Super impressed with Jacob and his team. I’m an engineer and could tell Jacob really knew his stuff. They were on time, organized, clean and did a great job removing my conventional tank water heater and replacing with a tankless model. There was a lot of peripheral work that needed to get done and Jacob clearly explained and documented the scope of work. No surprises at all. I will use Lee’s for all my future plumbing needs. Exceptional service. At the end of the day we all know whats coming with an emergency 24/7 call to the plumber. With that in mind, Lees Plumbing was beyond amazing, prompt with their calls and updating me along the way. On top of that, Chris was outstanding. Jacob arrived at the scheduled time. We wanted to install a beautiful new sink that we had purchased more than a year ago. After looking at all the specs and the major components, Jacob described to us the extensive work that would be needed to install this sink. Greatly disappointed, we decided to cut our losses and look for another sink that could be much more easily installed. Jacob was very sympathetic and gave us some good tips and advice to find a more suitable sink for this small 1950’s bathroom.While the end result was bad, we felt Jacob helped us see it as a learning experience rather than a disaster. Weʻll be calling him back when weʻve found another sink.

We called Chadd and he was not only courteous but also incredibly knowledgeable. He addressed my questions promptly, displaying an in-depth understanding of the issue with my condenser. His expertise helped me make an informed decision, and he even went the extra mile to provide valuable tips and recommendations. Its rare to find such a combination of exceptional customer service and product knowledge. He set an appointment with the service technician and made sure that the repairs were made. Chris was our technician and he was fairly punctual. The afternoon before we had a pipe run over in the yard and by 8:30 the next morning he was there expected between 8:00 and 10:00. Chris is very polite got right to the problem. There was a Saturday service fee but felt like the price overall wasnt bad I expect to pay $300 to have a service Guy come out and do anything even a small job like mine. It was unfortunate that there was an additional fee for the weekend. But thank you for taking care of my issues. Theyre very responsible and would recommend them

On April 25th I had a new Water Heater Installation by Lees. Kory Haney was the installer. Kory got to the job, removing the old (less than 6 yrs!! water heater), installed the new one, all up to code, etc. He is a man of few words - thank goodness - and just got the job done with a minimum of fuss. Lance did an amazing job fixing my Mitsubishi HVAC system and getting it back on line. There were several problems including two fried circuit boards and a thermistor which needed replacing. He also used his electrical/wiring knowledge to re-wire the power going to the system that was installed incorrectly by the builder of my new home. I cant say enough about his customer service. Lance truly cared about helping me get my HVAC system back up and running.

I cant say enough about Lees Air and Plumbing!! We had a plumbing emergency and needed a plumber ASAP. We had heard about Lees and so we gave them a call at 7am on a Thursday morning. A technician was at our home by 1pm that same day! Jacob came out and was AMAZING!! He was able to get us fixed enough that day that we could flush the toilets and then came back the next day to do the full repair we needed. Not only did they get us up and running again, they were also able to find the Actual problem that a previous company could not figure out. We are so thankful for the quick response and amazing team at Lees!

It was mostly due to the confidence I had from my interactions with Todd that I decided to go with Lee’s Air.When it was time for the install, John and Austin did an amazing job installing the whole system in 2 days. Dirt on the floor and sink, they even left water in the bathtub and told us yeah you can go ahead and drain that. For a job that cost almost two thousand dollars they could have at least cleaned their feet off. I had just paid a cleaning crew to clean the bathroom. This is a house we are getting ready to rent.We had requested for the job to done as quick as possible and they were extremely fast.

Not a fan of pricing their services. Quoted me 369.00 just to clear clogged drain in kitchen. I said to tech I had seen services quoted online for under 300.00. Without hesitation he magically dropped it to 300.00 even. Since he was here and I needed my drain cleared, I agreed. Took all of 2 minutes to clear drain. Tech was at house about 20 minutes. I expected to pay a pretty sum for this service, but I believe 300.00 was excessive and taking advantage of someone in need.

Highly recommend Lees Sacramento! Jen in the office, Brad, John and Austin onsite were all very professional, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We had a new Trane heat-pump HVAC system installed last Fall and some new duct work done to replace our 30 year-old unit. The price was fair, they did the SMUD rebate paperwork, and now I am saving money on my bills. Overall, Im very happy with Lees and will be using them again for any plumbing, etc.
