    I am very satisfied with the service I received. I set the appointment up online, which went very smoothly. I had frequent updates regarding my appointment and when the service technician (Jacob) would show up. They even sent me a picture of Jacob in advance of the appointment. Jacob was very professional and got the job down in a matter of 15-20 minutes. He patiently explained the process he was going to accomplish; which served as an education for me since I did not understand my homes plumbing system. I would highly recommend The Trenchless Co.

    The Trenchless team are amazing. The came out on a same day call Christmas Eve for a sewer lateral issue, got it serviceable for the holiday and then came back first thing the day after Christmas and got the permanent fix done in less than a day, despite the weather. Price was competitive and their team was clean and professional. Totally recommend and my go to plumbers from here on out.

    Marcel was just phenomenal. Marcel was on time, kind and courteous. He explained everything so that both myself and my dad understood what was happening and what he needed to do to fix it. He opened the wall and fixed the problem with what I thought was minimal mess, and that was impressive.     I have only ever had good experiences working with Trenchless. They are responsive, efficient, and effective as far as I can tell.My last contract with them was to replace the 90 year old original cast iron waste pipes under my house. Santiago and Alex Paul were professional and worked surprisingly fast. Ill definitely call Trenchless again when I run into another weird old house plumbing issue.

    A great company to work with. My service person, Nicholas, was courteous & made sure to explain things as we went through the plumbing problem. He also listened to me, which was appreciated because I am well-informed on the history of the house. Although I wasnt lucky enough to qualify for the internet offer, its understandable as the house is very old & not up to speed with more modern plumbing installations.     They got here fast, and cleared our drain in no time. Then, as part of the same low, flat rate, Eric, the technician, used the camera on all the drain lines, so that I could see that everything was clear 🙂 I have rented the big professional rooter machines in the past, and struggled through the job myself. But after this very positive experience, I’ll never do that again, just to try to save a few dollars. This was just too convenient 🙂

    Trenchless crew was amazing from start to finish. The job at my place was no easy feat. They had to install a lengthy sewer line from the main to a new tiny home on my property. They provided a competitive quote, and explained the job thoroughly. I appreciated their candor about what was and wasnt possible and their recommendations to make it all work. Communication was mostly good. There were a few hiccups between the project lead and onsite crew resulting in confusion about pipe material and return date, but nothing that caused a major issue. Crew performing the work was solid, very hard workers and really nice guys. I would gladly hire them again and recommend them to others.

    Honestly, the best plumbing service I’ve ever experienced. We had a sudden back up problem and I was able to make an online appointment for the same day with The Trenchless Co.     I had sewer work done by Trenchless in late 2022 that developed issues in April 2024. Trenchless was extremely responsive and they took responsibility for the situation and covered the additional needed work under warranty. They went above and beyond my expectations to rectify the issue quickly. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

    We’ve used Trenchless before for clean-outs but never for a job of this magnitude. Altogether, we’re super happy that we decided to get a second opinion for our broken water line! After finding a bad leak in a very old water pipe in our backyard, we got an initial estimate from another contractor. Given the price they quoted, we thought it would be wise to get a second opinion. Trenchless has been at our house a few months prior for a clean-out, and the technician was very generous, as he didn’t charge as for the service (he determined we didn’t need a clean-out after putting a camera through the drainage system). We decided to call them out for an estimate. We had to turn off all of the water to our house, so the job was urgent, and a technician from Trenchless was able to come out very soon. Rahmein came out, spent time to walk through a few options, and then he shared an estimate a couple hours later. Trenchless ended up being substantially lower than the bid from the other contractor! For the repair, they not only capped the bad line but added about 120’ of new PVC water line and 3 new spigots to support our gardening irrigation. They completed the entire job in one day. We couldn’t be happier with their service and to have water back on at our house. Thank you Trenchless!!!

