    Hunter, who we met for the first time, came as scheduled for our winter maintenance service. He was very courteous and friendly, asked questions about the locations of our units, and then immediately went to work. Although he was busy “doing his thing,” he was not too busy that he couldn’t take the time after he was finished to answer my many questions about our systems. In Hunter’s very personable manner, he answered all of my questions to my complete satisfaction, and thereby upheld the standard of service excellence that we have experienced and as customers since 2022 have come to expect of Real HVAC.     The real HVAC services team of Robbie and Brandon came in. They didnt stop until they figured out what the problem was with the heating system, it was the thermostat. They put in a new thermostat and now it is working properly. I would definitely recommend them.

    Spoke with one of their techs about some HVAC problems we have our church. He took my information and within an hour I had a text message to contact their office.Tech Jeff was assigned to do an assessment of my reported problems. He arrived an hour early for the appointment. He was courteous, professional with his approach to the job. He verbally communicated his findings as I was taking notes. When asked if he could do repair vs system replacement breakdown he said no problem. As he was leaving he told me if I had any further questions and problems to contact him. BTW hes a nice guy.

    I was given a 1:30 appointment time and the tech arrived 10 minutes early. Robbie quickly identified the cause of the leak. He corrected the problem, cleaned up the work area, verified that the system was working properly and that there were no other issues. Overall an excellent job.In addition Id like to commend the office staff. They are incredibly courteous, helpful and responsive. Having this team as their first point of contact is a huge benefit to Real HVAC.

    Ron, Daryl & Jimmy did a great job I would recommend Real HVAC to anyone needing a new heat pump ( I got the Bosh ) Ron took the time to go over everything about our new system and was very knowledgeable and understanding in how he explained everything, Daryl did a great job connecting the new indoor unit to our existing ductwork and everything else he did underneath the house and Jimmy was very prompt with making sure that Ron and Daryl had everything they needed while working, very pleased.

    Kevin came within a day to fix our leaking water tank. He replaced it and also got us a new dehumidifier that wasnt working. Everything was completely done within 3 days of when I called! He and Darren are very friendly and professional and they cleaned up like they were never there. We have also had Real HVAC do a complete HVAC system for us and they were excellent with that too! Highly recommend this company!

    Ron, Jeff, and Rob are the employees who usually come out to our house. They are awesome! They are always on time if not early.     I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional service from Darren at Real HVAC Company, and I cannot emphasize enough how great my experience was. In what could have been a frustrating and costly situation, Darren brought professionalism, expertise, and an unsurpassed level of service that put my worries to rest.Our water pump had unfortunately given up the ghost, a potentially significant issue which we needed resolved as quickly as possible. Not only was Darren at our doorstep swiftly, but he also managed to identify the problem and fix it within just 30 minutes!     We cannot stay how incredible Real HVAC was! From the receptionist to getting our quote to the installation - everyone was professional and prompt!     Robbie came to our house several weeks ago and came up with 3 options on how to solve draining off the HVAC condensation. I selected one of the options and today Robbie & Darryl came to implement Robbie’s idea. The two of them worked diligently, they communicated with each other the entire time, as a good team should, to get the job done right and relatively quickly but not rushing it so that Robbie was confident his plan was correct.     Our septic system backed up last week. I have used Real HVAC for a number of years. I remembered that they have plumbers. Kevin came out and diagnosed the problem. I got an estimate, and Kevin came back to do the repairs. He was so professional, and took the time to explain the problem to me in a way that I could understand. I even got a plumbing contract, which saved me a good deal of money on the repairs for the septic system. I highly recommend Kevin and Real HVAC!

    Our tankless hot water heater went up the Thursday before Memorial Day. Originally we were told it would be the following Wednesday before they got back to us. Vince and Jeff went out of their way to make sure that we got a new one installed Saturday (Memorial Day Weekend)! Jeff showed up Saturday morning and had it installed within 2 hours.     Kevin came to our home on Old Furnace Road and as requested by me took out our garbage disposal and installed a new kitchen faucet. The faucet I purchased was missing a part and Kevin was kind enough to go to Penco and purchased what was needed to complete the installation. He was so happy to do this for us. I always ask for Kevin because he in my opinion the best Plummer I have had to deal with. He is always on time, polite, knowledgeable and he always cleans up any mess if he makes any. She is so attentive and friendly and booked me with Kevin the plumber in less than a weeks time.Kevin, the plumber, showed up on time and was pleasant, knowledgeable and efficient. In minutes he identified the problem, called a vendor, picked up the new faucet I needed and installed it.He asked about my other service contracts and explained Real HVAC’s policies. I expected to be “sold” something like a warranty, extended, pretty extended, maybe extended warranty with service and with fine print that never REALLY covers anything.But I trusted Kevin. My invoice for the faucet, a shower head install, his expertise and kindness, and a warranty to cover my plumbing for two years and coverage for 2 HVAC units for a year was less than the cost of doing business with my current HVAC company.This kind of service doesn’t exist anymore. This is the age of “send me a text”, “I’ll get to you sometime next week”, “sorry that’s not covered in your contract” and unexpected $$$ charges that make me cuss like a Sailor…. I had 3 bathrooms remodeled and REAL HVAC did some baseboard installation as a coordinate of the company who did the remodeling. I was very pleased with their work and made a mental note to switch companies when I needed a new AC! Vince came over and give us a quote which I found VERY REASONABLE. (I had a quote done the year before and it was THOUSANDS MORE than the quote from REAL) Matt, Jimmy, and Keith did a fantastic job, working together, in the heat, in a timely fashion, to get the job done with no problems AT ALL. This company is one of the best, in my opinion. I am very grateful!! I also want to add that I asked the service crew if they would be able to run my dryer vent to the outside and they did it with no complaints! I am a very happy customer!!
