The process begins with a visit by Kyle who took the time to listen to our plan, survey and take measurements and then come up with a drawing based on a short discussion. He was sensitive to our budget and he quickly made adjustments to meet that budget.Im not going to go into the whole process from contract agreement to final hand-off but needless to say, every activity from HOA plan approval, scheduling, demolition, delivery/pickup of materials, construction, staining, and change order was clearly communicated to me and handled by either Aaron or Mike. It also helped that I was there to watch the progress and if questions arose, Juan was there to talk to me directly. I was always informed of what was coming next, when, and who would be my contact during those phases. Communication seems to be an important focus of their company.I noticed that this company focuses on the details and quality of their work - I could tell immediately tell by how precise Kyle drew up the deck plan during the sales visit and then later during construction the details of the deck framing, by Juan and his crew, how quality focused this company is - Ill never see the framing again but it was nice to know it was done really well! Finally, when the steps that were built were just not right, Mike took the time and effort, worked with Kyle to quickly re-design a replacement and get that re-built in a very short amount of time.I want to thank Kyle, site managers Aaron, Mike, and builder Juan for all the hard work put into this project. I know its not the biggest project theyve worked on but Im very pleased with the results and would highly recommend their work to friends and for any future projects I have.

I cannot say enough about the people at Integrated Outdoor Designs - starting with Kyle their owner to the site manager Aaron. The most consummate professionals I have worked with - simply amazing. The service, attention to detail, quality of work, and the speed with which it was done was stunning. They finished the gutters and downspouts with one man - IN A DAY!!! Impressive! I gave them the job because of their commitment to service, dedication and attention to detail. Kyle sat in my kitchen for 7 straight hours sketching the entire outdoor kitchen - and simply blew the other designs away - but who does that today? 7 continuous hours of design and revision perfecting it. So impressive, so committed - they are simply some of the best people I have ever worked with - period!

Very satisfied with the pavilion and outdoor kitchen we had done by Integrated. First rate work, very friendly and courteous workers. Very easy to work with. Took longer than expected but that seems to be normal now with all construction projects. End result was exactly what we wanted.

Awesome company…..absolutely love my finished project! Kyle and his team listened to my vision, were excellent to work with and did quality work. The team removed and old deck, poured a new stamped, stained patio, built a wood and brick constructed pergola, large fireplace and outdoor kitchen with a bar. The entire project exceeded all of my expectations!! I would recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone needing an outdoor project completed.

We met with Kyle looking to build a new deck after having one installed that was completly wrong by someone else. They demolished our previous deck and built us exactly what we wanted.Everyone that works for this company is great from Kyle to the project and construction managers and team that came out to physically build our deck. Everything is exactly how we wanted it and it was done before we even expected it to be. They were all extremely professional and left our yard exactly as it was before they started .No messes or trash left behind . They worked hard to get us what we wanted and we are really glad we found this company. Highly recommend them!!

Integrated Outdoor Designs did a fantastic job! They exceed our expectations on every level. We were impressed by the custom design work from Kyle Brooks and his team of contractors that knocked out our deck in three days. The pride they took in their work was second to none. After our final walk through we had one very small correction to be made and they came out and fixed it immediately until it was perfect. I really appreciate the pride they take in their work and would recommend them to all my friends and family. Great work team!

We had an old deck removed and a new deck installed. The company worked with us to design a custom deck that is just the way we wanted it. It is beautiful and even other contractors and neighbors have commented on its function and style! The deck is constructed with Trex floors, cedar railings with black metal spindles, and a cedar pergola/arbor with cover. Exterior outlets, a switch, and a ceiling fan were installed on the đeck. We had a lot of questions throughout the construction project and they were very attentive and patient with us. I will definitely contact them again for any future services as appropriate.

Superior customer service from a professional team! It began with the initial meeting at the Home & Garden show followed by a meeting at my home to select the deck material to the installation. Communication was clear and timely. The installation was very well done. The carpenters definitely know their craft! I will hire them again!

I have always wanted an enclosed patio for my backyard but I decided to do a catio instead. I wanted to have a place for me to relax and have an area where my cats could play without having to worry about the heat.I contacted Integrated Outdoor Designs when I saw the amazing custom builds they had on their website. Kyle was very helpful in coming up with a design that would work for me and my budget. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations.When my catio got started I was contacted by Kent who would be the project manager. Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I cant say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had.The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done.I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them.I would highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone looking for a high quality, custom build whether you want a patio, sunroom, or even your very own catio.
