I called prime two nights ago because my water wasn’t running and I have a well . They came over right away in the morning and were able to replace a bunch of things since we found out the previous owners put in the well themselves and nothing was up to code . Thank god they were able to get everything updated. We’re a family of 8 so not having water in the house was a nightmare but they came to our aid right away and I would refer there company to anyone . Thank you guys for everything!!! Started doing a toilet replacement ourselves and ran into a broken phalange upon removing the old toilet. Did I mention we have a concrete slab. Out of our knowledge depth at this point we called prime plumbing on a Sunday. They called us back with in 30 minutes and were able to get us on the schedule next day. Bill was our plumber and he was AWESOME!!!! Very professional and had the job done with in a few hours. Left the work space clean as well. I called Prime Plumbing & Drains and they were out the next day and I am very thankful for that! The guys were very thorough, knowledgable and polite. The cost of repair was very reasonable and I even tipped both the technicians. 3 weeks later I referred my neighbor (a older lady) who had Roto Rooter out the previous day and tried to take advantage of her with a $5000 quote. Prime Plumbing came the rescue and saved her $2000!! I highly recommend these guys! I will continue to use them for any plumbing needs I have! Excellent service from the start!

Jason and employee showed up on time and went right to work . They found the drain blockage and cleaned it out quickly.They were neat and wore booties in the house. I am most happy to share my experience with Prime Plumbing, and its Crew.First, I own a 26 year old mobile home. I discovered a nasty leak while spraying for bugs under the house and it was quite alarming. I called last evening-after hours. A call was returned first thing, this morning, and Prime got in by 11:30.The crew was very timely, of good cheer, assessed my situation, found the origin of the leak, repaired and charged me reasonably well, considering it was an urgent matter.Thanks Prime and fellas for doing a great job, and getting me out of jam in such a short period of time.You will always get my business as long as you continue to do a great job.Much appreciated.MLeggett

Im very leery of Google reviews, wondering which ones are legit and which ones arent. Ill tell you right now prime plumbing and drains deserve the positive reviews they get. Literally coming out the same day within a couple of hours, problem fixed. After trying to resolve the problem myself for some time, Jayson and Bill came out, and spent a few hours making sure all the problems were worked out. And after receiving a very surprisingly affordable price, this is one happy customer who will absolutely call prime plumbing and drains again. Great service all around... Had what I thought was a clogged pipe that Jeff came out on a Saturday to open. He, Jayson and Bill returned on Monday to do a full diagnostic with a camera to determine what the underlying issue was and we came up with a plan to address the problems.They were very knowledgeable, professional, considerate of my home (cleaned after themselves), patient (answering my numerous questions) and a pleasure to work with.Can’t recommend them enough!!

Very pleased with my experience with Prime Plumbing and Drains. I had a problem with my sump pump and standing water in my crawl space. Owner Jeff got me quickly scheduled (early next morning). Bill & Jayson arrived promptly, accessed my problem (pump had to be replaced) and identified an issue w/ outgoing drain pipe was too small. We upgraded to a submersible pump and installed a section of larger drain pipe. They worked efficiently, answered all my questions and cleaned up the debris from the repair when done. I felt the job was fairly priced for the work performed. I would definitely recommend the company to others. Thank you very much!!

Three of them came, all very sweet and personable. I was frankly worried, prepared for a major, messy and expensive repair. The fellows did a thorough check, asked questions and came to the conclusion that it was a leak from my potted plant.I was both very relieved and a bit embarrassed (good grief, overwatering much???)!I very much appreciated their diligence in finding the problem. Also another issue was repaired quickly and efficiently. For some reason I immediately trusted them from the very beginning.I definitely recommend and will call them again.