    Wonderful service all around. Had some mysterious bubbling issues in our shower drain a while ago and the gal on the phone was extremely helpful in identifying the potential problem and quickly scheduling someone to check it out. They were very prompt, courteous, and maintained excellent communication up to arrival time and with follow up afterward. Pricing was very reasonable and they gave other options as well for long term solutions so we could consider the best one for our budget and immediate needs. Technicians were great and efficient with their work. Great place! Highly recommend.

    I called Trenchless for help with a clogged kitchen drain. This has been a recurring problem and they have helped in the past. The technician on site was polite, respectful and professional. He arrived in the time window I had selected and was efficient in his work. It was good that he had a camera to use, and especially helpful that he showed me what was happening in the drain on his video screen. Once we saw a big problem, he provided me with an estimate for repairs. Im currently getting another opinion, and if it supports Trenchless, then I will have Trenchless make the repair.

    The Trenchless Companies staff were all very professional and courteous through the whole process. The office staff helped me get the funding I needed with an 18 month payoff and no interest to pay for their service. The installation went smoothly and I havent had any more stoppages in my system. There price was very reasonable. They also have a nice bonus that if you refer anyone, you and the new client receive $100.     We contracted with The Trenchless Company for a major plumbing repair requiring pipe relining in 2018. Their service and staff was exemplary at that time. The measure of a company is not only how they perform when all goes well, but how they step up and take action when something goes wrong. In 2023, we experienced an issue related to the previous repair and The Trenchless Company sent out an array of technicians to determine the cause (which was something beyond their control) and went about corrective action to address and repair the issue. We highly recommend their service. If it were possible to give a rating beyond 5 stars, they would have it from us.

He was trustworthy, professional and quite knowledgeable. Pinpointed the problem and took care of it. Special shout-out to Jacob Lopez also from The Trenchless Co. who scheduled a follow-up visit to take an interior video inspection of our piping to be sure completely clear & no damage at zero additional cost.     Overall very satisfied. $99 good price to clear a toilet. Website says book 7am-9pm for that price. I called at 5 pm and they could not schedule until 10 pm and wanted $299 since after normal hours. I switched to 8 am next day and was billed $99. Other than that, 5 stars

    Woke up to a flooded basement due to a corroded main water line. I turned the water off and called Trenchless. They sent Matt out the next day to locate the leak. He gave me the option of replacing just the corroded section or the entire line. Considering I’d had problems with the line before and its over 90 years old, I choose to replace the line. They drilled a new line from the meter to the basement and got me back on line in no time. They took care of the permits with the city and did the work for the quoted price. I am very happy with their service, Matt, Darrin, and the guys doing the work were professional and performed quality work. I thoroughly recommend Trenchless. Great job guys!

    The Trenchless company came out the next day and was able to clear my sewer line from the back up really quick. They were outside of the scheduled 3hr timeframe they gave but kept me informed. I had to schedule a second appointment for the camera tech to come inspect the line, he discovered a root intrusion about 4 feet from the clean out access point that was blocking part of the pipe. The quote to have them complete the work by either cutting out a small section of pipe a short distance from the clean out or blast out the root with high flow water pressure was a bit pricey for either option.

    Had a clogged household main sewage line connected to municipal service. Called the previous evening and they had an opening the next morning. A plumbing tech showed up in the scheduled time window, never had a plumber show up on time previous to this.The service fee was very reasonable to clear the obstruction. The value add was video and physical evidence of a line breach enabling roots to invade the sewer line. The service call cleared the obstruction and sewage is now flowing freely without backups. This is a band-aid solution for now as the line breach with tree roots intrusion will have to be addressed. Received several quotes from Trenchless and good advice on engaging the city public works dept. for possible assistance.

    I had an clog in my kitchen laundry line - I couldnt wash dishes or do laundry without flooding in my garage.After a stressful experience with another plumbing company who charged me for work they didnt do, quoted me thousands of dollars more to rip out my floors and walls and replace my old plumbing (work that I know will be necessary at some point, but was not necessary to get my drain unclogged) and scoffed at the plumbing on my 70-year-old-house, I called a friend, who recommended Trenchless. The person I talked to the phone was reassuring and sent someone to my house straight away.John arrived promptly, was very sweet with my dog, and quickly found a way to solve the drain issue. He walked me through everything he did, showed me preventative measures for the future, and even helped me understand where and why everything was laid based on the time was built. He was extremely empathetic, knowledgeable, and efficient.I would recommend John to anyone having issues, and will call Trenchless for any issues I have in the future!

