    I just moved to Orange County from Long Island . 3 weeks after purchasing my home my hot water heater gave out . I didnt know who to call being new to the area . I called several companies for prices on a new water heater , but their prices were through the roof . I Found perfect comfort who not only are super professional , but extremely affordable and reliable !! Needless to say they installed my water heater the next day !!     Tim and his team, Luke, Christen and Kevin are awesome! Needed new air handler after another local company (United) installed the wrong equipment and very old equipment incompatible with the rest of system. After several years of service calls every summer and monies lost, we found Perfect Comfort from a referral. Tim and team were professional, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make certain that every aspect of our system was functioning properly. Also while on-site they came across several potential problems and fixed them without additional cost to our invoice. Perfect Comfort doesn’t need my 5 star review because that’s all they have but i want to acknowledge and recommend them for anyone who needs HVAC work.

    We use a Perfect Comfort to service our A/C and heating unit. It’s always very easy and convenient to make an appointment. They communicate with you if they are running early or late so your not stuck at home playing the guessing game. The tech took his time with the inspection of both units. He was very thorough. Over all the staff are very professional and friendly. I would totally recommend to anyone who was in need of their services.

    Great team. Dependable and professional service that goes above and beyond to care for their customers. Specifically, exactly on time for multiple appointments, extremely knowledgeable regarding the technical features of our HVAC utilities, and utilized an all hands on deck approach to resolving our loss of heat issue to the point of the owner traveling a significant distance to obtain a replacement part when the delivery service was not available. Their field technicians treat your issue as if it were their own, and I must recognize Luke and Kevin for their responsiveness and personal concern for their customers. We certainly will rely on Perfect Comfort for all our HVAC needs.

    The company was very responsive to our needs. We had no heat or hot water and they came in and provided us with a more than fair price to get up and running again. The techs were very courteous and even worked quite late on a Friday night to be sure that we wouldnt go the weekend without heat and hot water. We had a bad experience with a local competitor. So you call in these situations when you dont know anyone can be stressful and actually cost you money (like our scenario). This couldnt have gone better. Thank you Caity and crew.

    Perfect Comfort installed my AC two years ago. So far working great and totally keeps the whole house nice and comfortable, even in the hottest weather. The team is very professional, too. They come on time in the two hour window (not like a whole day window you get with other places). Shout out to Toni for showing me what shes doing during the maintenance..

    We had our furnace installed about 3 years ago. The team was professional, personable, knowledgeable, and courteous. The cost of the system was exactly as estimated and affordable. We have had them back every year for yearly maintenance and the tech was wonderful. I have referred Perfect Comfort to friends and family and would certainly do so again.     From day one, Perfect Comfort has made my HVAC and plumbing experience ‘easy’. A major renovation of an entire house is no easy feat and comes with a lot of stress and many challenges. Christian and Kevin are always quick to respond. They have made themselves available to answer my questions (even off business hours) and it’s evident that they are skilled and knowledgeable in their fields. I appreciate their patience and efforts to explain things thoroughly and I’m thankful to have them throughout this process.     Toni was my technician for my initial visit and she was thorough and very knowledgeable. She walked me through the various steps of the service call and that had never been done before. I think she was fantastic! The second part of my service went well however I was initially dissatisfied with the pricing of the job. In the end management fully adjusted the bill. All in all I was happy and I will be setting up my summer maintenance call as well.

    From start to finish, it was a great experience. After I submitted a request on their website for an estimate, I was quickly contacted and the initial visit was scheduled. Christian came and thoroughly checked my house, which had no existing central air system. He was courteous and, most importantly, confident in the work that he and his crew could do. I had three other companies come afterward, but they all amounted to a waste of time. Either they did not feel confident that they could install a whole-house central air system, or they sized it smaller at a higher price.The installation team, led by Christian, was hardworking and efficient. They ran all the new duct work and had the system up and running in two days as promised. They even ran the electric themselves. (I received another quote that would have required me to hire an electrician to run the electric.) I also was doing renovations in the upstairs of my house at the time, and they agreed to saw through the floor to install the ducts in the floor -- negating the need for me to hire another contractor to do so. Upon completion, Christian gave me detailed instructions about how and how often to replace the air filter.Overall, it was a 5-star experience. The installation was completed in October 2020, and the system worked wonderfully for the first cooling season in 2021. I will lean on Perfect Comfort for the ongoing maintenance for the life of the system, which will hopefully be a long one.

    I had a water heater leak and malfunction and the tank needed to be replaced. Perfect Comfort was able to send a tech out the next day to diagnose the issue. Toni Anne my tech assessed and gave me an appraisal right away and within hours of her leaving I received a call back from their office stating they could do the job the next day. Toni Anne did a thorough and successful job removing the old tank and lines and installing the new system. She answered all of my questions. I would recommend Perfect Comfort to anyone with plumbing or HVAC related issues. Considerate, thorough, and got the job done in a timely manner.

    My wife and I chose Perfect Comfort to install our new AC unit. Our rep Christian was knowledgeable, provided choices, and once we decided on the best option for us, communication was timely. The install team was on time and polite. During the install, when it was determined a new line set was not needed, Christian was quick to alert us that they didnt need to replace the old one and wed receive a credit for the charge of installing a new one. I found that refreshing and honest. For the moment, before actually using the AC unit, we are very pleased with the service we received.

    Had Dave from perfect comfort come out today to fix our broken AC unit. I had multiple other companies come but could not fix and took multiple days to schedule.     The technician Logan was very professional, his truck was well equipped (and organized) with all parts he needed to troubleshoot and repair my AC. You can tell by his work ethics he take pride in his work and I told him so. It was refreshing there is still some out there with good old American Pride!The company uses unit pricing method so the bill could add up quickly but Logan work was well done.

