We had a great experience with East Coast right from the beginning with Jamie, very friendly and efficient. Fortunately she was able to get someone to us that same day to diagnose the problem. Chris and Kolin were great, knew right away what needed to be done and provided an estimate with multiple price options. We accepted the option that was best for us, and they were back the next day to fix the problem. Chris and Kolin are very knowledgeable, professional and committed to providing quality service.We joined East Coasts maintenance plan for both plumbing & HVAC systems.

Chris from East Coast Plumbing came to my house for pricing to unhook and re-hook plumbing once we finished putting in a new kitchen. As expected with forty year old pipes (built over trailer) much more work was needed. When the kitchen was completed Chris and Will came and went to work. After two days of labor crawling underneath the trailer and the inside plumbing replaced the job is completed. I am more than impressed with the professionalism and the perfection with which the work was completed. Where do I start? First East Coast Plumbing and Heating/ AC are a top notch company , from the call with the efficient office to the technician resolving the problem. Previously I needed their plumbing service, they sent someone that day, addressed my problem and solved it. Leaving my home how they found it. Then I started with HVAC problems , after being put off for weeks from another company, I then called East Coast in need of their HVAC service. Once again they came that day. Matt Prosper checked out the problem and patiently explained to me my options. Matt stayed in touch with me that day on the availability of a new product. Matt and Georgie came in removed the old unit and installed a new one. They install was so neat and clean. They explained to me the difference with my new highly efficient system. My old system had definitely outlived its time. Im so happy with my new system. Thank you again to all at East Coast.

We had a serious clog problem. Chris arrived around 4:30 pm, diagnosed the problem and brought in a machine to send a snake thru the sewer line. Because of the design of the cast iron sewer line it wasn’t possible to get the machine’s snake thru so he hauled the quite heavy machine up on the roof and accessed it thru the vent! After that he bailed water out of the crawl space. The whole process took about 4 and a half hours. Chris was professional, competent and cheerful throughout. We are very pleased with the effort.

We have engaged East Coast Plumbing since May 2024 to repair a leaking faucet outside. In September we decided to install a tankless hot water heater after discussing with Matt given the age of the existing hot water heater. He explained the pros/cons and price to install the tankless vice replacing with another gas water heater - importantly without sales pressure of any kind. A week later, Matt and Jon removed the old hot water heater and installed the new tankless. They were polite, neat, and efficient in conducting the work that day. Overall, we have been extremely happy with East Coast Plumbing to include other staff, such as George, who conducted an inspection of our AC and recommended some remedies for a couple of issues, Additionally, the customer service reps, Jamie and Krystel, kept us constantly informed regarding the schedule and arrival times of the service teams.

Wonderful wonderful company. I called in due to my outside unit not working they had Matt come out to me the next day he was very polite and respectful young man. He found out what was wrong in no time. It was a bad board inside of my unit which somehow got moisture on it in turn fried it. So he explained everything to me on what needed to be done along with all pricing options and any discounts that were available to me. He went ahead and ordered what was needed and was back the next day to fix it. In the mean time they supplied heat to my family for the night until mine was working again. I can tell this company is a family by the way they are with their customers and putting our needs first I appreciate you all and I will be using east coast for all my HVAC and plumbing.

Had a plumbing issue late last night where none of my toilets would flush and water was coming back out of my shower drains. I called at 11:30 at night and Crystal was super great on the phone (especially for 11:30 at night). Crystal said she would have someone out to me first thing and that’s exactly what took place. Kevin and John showed up exactly when she said they would. They found the problem, were efficient, and got my toilets and plumbing back to working in no time. The pricing is more than reasonable and the customer service both in my house and over the phone was amazing. I’ll never use another company! Thank you!!

We had an extreme situation at our home Friday with well pumpand our property was under water. Called a few agencies but were told they couldnt get to us till early week. My husband called East Coast and their technician was to us within 2 hours. John Machun(Im sure I s/p) accessed the issue... gave us his expert analysis and explained thoroughly on what had to done. He wrote up the proposal and reviewed all items and costs. We did opt for the membership plan which saved us hundreds of dollars. Monday morning John and Colin showed up and went to work immediately keeping us informed through the entire process. After installation John came in our home to make sure the installation was successful while Colin cleaned the site. These young men were fantastic to work with. So professional, knowledgeable but most importantly kind and helpful. I highly recommend East Coast!

