would definitely recommend based on quality of work, and fast and courteous response to a concern…..even several years after work was done.

Great company! I purchased my home in San Antonio site unseen and decided to have the 21 year old roof replaced prior to my arrival. Rocky and Jesus were very responsive to my situation and provided drone taken pictures of the project during the proposal process, during the work phase and after the work was completed. They were very responsive and courteous during the entire process. My absence did not create any doubts or issues because they ensured I was completely informed at all times. I had the great experience with working with Rox’s Roofing to get my roof replaced this past year. We called them out to look at some spots that were worn down and trying to get an quote on fixing those areas but Rox was able to really show us how bad the roof was due to recent hail damage that we never even thought about checking for. Rocky was able to go on the roof, make markings to show insurance exactly where the issues are and made the process so much easier so that when the insurance came out, they really could not argue the case. Rocky has the technology needed for both photos and weather information that makes a ton of difference in knowing how to communicate with insurance as well. The team came out and did a great and quick job ensuring the quality that was established early on. Rocky also really was helpful and had a lot of patience with dealing with my insurance and their processes. I don’t get anything from doing this review but felt after the experience I had, that others should know and hopefully have those same experiences as well. I initially used them to do a very affordable roofing inspection for my buyer client. Caleb was on site the next day and provided a full report with photos, and an estimate by the end of the day. Second time using them was on a small repair for some torn/ missing shingles on my sellers home. They provided a very responsible estimate and got us on the schedule as soon as we needed them. They provided before and after photos to send to the buyer. My client was able to pay online and didnt even have to take more time off of work to be home. 5-star experience with Rox Roofing from start to finish. Everyone I encountered was responsive, friendly, and professional. Roque came out for an evaluation within three days of my call, and he arrived right on time. He took drone photos of my roof damage so I could see exactly what was going on. though he also got on the (pretty steep) roof for a proper evaluation. He gave me options to repair the damage, but he also offered his honest opinion. His opinion was NOT the most expensive option, which I appreciated. Pricing was fair and reasonable. He was able to schedule the work for the very next day in order to beat the rain scheduled for the weekend. I was sent photos of the completed work, and I was very happy with the scope of the repair and the workmanship I could see from the photos. The project manager followed up to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. Online payment was easy. As part of the real estate industry, Ive dealt with many roofing companies, and this was easily one of my best experiences. Ill happily refer them to others.

Great Roofer. Rox’s Roofing helped me through the insurance process on a roof replacement. Roque Ortiz is the owner and came to my home to go over the process and showed me the issues with my roof. I purchased a new home, on the home inspection was noted to have damage to several of the concrete roof tiles. Rock came out and did an inspection, thoroughly went through all the findings with me. He noted that the roof tiles on my home are now discontinued. He had his team look for the same tiles at roof tile boneyards. They were able to find the tiles and were able to come out to repair the roof in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. Great experience! I wished I didnt need to call them at all, but from the beginning to the end of the process was what youd hope for from a company. Id like to start by saying I very seldom write reviews, but after dealing with Rox All Pro-Services I felt the need to share my experience. Like most people when I have a home project that I cannt handle myself I turn to google and start reading reviews. This project was replacing a shingled roof to a seamless metal roof. After calling Rox, the salesman that helped me is named Rock. From the beginning Rock handled everything I asked him to do from answering all my questions, making multiple trips to my property, to even mailing me color samples due to the fact I dont live at this property. The entire process was very simple and the job only took about 1.5 days. When they were finished the crew made several walks around my house picking up any trash and more importantly nails, so not only did I have a new forest green seamless metal roof, but everything was completely picked/ cleaned up. I guess the important thing is if I could do it over again would I call ROX? ABSOLUTELY!!! In the future if or when I need another roof will I call Rock with ROX Roofing again? With out a doubt ABSOLUTELY!!!