    After having another company come out to clear a clogged sewer line serving my kitchen, half bath, and laundry room, and having a bad experience, I called The Trenchless Company (TTC). The appointment was booked for between 5-7pm on a Saturday, but a technician became available earlier and arrived around 1:30pm. After snaking the sewer line for approximately 20 minutes, the technician. Manuel, was able to clear the line, which the other company failed to do after three attempts and some serious attempts at upselling overpriced and unnecessary services. I also have a follow up appointment in the next couple of days for a camera inspection of the inside of the pipes that was included in the very reasonable price of the service. Ill update this review as necessary after the next visit, but at this point, I would highly recommend TTC for plumbing repairs to friends and family without hesitation. Thank you Manuel and TTC for clearing the line and restoring the use of our kitchen and washing machine!

They have repaired two sewer backups on my property (main line & kitchen line) they gave honest repair options with pros & cons to all options.     We had an issue that started with our shower not draining properly, where we had to pay another plumbing company several hundred dollars to just assess the situation. Trenchess was able to not only assess the situation without charging anything for the initial assessment but they actually figured out more accurately where the problem was in our pipes. We ended up having multiple breaks/holes in our pipes that unbeknownst to us was affecting our kitchen drain as well. In order to get access to the broken pipes, we had to open a hole in a hallway that requires breaking tile and concrete. They gave us one quote where they would do the concrete work and the pipe repair and another quote where they would just to the pipe repair. This allowed me to find another contractor to do the concrete and tile work which allowed me to save a little money. I appreciated that they gave me this option and I was impressed that they were able to pinpoint the problem area so accurately when a couple of other plumbers were not able to do so.

    We had the sewer line back up at night. After trying to clear the line for a while we cleaned up the mess and abandon the home for a family members home. The next morning I contacted The Trenchless Company through the chat app on their website. They took my info and immediately had someone call and schedule an appointment. They had available between 11:00-1:00 and asked if they were available earlier can they call me to meet them. They were available earlier and I went home to meet them. I received an email with a picture of the tech that was arriving and could track his vehicle in real time. The technician was very professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fast. He cleared the obstruction and inspected the line. The main line was good and he didnt try to sell me anything but made some suggestions to avoid this in the future. He gave me his card and took payment on his tablet and immediately emailed me the receipt. I was so impressed with the technician that I called his supervisor to let him know what a good employee he is and how happy I was. Thanks Again Trenchless Company. I will be referring you to everyone.

    Excellent customer service! Unfortunately they couldn’t clear my sewer line, however they didn’t charge me anything! Rotor rooter charged $300 and only tried snaking it for about 15min. Trenchless really worked on it for a good 45min-1hr. Then when they couldn’t clear it they offered hydro jetting it for 1/4 the price of roto rooter. Once again when unable to clear the line they charge us nothing! I couldn’t believe it! They are my go to service and recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

    We were unlucky enough to have 2 pin hole leaks in the space of 2 months, which resulted in a good amount of mess & stress during the covid pandemic. With pieces of the ceiling coming down, we needed immediate help & had to choose a plumber when it seemed like every one was a plumber-just like everyone is a real estate agent in California- because over 200 houses in our area were springing leaks due to the city water (which the city actually owned up to but did not help us pay for). Our whole house was re-piped by Trenchless & they made the whole process less traumatic. They were easy to get ahold of, they were responsive, they were patient with us as we grappled with the mess & wrapping our heads around the unexpected disaster that was made more stressful because of the pandemic/isolating issues. the men were always polite & considerate as parts of walls & ceiling were removed to access piping. It was a mess.     I called The Trenchless Co. after hours for a backed up sewer line at my rental property. I left a message and had my call returned by 9:30 the next morning. They scheduled my appointment for the same day and kept me informed of the technicians arrival time. I received a text introducing my technician with his photo and a little history of his experience and a fun fact about him. The technician Steve was so awesome, he cleared the drain, showed me on camera the roots in the line. He cleared the roots and cleaned up the yard. He even picked up some extra trash that was in the yard that wasn’t his. A huge bonus is the company is paperless. I signed everything electronically and a copy of the invoice was sent via email.I have to say I am always a little leery of plumbing issues because they can be so costly. I expected to pay a few hundred dollars at least but it was the quoted $99 which included a video inspection. What an amazing experience. I walked away with a great feeling. My tenants are happy and that makes me happy. I will 100% recommend them to my friends and family.

