Very thankful for the outstanding technical and customer service provided by Bruce Sr and Bruce Jr of ETR Plumbing. We had two nearly 50 year old showers with leaky faucets and low pressure. They both are working now, as if they were brand new, after ETR made repairs in a very timely manner and competitive price. Thank you and I highly recommend ETR plumbing.

I just used ETR Plumbing for the first time. They were recommended to me by another professional plumber (that should tell you something!).My wife has been after me to get the hot water heater replaced and we were considering upgrading to a tankless system. Bruce (father/licensed Master Plumber) and Bruce (son/licensed Journeyman Plumber) walked me through my options, the plan for my installation, and gave me a firm quote. The quote was half the price of what a competitor provided me the same day.They were on time the next day for installation and also had upgraded the Rinnai tankless unit to a higher output GPM model without asking for more money. When I offered to pay the difference they refused stating they would only take what they quoted. Installation was completed the same day and I have constant hot water throughout the whole house. Both were very professional, likable, and left the work area cleaner than how they found it. Im recommending them to all my friends and family. Theyve earned a loyal customer.

ETR Plumbing the only plumbers you should call, first ! I was interested in doing a full bathroom remodel. I was skeptical about using a bathroom remodeling company. I knew I had to involve different contractors for phases. A friend recommended Bruce Riggin at ETR Plumbing. I called and spoke with Bruce and he and his son, Bruce Wayne, came out the next day. They both listened on what I was trying to accomplish. They said it was no problem. Both Bruce and Bruce W. are the most politest, courteous, and professional businessmen (people) you will ever meet. I had a quote the next day, as they promised. My wife and i were extremely pleased with the quote we not only did one bathroom we did two. Trust me they were 1979ish décor and both needed to be upgraded. Moving forward to the review, I was already off on vacation while we scheduled the work to begin. I spent a lot of time with Bruce and Bruce Wayne. This is why I can honestly say how genuine these gentlemen are. They arrived exactly when they said they would be here. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. And, they are quality control minded. They did a walk in shower in one bathroom and did a tub / shower combo in the other. Bruce found a crack in the new tub/shower combo just prior to installing it. I was at work and Bruce called me of this issue. Even though this was not ETRs fault, Bruce apologized for the inconvenience due to the supply company had to order one but would be here the next day. Bruce advised me they will return then to work. Guess what ! They did and with gusto. When I got home, the new one was installed. Now, I was going to install the new vanities. I was a little intimated, Ive never done one. I asked Bruce if he could install both vanities in each bathroom, and thank god they did .We picked vanities with side drawers and ran into having to changing a water in line to make the vanities work. They never batted an eye about the extra work i asked to do. They were genuinely as excited as I was to see the finished and remodeled bathrooms as I was. I could not have asked for a better company to work with than ETR Plumbing. Bruce and Bruce Wayne did extremely quality work. The bathrooms turned out beautifully and my wife and I are very, very pleased. If you need a plumber for a major job or one for the smallest job, I would call them, ETR Plumbing. If you do decide to use them for a job, you will see how true and accurate this review is. I know they are the only plumbers I will use moving forward. Thank you Bruce and Bruce Wayne for being the best !
