Jerry came out the day after Thanksgiving to perform maintenance on our gas fireplace insert that Pemberton Appliance also installed for us a few years back. He cleaned everything up, got it all working like new and even replaced the battery in the remote, which I had not noticed was even fading. An hour later we were ready for the Holidays with our beautiful gas fireplace. Thank you Jerry!

Jerry, the technician, came out when my fireplace wasnt working. When entering the house he removed his shoes and layed a blanket in front of the fireplace to place his tools on.