    This is the 3rd over 10 years we have made an emergency call to Trenchless due to a clogged drain in our home. This time it was at 11pm at night and the lady explained the emergency service fee and also told me if I could wait until 8am I would save $150. So Ray showed up at our home and looked at our issue. He snakes the drain and showed me with the scoop what the issue is and for long termMaintenance how it can be solved. He didn’t push or take advantage of the situation. Cleared our main service line and snakes to toilet inside too until we had a clean clear line. $99 no other chargers or extra add on for inside to snake the toilet. Clear and simple. This is a family owned business and prides itself on service and it shows with their happy employees. Great service and I highly recommend them.

    I was already a mess of emotions due to my sink and washer backing up and causing damage to my house and dealing with my house insurance. So when I had to call a plumber, I was discouraged when call after call, no one was helpful or they were plain rude to me on the phone when just inquiring about pricing and scheduling. I was near tears after 15 calls to local plumbers and everyone wanted an arm and leg to come out to evaluate my problem. That was when I called Trenchless. Immediately the call was professional and reassuring that there was NO cost for them to come and find out my problem. Amazing!!! When the plumber was arriving, he sent a text with his approx. time of arrival and his name and a picture so that I knew who was coming to my home. He introduced himself and was very nice and professional. He didnt try to rush me or the job which was essentially free. He took the time to show me where my issues were on the camera and made sure to camera different pipes to make sure that we found all the troubled or damaged places. He then wrote up an estimate that was real reasonable for the work that needed to be done. After the appointment was done, a few days later, the company followed up to see how it was going and to see how the plumber did and if I was satisfied with the appointment. This whole experience was made a lot less stressful because I went with their company. I really feel that I would have had a worst experience if I had gone with any other company. From the phone call to the plumber that came out, they were professional and courteous to me, the customer.     I would 100% recommend them to anyone. On a Sunday morning in December 2018 the house toilets started to back up and flood between the base of the toilets and the floor. As you could imagine that was messy. A different company came out first, and after 3 hours and $$$ they couldnt fix it but could try again on Monday. After a bit of thinking, I reached out to The Trenchless Company early that Sunday afternoon to see if they could do any better - they sure did! I received a prompt call-back, and they would be able to come out that night around 8pm. About 7:30 pm I received a text AND phone call informing me that Carlos would be on time (much appreciated), and they provided a picture with the text so I knew who would be on-site. Carlos arrived on-time, well dressed and clean, and we walked through what he planned to do. He had everything on the truck he needed to do the job; the rooters, cameras, sensors, everything! After a bit of work, the tree root was rooted away. Great service! Given the way the root was in the pipe, additional work was needed involving jack-hammering the slab and pipe replacement. The Trenchless Company came back the next week, with Carlos outlining the task and getting the crew started (again, much appreciated for his guidance), and 4 hours later they were done. Photos taken the whole time too, something needed for insurance purposes. I couldnt say more in how appreciative I was of their attention to detail and how they wanted to keep everything clean. As you might imagine plumbers deal with stuff, and knowing this, they laid down plastic everywhere in the house to keep the carpets and walls clean. That was very much appreciative. I would call this company back in a heart-beat.     I have to say our experience with the Trenchless Company was by far one of the best ever with a cold call of a company out of the phone book. Vince came out on a Saturday morning, arrived on time after calling ahead of time, and was extremely professional. We had concerns over our sewer line, due to a slow toilet, but the video inspection not only confirmed that we have no trouble with our sewer main or the vent line. He spent extra time to also check our kitchen line and gave us a fair quote on replacement of the mainline, after telling us we really didnt need it.     Great work and friendly staff both onsite and from the office. Only issue I would say I had was the price difference from the original quote, it went up by 300 dollars. This option was cheaper than what I was quoted from a competitor but as Im currently unemployed every penny counts. When I emailed to find out it was explained because of the permit, which ok but prolly should be better researched to begin with when quoting a job. Other than that, Ive been very pleased overall, thank you for the great work and even my yard looks back to normal as well.

