Wanted to thank the staff in a rental department of Home Depot for the excellent customer service. Entered Home Depot through rental area. I believe the gentleman that works on the equipment had waited on me. Rental area very organized look like a showroom floor. Rented a auto feed drain cleaner. Thought I had a problem with snake called spoke with manager rental area was closed. Manager did his best without knowing anything about the item. Manager told me he would take care of the problem when I brought drain snake back in. I did eventually get snake to work again I believe I got the belt wet on auto feed drain cleaner. Return snake very professional. Manager discounted rental out. The gentleman who waited on me in rental area very knowledgeable very professional