I bumped into the owner at my job and inquired about service and within the hour he had the office call to schedule a home visit for consultation. Our water pressure had gotten low and the well pump ran longer than it should have and was loud. My husband checked the tank under the house and saw that the fixtures to the tank were rusting and there was a small drip. We contacted East Coast Plumbing and they were out the “same day” to assess the situation. We needed to have the tank with bladder, fixtures, wiring, etc replaced. We were not surprised as the tank was 21 years old. The tech John T and his co-worker were both very polite, professional and knowledgeable. Before entering our home they both slipped on shoe covers. They spent a few hours doing the assessment and writing up many (12 plus) estimates. Yes, they do multiple estimates to give you the consumer options that will fit into your budget. I stress there was NO pressure from these gentlemen. Their pricing is reasonable. They came back a few days later to perform the work. They spent about 4 to 4 ½ hours in total, which they told us up front. They allowed us to see the new and the old equipment. This company has been nothing but the most understanding and helpful company Ive ever used. Phone workers are friendly, empathetic, and professional. The plumber himself was qualified and hard working. This man came to my house on a Sunday for several hours and as thoroughly as possible discovered the problem and made a plan for repair. He returned and installed a new water pump and made sure everything was working before he left. He even discovered a leak we can now address. This is fantastic service. Very thorough and I recommend him and this company to everyone.

I needed two outdoor frost free hose bibs replaced. The appointment was made by a personable and efficient associate, Victoria. The plumber Jake was friendly and after seeing the job, quickly replaced the faucets. Good service when I needed it.UPDATE: I just had Jesse out to repair my water heater. He was very through testing the thermostats and elements to locate the problem. He was competent and despite the difficulty to make the repair due to the make of the water heater, he made the repair and left the work area as clean as if he was never there. These folks show up and do very good work.

Rich came and performed a major inspection on all 16 of my AC systems for my climate controlled storage building. He found that one of my systems wasnt running at all and I didnt even know it! After his repairs and adjustments Im saving a ton on my energy use and my electricity bill has gone down quite a bit. Im so happy about it I just had to come on here and leave a review. I highly recommend Rich and I enjoyed dealing with his helper and also the lady on the phone who took care of scheduling everything. They were always on time showing up and calling me to let me know that Rich was on his way. I will always choose these guys for all my maintenance and repairs. I think they do it all!

James, Collin, Reed, and of course the GOAT Jake were phenomenal. We had all of our pipes replaced in the house from 60s galvanized steel to PVC and replaced a water heater that was in really bad shape, along with other odds and ends. It took 3 days of intense work and they were under the house for most of it. Even with all that mess we handed to them (apologies) , they were still beyond a pleasure to work with; charismatic personalities and always professional! John was here today doing a maiintence check of all pipes and split system in sunroom. Split system was fine but had a few minor leaks in both bathrooms and some sagging pipes from washer. I would never have known aboutg the leaks for sagging pipes if John had not found them. Very professional and explained everything . I recently found that my water pipes had frozen and ruptured I called several plumbers but, being a Saturday, none of them responded .I I then called East Coast Plumbing. They responded right away and within an hour they were at my house. They found the leak right away. Since it was late Saturday night they said they would be back Monday morning to complete the repair. They arrived at 9 am and in a little over an hour we had water again..The techs were so polite and professional much more so than any service people that I have dealt with in a long time. In particular Forrest Wilson with whom I mostly spoke was just incredible. If I ever have another Plumbing problem you can bet I will be calling East Coast!

Top drawer service. What started out as a quick unclog for my poor choked toilet ended up saving me later. Not the best handiman myself I botched up putting in a faucet. Mr. Paul there noticed a leak and for not much more installed the faucet I had supplied myself. The toilet needed replacing completely which didnt take long. I went and got their Club membership, more than worth it the way I wreck a throne, saves me over 10% a pop. Top notch guy and top notch business.

Septic system repair! East Coast Plumbing dispatched Jake on a Sunday who diagnosed the problem as a failed sewage pump. Obviously not available on Sunday.. Jake showed up at 7:00 AM Monday and removed the old pump, which turned out to be 30 years old, ( had to climb into a 30 inch concrete pipe 8 down!) to verify what I needed. He went to two local supply houses and came back with all replacement parts within an hour. Jake replaced the pump and other parts and tested the system all in six hours with no helper. I highly recommend them and already have!

We had a pretty major leak pop up out of nowhere in our backyard. And of course it happened on a weekend. We called East Coast Plumbing and Jake was at our place by 8am on a Sunday morning. He had to dig to find the leak and once he did, it was pretty significant. He repaired the pipe quickly and walked around with us to ensure our interior plumbing system was functioning (and not full of mud!). I give these guys an A+. Jake was so knowledgeable and we’ll definitely call him again for our next inevitable plumbing issue!