    Called at 8:00 PM Friday Night..They had a tech here by 9:00 PM same night.They rooter-ed my main line down my driveway, got the whole house flowing again, Video scoped the line and found my issue. Guaranteed it wont happen again for a year or they will come back out once for free. All that for $99 bucks!?!?!My tech was Will, and he was AWESOME, I can clearly see why he has worked there for 7+ years!You guys were awesome and HIGHLY recommended.Thanks~Steve~

    My husband and I hired The Trenchless Co. to handle a water leak coming up between two slabs of concrete in our driveway. On September 6 a service technician from The Trenchless Co. came and answered all our questions. Out of three estimates that we received, my husband and I decided to go with this company because the price seemed fair, the technician seemed honest, and he answered all our questions regarding the options that we had.The time between receiving the estimate and the work being finished was approximately one week. That time included waiting for the various utility companies to come out and mark the locations of their wiring, cabling, etc.; one day and a half to do the work; and for the city inspector to come out and inspect the work. We had decided to go with trenchless waterline replacement instead of having spot repair done. The workers had to dig up some of the concrete, a section of grass in our front yard, and a deep hole up front by the house. When finished with the waterline replacement they laid new concrete to repair the starter hole, put our grass back where they dug it up, and replaced the dirt and river rocks that were up by the house. So, all in all we were pleased with the work, and how they left our yard when they were done. I definitely recommend this company and will call them if we need any other plumbing services.

    Sewer was backing up on a Saturday morning . I asked a real estate agent what company she would recommend . She said trenchless. I called and Steve H. came a few hours after the call. He took care of the problem and showed me with the camera what caused it and what would be the best solution to prevent future similar problem. He gave me an estimate of the cost of the spot. I agreed with the estimate.Less than 2 weeks later, Steve came back with Luis & Glen. He described what needed to be done and the team really delivered. They worked really hard to have everything completed in one day. They described and explained what they were doing . All my questions were answered .The work was performed according to what was promised.

    The Trenchless Co. responded to my call within minutes this weekend and helped us resolve our sewer main backup within hours. The technician was outstanding and informative about the existing problems and gave us a list of solutions to resolve the sewer line issue. We will be replacing our sewer line with The Trenchless technology and are very pleased with how reasonable The Trencheless Company is to replace our sewer line. We spoke with several other plumbing companies and not only was this company the most reputable but also the most affordable.     We had a big leak from the city water main supply. The city had to shut the water off later in the afternoon. The technician was able to detect the leak using electronic device and repair the leak the next day. The technicians also took away all the trash from the yard and thoroughly clean the job site.

    We knew we needed to get the main sewer repaired or replaced. We had other bids and decided to ask The Trenchless Company for a bid, frankly I thought that they would be the most expensive. To our surprize, they provided detailed bids for five different repair/replace options.....and they BEAT all the other prices. We elected to replace the line the pipe bursting method. The job was completed quickly and cleanly.Im retired engineer and admittly, Im a demanding customer. I would tell my friends to get esrimates from The Trenchless Company before hiring ANYONE else for a sewer repair.