    I had an issue with a brand new AC system that was installed 2 years ago. I called the original installer who sent a technician out and almost $1000 later and my system was not fixed. He diagnosed the problem but because I didn’t take one of their maintenance packages he left with my payment and I was still burning up in my home which was at that time when he tested it was approximately 88 degrees in all of the rooms.I ended up contacting PERFECT COMFORT, recommended by a few people on the App called Neighborhood. They scheduled my appointment for a future date but called me back to advise they just had a cancellation and could come within a matter of an hour. The technician arrived in about 30 minutes, I was in my home office working and my husband came and said “honey the technician is here”. I told my husband “so take care of it I’m working” his response HE ALREADY FOUND AND FIXED THE PROBLEM”. My husband said he just wanted to show me the charges so that I can file it away as one of our unexpected expenses. I was almost floored when I saw it. I kept asking my husband if he’s sure the technician was not missing another zero. The bill was approximately 1/10 of what the previous company charged and it included the trip, diagnosis and repair.I contacted the previous company I had used and expressed my disdain over how they did business and was advise they were just about to call me back to reimburse me since the unit they installed is still under warranty. I will never use that company again. Perfect comfort it will be from now on!

    Perfect Comfort was a pleasure to work with from the initial contact with the secretary who scheduled our free estimate, to the visit from Vinny, the owner, who handled the visit in a most professional and knowledgeable manner, offering several options to handling our a/c problems. The next day the tech that was sent to the house, was very knowledgeable ,courteous, efficient and professional. I was completely satisfied with their punctuality, clear communication style repair solution and did not mind handing over a check as the repair was completed.I would highly recommend Perfect Comfort as my No. #1 go to contractor for my next air conditioning or plumbing needs.     An excellent company!I just had work done recently by Perfect Comfort in Salisbury Mills and had a new furnace (& A/C) installed. My furnace went out in Feb and they were able to get me back up with heat in one day! Great service and prices - outstanding!! I had multiple estimates done by other local companies and Perfect Comfort was much much less. I was very impressed with the owner, Vincent, who came out personally for the original call for the estimate and also for when the work was being done as well as after it was completed to make sure all was good. Great guy, super nice, and very knowledgeable! I decided to go with a new a/c unit at the same time (which was totally my call that I had inquired about doing; it was not an up-sell whatsoever). All of his staff that were involved were excellent including the folks at the office who were a huge help in preparing rebate forms for the utility cos! Follow-up has been awesome for both the furnace (back then) and the a/c now that the weather is warmer to double check the operation of the system. The furnace and a/c are Amana and we really like the systems - both are very quiet and efficient!

They replaced a water heater for my family on new years eve when all other companies refused or were charging outrageous prices. Fixed a shower another company told me was unfixable.     I am EXTREMELY impressed with the quality of service from Perfect Comfort. The staff and technicians are 100% on their game. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly and EXTREMELY punctual. They also are very attentive to security, they actually sent us an email with a photo and the name of the tec. who was coming on a service/maintenance call. This system was installed last year and has performed outstanding. Even with a tempter setting of a constant 67 degrees, there was only a slight increase of a few dollars in our electric bill. We cant sing the praises of Perfect Comfort in Salisbury Mills NY enough.

    Great company, I will continue to use them for HVAC and plumbing. I moved to up to the Hudson Valley from the city 3 years ago and was using Nebrasky based on recommendation. Bad recommendation. They have horrible customer service and will charge you a are and a leg for basic services.Perfect comfort wont. I had a leak in my shower and they fixed it and was wonderful in the process. Will stick with them throughout.

    Im extremly impressed with the service that perfect comfort provided me with from the receptionist to Tim the technician that did the work at my house Tim is excellent very professional he identified the promblem in minutes fixed it in minutes but still didnt rush to get paid and leave! He went through other things with that I want to get done at my home very patienly and added suggestions of his own.. Im very happy to have found a good company in orange county that provides good service and show up when you need them although perfect comfort has a number technicians next time I need them I will request for Tim.

    We bought our home last year and when our system went down we called the company who originally installed it. Our experience with Company X was not a great one so we decided against making any repairs. A year later after learning about Perfect Comfort I stopped by their office to explain the issue with our system. They promised to have someone come out within 48 hours. That day they had a tech at our home and by that evening we received a call with options for a repair, component or full system replacement. They also came up with a temporary solution to get our system running through the 4th of July holiday for us. In an industry where you can be made to feel like youre being taken advantage of, the team at Perfect Comfort went above and beyond to be upfront and provide the utmost customer service.     Perfect Comfort Inc. Techs know their stuff! They are very knowledgeable and experienced. Our furnace cut out on one of the coldest days. The receptionist/dispatcher took our call and was able to get one their techs to our place within 45 minutes. It took the HVAC tech only fifteen minutes to get our furnace running again. He corrected a previous HVAC techs adjustment so it ran the propane feed lean and hence burn clean. The furnace was running rich which caused a major soot buildup and clogged the jets. The tech recommended getting a chimney sweep to clean out our chimney for optimum heating operation and save on propane consumption. Perfect Comfort will alway have our business!

    Perfect Comfort was a godsend. We needed to replace air conditioning in the upstairs and get air conditioning in our downstairs for the first time where there is no duct work. I had four companies come in to give estimates. One was talking about putting ducts in the basement that would have turned it into a junk pile. Two of these companies never even came back with an estimate and the third took several weeks to get us estimates. Christian from Perfect Comfort came in and immediately we were able to breath. From his introduction to the end of the job, he and his crew were professional and courteous. He had an estimate to us in a few days and the job done within a month even with the supply chain issues. Three mini-splits in the downstairs, standard unit upstairs all working off of two outdoor units. I would recommend them to anyone.