    I called late in the morning after 2 days of run-arounds from reccomendations of plumbers from friends and friends of friends. My problem was not a major issue on day 1, however by the time I called Trenchless it had obviously gotten worse for going unchecked. I was told that they could have a tech at my house between 3-5 pm whereas I was told by other companies that I would have to wait another day. I was also informed that should a tech free up sooner, they would be happy to show up ahead of schedule if that was ok with me. Obviously, the sooner the better when you cant use any of the toilets in your house!Brendan showed up at about 1 pm and quickly got to work. He explained every step of the process and was very friendly through the entire process. He chuckled through the standard poop humor even though I am sure in this line of work he has heard it all before. While some folks may not agree, I think that when you call a person to your house to clean up your mess, it is gross and somewhat personal. Brendan was professional and polite.My experience with The Trenchless Co. was as positive as I could expect from any professional company that could be called to my house in what I saw as an emergency situation. The price was incredible for the work performed and while I was given an estimate for a more permanent fix, I was not given pushy, hard-sell for something I did not need yet.If I ever have any other plumbing issues The Trenchless Co. will be my first call.

    OMG! Where is the option to give a 10 STAR RATING?!!! Steve Hendry is the No. 1 Plumber Man to call at Trenchless for any complicated stoppage repair! He was an absolute angel and saved me and well my 99-YO Mom, too, (who couldnt afford this charge) by repairing the job in the most cost effective manner.....with their $99 clean-out special.Trenchless was so much in demand the W/E 2/1/2019 that I needed to wait 24 hours for service (within normal business hours to get the special). In haste, I called out another plumbing company to let fix the job. After approximately $4,000 in estimate charges to do major repairs BTW I had to pay $549 to be told about the next major step (yes, costs kept escalating in steps), I had to go back to my intuition, call and wait until Trenchless could come out. I had been working with Tulia over a couple of prior days and she returned on 2/1 from lunch only 1 hour after my third call and had Steve, the No. 1 Plumber Man, arrive to my home within 1 hour. That is impeccable service, too! Thank you Tulia!Steve worked so hard and was so clever (mind you he was the 6th plumber who looked at the job). Yeah, Roto Rooter came out and quoted me $545 after looking under the sink for 3 minutes while standing. I had sense enough to tell him to leave right then and there. Believe it! It is true!Anyway to return back to Steve, he needs to be commended by Trenchless management and in front of his team, and even be given a bonus! Not only is he smart, but a man of integrity and extremely courteous and professional all the way. People look at their website. The pictures of their organization....it is all about transparency! They deliver that and as a consumer it is so important. It builds a level of trust before they even arrive.I am a female and an uneducated consumer (about plumbing issues), but sense enough to know when I am being taken for a ride. How awful is it to be in this position! To feel like I am being taken advantage of! How many consumers would have said, yes to the other three plumbing companies who wanted to charge $500+?!!! If you are reading this exemplary comment then the answer is simple, CALL TRENCHLESS AND ASK FOR STEVE HENDRY!!! I am sure his peers measure up to his caliber too just in case he is in great demand as a result of this post. BTW, I have already called my family members and a few friends to call on Steve in the event they need a plumber.     Laird Lotko, showed up and was very courteous, helpful and informative. While hooking up his equipment he took the time to explain what he would do for me as a client. I was BLOWN AWAY, he resolved the sewer line backup, hooked up his camera equipment to show me the interior of the line and what the exact problem was. He identified that the pipe from my house had dropped at the connection of the drop tying into the Citys line. He was also good enough to provide me with an estimate to correct the situation. Best of ALL, they were 1/3 of the cost of anyone else, plus provided me with a 1 - year warranty.THANKS LAIRD AND THE TRENCHLESS COMPANY !!!

    My houses main line backed up for the second time recently and I didnt want to call the friend-of-a-friend back to clear it again. Plus, I feared there was a break and wanted a camera down there to check it out. Ward came out the same day and was very informative, friendly, and went the extra distance to try to find the problem and make sure I understood what was going on. No damage could really be found (soft clog) so theyll come back out within a year and snake/camera it for free if need be. Hopefully not! For $99, I consider it a bargain.
